Ok here how it goes... Art Espinoza is married to PRESIDENT SANCHEZ's sister... Theres the conection

Anonymous said...

I recall hearing that Sanchez has some Omen hanging over him. Someone told him long ago that he would become the AA President. But that it would only be 1 term. Sanchez himself has mentioned this. Perhaps Prophesy??? I want to say that it was bro Ramirez (Dan's Uncle) during his last days. Does anyone have insight on this?

Anonymous said...

If thats the case, Espinoza is married to Sanchez sister, then this "ministerial convention" next month is nothing more than a family reunion of all the mafia families.

Do they think they are the Corleones or something?

That would make Daniel Sanchez, Fredo Corleone.

Anonymous said...

Dan Ramirez? OMG! Is that guy stil around?

Heard he's president of the "Flor Azul'ers"

Don't drop the soap!

Anonymous said...

How about that Bro from Bakersfield who still directs the youth choir and he's like 55 years old and still single.

Has he finally moved to SF?

Anonymous said...

That Omen was to appease Valverde during his first term. He never though that pastors will prefer him over Valverde for the second round.

Anonymous said...

Are we talking about the famous Danny M. He's been in so many decades of the youth choir it aint funny. He was old when I was a youth and im married and have kiddos..... hahahahaha

Anonymous said...

Danny M! Thats him. I was reading in Deuteronomy or somewhere that after Moses lead Israel out of Egypt, he had a great service with food, and the very first church choir. Moses named Danny M as director... been around for ages. Like Nicholson in The Shining.

Think about it, he was directing when the were making Albums and
8-Tracts, waaay before Cassettes and CDs. Or was that the telegraph..lol

Dude was directing when JFK was President.

Dude got his directing skills from his GI Bill, when he got back from WWII.

Geesh, a 55 year old virgin.

A big problem coming down the road with the lawsuit is what will happen to all these pastors that have not retirement or are a current pastor with no professional experience to fall back on: major social service crisis for AA.

The position of pastor does require some sacrifice, but I don’t think that God intended for one to give up your livelihood (some may say manhood). I would never want to be a pastor in the AA with this type of organizational structure. I couldn’t go home and face my family, knowing that Rancho could turn the lights off on us for no reason other that we disagreed on something. I would never put my wife in the predicament where GBs or any other man – had a say if we remained pastors and subsequently kept our livelihood: retirement, handing over a church to my son or son-in-law. Just writing this line makes me want to throw up. I would rather try my luck in the corporate world where at least there are some laws that offer better protection against such abuses of power.
No wonder these pastors stood by and let the GB get away with what happened at the election. Even now, if a pastor stood up against the AA, you can bet your son or son-in-law will not get the church, and forget the retirement.

No wonder we’re scraping the bottom of the barrel for pastors; the educated have left and want nothing to do with this dilapidated pastoral structure. And the ones that did stay, they’re criticized every Sunday for thinking they’re smarter than everybody because they actually went out and made a sacrifice to better themselves and provide for their families. They’re not banking on some handout from some GB to hook them up with a church.

I don’t know how these pastors actually think that anyone with half the intelligence would stick around these church that have pastors that drive fancy cars, spoil their kids with free-rides on church resources, while 99% of the church lives at or below the poverty line. While they drive around in luxury and live in the big house, and travel the Caribbean with the family – all on your tithes – the poor hermanos struggle to give that “sacrifice of faith” for all the church’s special projects. Do I believe that pastors should live in poverty? No! But if 99% of your church does, I don’t belive you should be driving the Benz and traveling the world on the backs of hermanos agri-based tithe money. Now, if you’re Joel Osteen and have mega-millionaires in your congregations, that’s different. If you bring them in like that, then you deserve some bling, But most AA church are in the ghetto and generate no where near what some of these pastors should spend on their luxuries. For all you critiquing this post, let’s take a test.

