Have you not seen the Rodney King Video? It doesn't matter what the video shows, they were found not guilty.
Do you realize that a very well respected group of pastors just tried to sue our Beloved Assembly and ended up losing their churches. You think our leaders are going to listen to a few foul mouthed, name calling, disrespectful noobs? I think not! You must realize one thing; the Apostolic Assembly of the Faith in Christ Jesus, Inc.(Texas and California) has the legal system behind them.
You can't fight City Hall. I am surprised they sued. I am surprised that some of these pastors are apologizing. "I'm sorry for pointing out how the AA and its constituents were defrauded from a fair election, can I have my church back"? But I do understand why they are apologizing: It is their livelihood at stake. That is very unfortunate because most of these pastors have nothing else to fall back on.
I did read Sister Rita Solomon's letter over on AA.info. She is very well respected, intelligent and well spoken. She articulated very well her feelings and emotions through her ordeal. The anxiety, the unknowing, the embarrassment, the humiliation, the frustration of trying to do what was right and being told you where wrong, the lack of clarity as to what the future holds, being called rebellious. As Bill Clinton said, "I feel your pain".
Now you know what countless other pastors wives, who where excommunicated and removed while your husband was on the General Board and stood their and said nothing, feels like. Welcome to the real world. And I do say that with the utmost respect and admiration for you and your husband's ministry...but it had to be said. This type of politics has been bred in our Assembly, many generations have been through this. You held the reigns and did nothing to change this, not only did you do nothing to change this, you fostered this corruption. You lived high of the hog and now the hog has turned and kicked you out of the pen.
You are free now, there is no need to come back. What are you going to come back to? Its easier to see how dirty things are when your not rolling around in it. Run free and be clean no one can hold property over your head anymore. All the other pastors are held hostage by their properties. John 8:32 Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free. The truth is that Jesus did not intend for pastors to be slaves to an organization. An organization that can do what it wants, when it wants to whom in wants in the name of Jesus. Pastor's do not realize that they are held captive because of the structure of the AA. It controls the property therefore holds captive its pastors. I may not be Bible scholar but I don't think this is what God intended. It breeds corruption, pride of the flesh.
Back to the Revolutionaries...
If you want to really affect change, you must change from within. Lose the slang, lose the hostility, put on a tie and a suit and STUDY TO SHOW YOURSELF APPROVED. Speak clearly, assertively and with the peace and kindness of Christ. You must grow into a position of respect and admiration, then...when you hold the reigns, you must not let the power go to your head. You must be a giver, not selfish and look out for future generations of Latino's across this country. Not you and your children's fancy houses and cars. This is how we must build wealth, by effecting the lives of others beyond your site and reach. YOU MUST AFFECT THE EFFECT!(That is for Freddie Jose, some of the old timers will understand the FJ reference). It will take time, be steadfast.
I am afraid if you don't, this may be the beginning of the end of our beloved social.

Just heard that Pastor Eusebio Castillo from Irving, Texas a town near Gaylord where the convention will be held has been told by the GB to "hit the road jack and don't you come back no more, no more, no more." He is looking around for another church to relocate with the congregation he pastors. He was told to vacant the church he is presently pastoring because it will be used as the new headquarters for the new general offices in Texas. So guess what? He's doing exactly what he was told to do. What a shame!

You forgot the first church was a mega church that in the first sermon reached the thousands and soon it reached tens of thousands but according to you, the churches should be small churches and not grow too big. By the way please don't use the Lord's name in vain, rebuking for vain and silly reasons. The Bible says that who ever uses his name in vain will not be held innocent.
If you would focus on church growth rather than blasting and judging your fellow man maybe your church would grow to be able to give you a salary, you must have a very small congregation and since you don't believe in growth and the church can't pay you a salary.

If Daniel Sanchez really stole $$ why did Baldemar R. approve him to be a pastor, bishop, and in the GB since he had to authority to stop him, he was even in the qualifying board and allowed him. Why? Answer that?

The GB dropped the lawsuit they had filed against Pastor Guillermo Mendoza yesterday because the judge found there was NO substantial evidence to support their case.