Compared to the percentage of your church budget that is spent on the taking care of all the pastors expenses – everything not just what he is given through his salary; all the extra dinners and ministry expenses. Compared to this number, how much does your church spends on direct evangelism projects and reaching the lost for Jesus Christ? Let me be clear: I don’t advocate that a pastor should live broke and in the street, But, should churches spend more on the pastor bling SUV , big house, and three to four vacations a year than on reaching the lost? As I stated, if you bring in 5 million a year, then yes, it’s reasonable that a pastor could live that lifestyle knowing that adequate resources are spent on reaching the lost. But 99.99% of AA pastors bring in nowhere that revenue and support their whole Klan off church resources. It’s not fair that the “first lady” and all her daughter and daughter-in-laws sport Coach Purses and the latest from garb from Banana Republic and Nordstrom of which most individually cost more than most of the hermanos make in a month. Again, if your church is blessed and you’ve worked hard evangelizing, then you deserve the blessing. And most people in your church would appreciate it. But let’s answer some questions:
How much does your church spend to feed the poor?
How much does your church spend on helping families that are in need in the church? No, not just any family that spends beyond their means, but those that have had a hard life and are now trying to make things right.

Is this really the road to revival? What about all the brats that have never worked a decent job in their life, and now are taking over dad church because they’re called to pastor the church that has not grown in twenty years with the elder at the helm? What of this generation of leaders? Where on God’s green earth will they lead us? Will they want bigger salaries with the smaller congregations? Will they drive fancier cars even though a soul hasn’t been baptized in 5-years? With everything handed to them, how will they treat the members of the church when they don’t get their way? Ahh, just kick them out! We don’t need them. That’s what this new generation of future pastors’ attitude is like.

Never in the history of the AA has a forum where issues like the one I just wrote about could be discussed in such an open manner. I hope that this would cause some accountability in our leadership. I hope whoever is driving this boat waked up and figures out that “what was done in secret” is now open for all to see, hear and talk about. I hope that some of these “new kids on the block” realize that we’re observing what they’re doinf and they can’t just walk on the platform like they own it and belong their because of daddy. They’ll have to prove like all the apostles and many great men of the faith before them that to lead a church to revival is not about “pastors day” and choosing the easy road because you have no other option. But rather, it is a road paved with sacrifice and toils of many who gave their life for the gospel; not the sacrifice and toil of their congregations to support their vacations and bling rides.

My point: churches should spend more on reaching the lost than supporting their pastor. If you can’t afford your lifestyle by collecting a salary from your church that is less than what you spend on reaching the lost then you are paid too much.

Message to Blogmaster,

Please start post for the many different topics brought up in this forum:

1. Pachueco Real Estate Dealings -- all those that are real good at tracking real estate investments and understand mortgage law can post their findings.

2. Finance Reform -- How should church finances be setup: salaries, transparency, and GB exspenses.

3. AA Urban Legends -- ...what you heard.

4. The Rug -- Posting of what's been swept under the rug.

Any other ideas for post"?

Anonymous said...

Rather than forming 4 or 5 different posts, how about placing a header of the subject before you start a comment? Example....

Finance Reform-

Then post away.....

Anonymous said...

You should send the blogmaster an email regarding this, it may be difficult for him to read every comment on every post. He did respond when I sent him an email asking to update the city list.

Anonymous said...

Technically speaking could Pacheco Real Estate dealings, Finance Reform and AA urban legends all be catagorized in the under the Rug section?

Anonymous said...

Too many things to comment on but the one thing I will comment on is that church growth doesn't fall on the pastor only- it falls on all of us. When was the last time we witnessed? if your pastor is doing a crummy job- take your souls to another church- I mean come on- there's one around the corner! Heck- you don't have to take them to an apostolic church- take them to a oness church. The burden falls on all of us and just because the pastor or his ministers don't witness- doesn't mean we can't.

Anyone heard from Mike A lately?