Who said the GB didn't file lawsuits against the brethern? They just leave things to the Lord. Isn't that the excuse they are using to why they ousted the plantiff's because of the lawsuit that was filed against THEM and not the AA as they have falsely accused them of doing. They're afraid that there might actually be Pastors left in the AA at convention time that might speak against them. Don't be silly it's a fact that many Pastors are staying within the ranks for a purpose other than supporting the Sanchez, Valverde, Pacheco regime. Sure he's going to identify himself cause you say so! You really do sound like Pacheco himself. By the way I'm happy to report that Pastor Abel Torres and congregation are doing amazingly well! What a blessing to see the hermanos so united and happy and hard at work. But more importantly so full of God's blessings. Its specially wonderful to see such a good number of visitors and many family members who are beginning to join us. The president of Long Beach's oldest Cambodian Buddhist temple was held in contempt of court Monday and taken into custody after he refused a court order to turn over financial documents in a rancorous fight about who rightly runs the temple.
Siphann Tith, 44, ignored repeated demands by Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Joseph Di Loreto to hand over the temple's assets to a court-appointed receiver while the judge presided over a dispute between two factions of the Cambodian community vying for control of the venerable institution.
A tug of war over Cambodian temple in...The contention erupted in December, when monks and lay people demanded an election of the temple's board of directors, as required by bylaws that had been ignored for years. Tith agreed to an election, but the effort got bogged down in further controversy over who could cast votes. The monks' faction went forward with an election in January, voted in a whole new board and locked the old board out.
The fight has sharpened divisions in the nation's largest Cambodian community. Both sides claim the others are interlopers in Wat Khmer Vipassanaram, the temple founded by survivors of the Khmer Rouge genocide in 1985.
The matter landed in court in February, and after an agreement by both sides, Di Loreto appointed the receiver.
But when the receiver asked Tith for the temple's books, Tith said he didn't have them anymore. He said the board dissolved the temple's nonprofit, the Khmer Buddhist Assn., and transferred all the assets to a new organization -- an offshoot of a one-man church run by Johnny Rhondo, a business consultant in Orange County.
Tith argued in court filings that the dissolution of the 23-year-old nonprofit was inspired by Gautama Siddartha, the Buddha himself -- "who gave all his wealth, property and even clothing, before he began the life that ultimately led him to become Buddha." Tith claimed that death was the only way to Nirvana, and so the nonprofit had to die for its spirit to get there.
Di Loreto did not buy it. "Wasn't the real reason you did that was to subvert the settlement agreement you reached with the defendants in this case?" he asked Tith earlier this month.
Di Loreto remanded him to custody and set bail at $50,000, but later revoked bail.

For your information there is not one pastor including you who completely agrees with everything about the AA doctrine. If you say you do, you are lying.
Pastors and ministers sign the ordination and license papers because if they don't they are considered rebelious and they will not be permitted a ministry in the AA.
That is the only reason you sign on the dotted line. You don't agree with everything, even if you are Eddie or Sam Valverde.

Also, I find it interesting that Factsonly1 did not mention all of the past General Secretaries of the AA. You listed Eddie, Sam and Danny but forgot to mention Daniel Solomon...could it be that you are closely related to Sam Valverde. You know he was the one that didn't get along with Solomon until Sanchez also turned on him.

Perhaps there's ministers that don't agree 100% with the doctrine and organizational system of the AA assembly and still sign their application every year, but once they sign they adhere to it because they have agreed to respect what is established even if they are not 100% in agreement but they agree in almost everything else.
But to sign the application and then come on the blog and slander and criticize what you have signed and promise to respect is hypocritical. It's living a double life it sets a bad example for young ministers on what a real minister should be.
I don't agree with the plaintiffs but atleast I give them the credit that they followed their conscience with out the fear of men and spoke out publicly.
To be an older minister and still afraid to speak for fear of men sets a low standard of what men of God should be. And agreeing with that type of behaviour shows your (attny general)weak Christian character. I would never follow or show respect for a man that is afraid or men more than God.
Trust in God, do what is right and say what is right and put your name to it and you will have the approval of God and the respect of men.

While I do appreciate and frankly enjoy much of the history that you have shared with us. It is important that you also stay aligned with scripture and not anger or hate. I do understand your frustrations but never the less, this is Jesus' kingdom.
Acts 2:41, says that about 3,000 were added to their number. That to me sounds like a Mega Church. Continue reading through the rest of Acts and there are some additional numbers added within Jerusalem. Be careful not to add your own cultural feelings and assumptions with those of scripture. I remember you writing some things against certain styles of music as well. The old "hymnos" are nice but not the ONLY acceptable form of music. No need for a long response, just a friendly observation.
BTW, this in no way means that I am supporting the GB. These type of disclaimers seem to be necessary.
As long as feathers aren't ruffled and the message stays watered down, its alright to have a mega church. What happened to the mega church in Jerusalem? It had to be dispersed.
I wonder what persecution would do to some of these mega churches?
My reference to Mega Churches is in no way a support for those "Prosperity Gospel" Churches that run around TBN preaching false truths instead of them preaching Jesus as our means and end to everything. What I was trying to say is that Mega Churches are not inherently wrong but could be tools by Jesus to spread the Gospel. Please read all of Acts to understand its context and their church ecclesiology.

Thought for the day actually agrees with the AA doctrine, he doesn't agree with the fraud committed in the 2006 elections. Why is it that everyone is talking about the lawsuit by the plaintiffs, about Tafoya, Zuniga, Mendoza ripping off AA equipment and property.
We know these men over the years and they have never showed that type of character.
The current 2 vote GB was caught in fraudalent elections so it was either them or those who tried to stop them.
Now the current GB has to go all the way and fight the plaintiffs and anyone that tries to expose them.
The current GB cannot maintain this course. At least according to scripture they will be found out!
They will fall HARD! It is just a matter of time.
Why is the GB trying to discredit Baldemar? Baldemar looked the other way while he was in office? Yes. Who was the one testifying in most of these cases? Sam Valverde. Did that happen with Daniel Solomon? How many times did Solomon testify against former pastors like Espinosa in L.A. and other former AA pastors? Solomon never once did. It was always the lynch man, Valverde.
Why does the current GB try to descredit a man like Solomon? Solomon has been one of the most straight shooters you can imagine.
He easily won the Bishop election in Arizona many years ago during another President's reign and what does Solomon do? He accepts it, even though reluctantly. The man took out equity out of his house to put into his new church in Denver. What happened to the personal money over $100K? That is what he lost in Denver. Solomon has creditability.
Take Mendoza. The weeping prophet. Come-on! Mendoza was a stubborn man but he wouldn't do the AA wrong. Yes he had the problem with the minister in his church that caused the AA to pay a very expensive price to settle the molestation lawsuit in Texas. But Mendoza was not responsible for this...the same way Samuel Valverde wasn't responsible for his cousin who is still on his church staff sleeping with his other cousin's wife. Even though he told his cousin's to split out of town or keep it low for a while.
Can the GB try to descredit Abel Torres with a straight face. This man had everything to loose by openning his mouth. By continually sticking by truth. He said I am going to stay true to truth. Torres had nothing to gain. He can't be accused of trying to position himself for a GB position.
Now try to descredit Saul Avila. Saul has been a yes man to the AA for many years. He went by the letter of the law. He may have not agreed with some things in private (just like every other AA pastor) but publicly he went with the program.
Take Arthur Tafoya. I mean this was Samuel Valverde's best friend before he turned him in for a couple of better best friend's. Abel Aguilar & Joel Montes.

What I meant and I am very sincere about this, is that our Apostolic Hymns are the "hymns" that through their message of Jesus Christ, brought alot of us to the "reality and understanding of God's mercy.

I heard Marcos Witt, sing, "Mas alla del Sol!!!" Also a song by Bishop Maclovio, and "Alzare Mis ojos a los Montes". Psalm 121, and Marcos Witt did not know the name of the Author, or pretends not to know these songs are "Apostolic songs. If he want to sing "our songs, fine, but 'GIVE CREDIT, WHERE CREDIT IS DUEEEEEEEEE!"
I understand that there is an Aposotolic Musician that is an accompanist with Marcos Witt, and this Apostolic Musician has been "teaching" Marcos Witt, all of these songs..And also the son of Rafael Espinoza, who no longer is with the Iglesia de Mexico.
Well, fine, let them sing and praise the Lord with "our Apostolic songs. But Please "give credit to the author....of THESE "heart warming songs."

The meetings will take place this coming Friday the 24th. The 2 districts will get together with all their pastors, ministers and deacons in one location. I don't know the city where they are meeting, but supposedly the meeting is for the ministry to sign some kind of document acknowledging their allegiance to the assembly.
Also a similar type meeting will be taking place in Denver, Colorado with the same purpose. I don't know if this is some type of intimidation tactic because of the loss of pastors that are going to the other organization of Baldemar Rodriguez.