To the gentleperson that posted at October 18, 2007 12:08 AM with a very long diatribe - the corporate world is just as if not uglier. Even with laws and standards corporate America can destroy not only your spiritual morale, but your standard of living and future plans. You paint a grim picture of pastors, what you reference (while true) is not indicative of all pastors and their families.

This issue with the electoral process of the AA is just another example of the systemic issues this organization has. You can not fix one thing when there are a multitude of organizational problems. Many of you have made great points in reference to this: accountability, integrity, etc. In my experience I see conflicts in:

Management vs Leadership. We have managers trying to be leaders. Leaders see, plan and direct towards the mid and long term goals while managers should be handling day to day operational issues. There are men that are simply managers, great at organizing an event, a program etc, but have no ability to look beyond that. They analyze and develop long term goals with short term thinking and methodology.

Technical vs Adaptive Issues:
Technical problems are easier to fix. Problem: Your car breaks down. Answer: Take it to the mechanic.

Adaptive are a whole different story. They require a group effort to change. If you problem is lack of growth. Then the Leader (practicing principles of leadership) must look at the problem and with the HELP of those tasked with resolving the issue (members of a local assembly) can come up with the plans to resolve the problem. When was the last time the GB did this... never - even though the members help support the "Inc." part of the organization.

Good Morning All,

Its a beautiful day. The skies are clear, except for those dark clouds over Rancho Cucamonga.

Malverde must be wondering how many offerings he has left in him.

Pachuco is thinking of new scams to bilk the hermanos from their money.

Pachuco should team up with Isai Baeza.

They would be the Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen of Scam artists.

Anonymous said...

What's the scoop on Isai Baeza?

Anonymous said...

Nu Vision? They should have a comback tour. Team up with GB5, and revive the old Echo Central.

Does anyone know whatever happened to the Ramirez' of Salinas? Brother Tom Ramirez' family. Haven't heard of them in years.

Anonymous said...

Remember Richard Heard and all of his doom day prophesy?

He "prophesied" the USA would go nuclear with USSR, the 666 would be in by 1990.

Then there was the high prophet Rick Ramirez who predicted the Rapture would happen by Y2K.

Remember all the Y2K doom and glooms preachings?

Is it true that FOT was selling Y2K supply packages?

O ye of little faith!

Anonymous said...

To October 17 9:46 p.m.- I was going to Redlands during that time and I can assure you NO ONE came and told us ANYTHING. One day we had an interrim pastor, after that my family and I left. They put in a new Pastor from up north but I hear the church has gone DOWNHILL since the new pastor took over. They've dwindled down to like 40 people. That church was booming and thriving. Standing room only. It's sad.

At the time we had to go by hearsay as to why they took Bro. Mena off pastorship. There were so many rumors. To this day, no one really knows.

What problem with Valverde's family are you referring to?

I believe Brother Mena now belongs to the UPC or something. His son is in the music dept at FOT.

Anonymous said...

The Rapture by Y2K huh? I wonder why the high prophet Rick Ramirez never saw his own demise coming?

What's he up to these days? He's not STILL pastoring is he? I used to hate it when he preached because he always pointed people out. I always felt GUILTY for things I hadn't even done yet! He's kept a low profile for a while.

In today's corporate environment people seeking executive positions undergo a tremendous amount of scrutiny. Their financial background is extremely important. It reveals potential risks to the prospective employer.

Given the things stated:

Sanchez would not pass because he may have had some unethical dealing with his home. Also allowing fraud to be commited in the elections would be a big downer.

Valverde wouldn't pass with 1) his financial conflict of interests, 2) falsifying his resume, 3) not meeting the prerequisites, 4) association to Efrain, 5) plagiarism.

Pacheco wouldn't pass for all of the above reasons PLUS his track record in South America.

Maffey might make it since he has a proven track record with finances. His association with a reckless driver might weigh him down. The face that he has his relative Richard (the reckless driver) working with the Nava fund would be a major NO-NO

Espinosa wouldn't pass because they expect a person to be stable, own their own home and be financially sound. Not to mention - they expect you to know what you're doing.