Just because it is a nicely typed document it does not mean you can't mark out certain language, be sure to initial and have the GB initial each place you alter the document. Do not be intimidated by a piece of paper.

Pastor Arturo Alvarez who pastors the 2nd church of Ft.Worth Texas
turns in his resignation as Pastor of the AA. He called the Bishop Mario Rodriguez to inform him that
he didn't want to be a part of the AA and said "Bishop don't expect my tithes, quotas or anything from our church." The Bishop tries to persuade him and tells him to think it over and would like to meet in his church.
Well, guess what the bishop and his board go there and wait in a room that they were going to meet and waited for a long time for the Pastor and he never showed up. The bishop by then is very upset because he had been stood up. How ironic this sounds just like what Pastor Abel Torres did to the GB. I just read the letter to the Pastors signed by Sanchez and Pacheco. I was astounded to say the very least by the manner in which said letter was written. What immature individual or individuals could have put such an idiotic and and "damning" letter together? It could have easily been written by a vengeful teenager. Anyone can see the anger in the wording and their need for revenge. How horribly distateful on their part to put out a letter like that. My thought is that this ridiculous letter probably caused brethren and pastors who might have been borderline on whether to remain with AA to leave instead. I wonder who's advising the gb on such matter in writing these type of letters.
On the other hand the "pep rallies" by the gb seem to continue. Texas Pastors beware if they come to your church more than once, because more than likely they are just casing your church to see if they might want it for themselves. Looks like they're looking at the biggest or fastest growing churches. Next thing you know you may be on the street corner having church. Beware! Maybe if we harp on it enough the gb will send out another letter telling us just how much, if any, aid is sent to our missionaries. Looks like they made plenty of trips though, therefore the "administrative costs." Notice how they decided to inform on how many widows they SUPPORT with a whopping $75 per month in the letter to the Pastors and also about some social assistance they've disbursed since people have been complaining about it.
HOWEVER, I was going to do a little more research on the AA Financials which were previously available on the AA website and find that they are now GONE! Sounds fishy.
They did add that they support 22 missionaries around the world. They avoided however giving out any dollar amounts, so that figures. Probably ZERO! I think next time they think of touristing to a "missionary field" they should tally up the cost of the first class plane ticket, first class meals, etc. and just send the money to the missionaries instead. I'm sure the poor missionaries don't need to see them come prancing around in their thousand dollar suits when they don't know where their next meal is coming from.
My point is that even with the 59 widows, natural/social disaster aid of $6,200, aid to families of tragedies or crucial needs for $23,500, one pastor life insurance (doesn't count cause it was paid by the insurance). People each of these funds have one, two or MORE million dollars. That is the Social Assistance, Flor Azul (didn't we just hear that one solitary district raised $90,000), and the Nava Foundation. Just how many of you know of anyone in your local church who has EVER received any aid for a church member involved in a "tragedy" or that has had "crucial needs". Local churches always either raise special offerings or have their own social assistance fund for their members needs. Next time we should all call headquarters for our tragic and crucial needs.
Can anyone still access the latest AA Financials?
Oops maybe I shouldn't have said anything about the local churches having their own social assistance funds. Next thing we know Pacheco will be around to pick it up!

About Linda Montes from Fresno, is she related to Linda Montes from Texas? The one that "sells reducding products?"
Well Linda Montes, from Fresno... has a very difficult time "speaking English or Spanish."
She was "selected by Sanchez and Valverde to replace "Tencha", when "Tencha" found out she would not be "handling the "tresurery".
So when Tencha resigned, Linda was called and called all the Dorcas, and said,"Hey Girl-friend Iam now your newly "selected" ,"Secretary",by Sanchez, and Valverde, Secretary, replacing "Tencha".
She even called my sister here in Riverside, and said, "Hey Girlfriend" "it was great Brother Quiroz would not put up with "Tencha" not being the "tresurera".
So being named "secretary" and not President, nor the favorite one of the tresurery..."Tencha was forced to resign", just like Sanchez and Valverde knew that "Tencha" would have too.
As far as Linda Montes, we think she is a nice sister. She was the daughter of Pastor Willie Menodoza's second wife, that went to live with the Lord, last year...
And Linda Montes , from Fresno, is the Sister of Brother Roberto Martinez, who is also a Ex. Board member of Publications.
It would be nice if Sister Linda Montes,from Fresno would learn how to speak English and Spanish...
But that takes "years" of practice..
And alot of "English Units, and Spanish Units., to be able to speak "correctly" and NOT 'POCHO'!!!!!
My personal experience, is that people that are of Mexican desendent like Linda Montes, from Fresno., should not take it for "granted that languages, "come easy",
but these Dorcas are so " ready to "give speeches with horrific "english and spanish,"

I heard them speak when I visited a ladies "outing" in the Central District" years ago.
Bishop Galarza, was the main speaker, and he and I were "shocked" at this two ladies, horrific, English and Spanish....
Poor Dorcas.....to have to go so far, and "with such great sacrifices", and monetary efforts, to hear such speakers...
Oh but Georgina, Francisca and Santa and Raquel, who "really" runs the "Dorcas" meetings at the Conventions, get a "big Tip" , for letting these people speak.....

We will celebrate Thanksgiving Day as it should have always been done; thanking the Lord for our lives, families and blessings as we enjoy the company of our families over turkey, dressing and desserts cooked by our loved ones instead of spending Thanksgiving Day stuck in a meeting while the children run wild and have parties in the rooms and hotel security runs ragged by alarms being set off and phone calls of other non-apostolic guest complaining of the wild parties going on through the night.
Not to mention the money I will save from hotel, airfare and clothes. I believe we will have a great Christmas as I hit the after-Thanksgiving sales this year!

We have seen over and again the ending and the beginning of life. We see this in the death of our parents and the birth of our children. It is always painful to see the end of what was once useful and good, but at the same time, we rejoice at the prospect of new things.
As we saw the closure of our General Convention in Long Beach, California last November, we also saw the end of a chapter – one more among many in our rich apostolic heritage. The new landscape has given rise to the renewal of our vision.
Israel had come to a critical moment of transition. God told Moses to take Aaron and his son Eleazar to the top of the mount.
“And Moses stripped Aaron of his garments, and put them upon Eleazar his son; and Aaron died there in the top of the mount: and Moses and Eleazar came down from t he mount.” (Numbers 20:23)
Eleazar went up the mountain wearing his own clothes, but came back with someone else’s – his fathers. His father’s garments were a symbol of continuity and empowerment. The Apostolic Assembly has received its mandate for continuity and empowerment for the next four years as the new board of directors took the oath of office to function from 2006 through 2010. This duly elected new board was empowered to fulfill God’s mandate as Eleazar had also received his father’s garments on the top of the mount. I am sure that Eleazar recognized his father’s work, much like us, who acknowledge the great work and accomplishments of past administrations. As in Eleazar’s case, he was new on the job, but the garments were the same. The names of the officials may be new, but the work is still the same – to fulfill the will of God until He comes.
As we have begun to tread the beginnings of this new cycle, we covet your prayers that the Lord will give us wisdom and faithfulness to fulfill that which He has entrusted upon us.

This general board is so arrogant, now they think that they can compete with God.
The other day, they looked up to heaven and said, "Lord,We have figured out a way to create life out of nothing! In others words we can now do what you did in the 'beginning'"

I keep praying for you but you can't seem to break away from your sin.
This will make the celebration even more excellent for us.
We will be celebrated and God will reveal to his people what doors have been opened and what blessings will be showered on to his chosen people.
We will have very inportant people in high places there with us. The hotels are filled and we registration is full.
I am reminded a small portion of scripture that states that no fauwl shall over come the chosen people at the day of feast.
A feast of celebration will be ours.

Disappointed in the past few years with the AA. I got seriously
Sick last year and wondered where my church is. They
All year long collect for missions and ECT. And do not help
their members In need. Yes brothers and sisters prayed for
me visited me, but where is the church at?
My work place helped me out the most,
They gave $ to my wife, gave my kids a great Christmas, pick up a food drive 3-4 times. They are a mix of Christians and non-believers that helped in my time of need. Due to things going on with the AA, and the “Strategy of Jesus” watered Down G-12.
I’ve left the AA and gone to the UPC church.
I’m at home where they preach the full gospel, and they are
already putting us to work there. I hope all of you can

And being miserable, don’t be scared of the UPC or UPCI.