Martin del Campo wouldn't pass because he's illiterate and not a team player.

Aguilar would be excluded due to a conflict of interest with JAAM.

Prado would actually do well in the corporate - dog eat dog - world. His history of giving a $100.00 check as offering - but leaving the check unsigned - would catch up to him. He would be exposed as a fraud and we would see his name in the headlines.

Anonymous said...

Is it true that Richard Maffey said he felt like Jesus after he ran over the children in the crosswalk while he was talking on his cellphone?

Anonymous said...

where is rick ramirez now?

Anonymous said...

Question? If new elections take place what would happen to all the employees that work at HQ's and go to FOT. Some of them are yes people to Valverde and are in the ministerial body of FOT.

Anonymous said...

I think you make a great point regarding qualifications. There is no real standard as the constitution is to vague and it has been or is ignored. Because of the"Inc." at the end of the organization, their must be a high standard of responsibility towards the constituents. If they do not like the scrutiny, then do away with the GB and make each church and independent entity with a board of directors separate from the pastor as most major religious non-profit groups.

Anonymous said...

As far as Bishop Valverde, It is also a documented fact that he has had some improper dealings as soon as he left the church in San Ysidro, CA, where he was the assistant pastor to his father in law.
Can somebody elaborated on this?

Anonymous said...

Richard Maffey ran over children? What's the story behind that?

Please do tell.

Anonymous said...

What where to happen if the AA where to dissolve itself?

Where would the interest in the church properties go?

To a resolution trust corporation?

Could the pastors and their congregations purchase them back?
With what kind of debt on them?

Anonymous said...

Its Dccumented Fact that Pachuco has purchased at least 4 Luxury Homes in the last two years alone.

It must be nice to be on the National Board.

How does he live that kind of lifestyle wheh he is dedicated full time to the ministry?

Am I missing something here

The man has those properties with mortgages of at least $20,500 per month, interest only at 6.5%. not including property taxes. I can see if he rented them out but he would still be negative om tjhe mortgages. Not including his primary residence and his luxury vehicles.

Where are all these DOCUMENTED FACTS? The term documented means there are documents to back them up. If you have them- give us the link.

Sounds like a bunch of sore, broke, losers. You need to sit with Pastor Pacheco and maybe he will tell you how he has blessed with so much. He's a sound investor and knows how to use his money. This is why his seed bears fruit. He pays his tithes and gives unto the Lord. Maybe if you were to spend more time praying on your knees, and be faithful givers, God would bless you as he has Brother Sam and Pastor Pacheco. Your bitterness is the root of your poverty. The Lord has spoken unto you to repent from your murmuring and gossiping. Return nigh unto his footsteps and he will pour out blessings unto you.

Anonymous said...

Repent you generation of vipers and gossipers. Repent lest your bitterness remove your blessings. Repent today and maybe the Almighty will restore your joy. Do not envy your leaders. Envy of their blessings tears a hole in your soul whereth your spirits are drained of the holy annointment of the waters of Israel. Repent from your wastful thoughts of demonious actions against your leaders lest your fellow vipers turn against thee in many mighty ways. Surely as you were brought into the fold of fellowship, surely thou can be replaced. Turn you this day, to the men of valor and repent from your wicked ways. The Lord Almighty of Hosts hath this day spoken unto you.

Anonymous said...

To the prophet,

Go drop a word on Pacheco while you're in your spiritual trance. And demand that he explain how he messed up the missions budget while missions director. Ask him why he used the AA money to pamper himself and his family by staying and eating at lavish hotels and restaurants - while on his missions trips. Ask him why he ripped off the older folk from their savings and never once apologized. Ask him how the heck he can accept a position with only two votes. Through his actions he said, "screw the praying and fasting pastors, I'm secretary now, y que?"

Why don't you ask him Mr. Prophet? No, this isn't bitterness because I'm not at all affected by this. It's frustration from the fact that someone can live such a deceitful lifestyle and then turn around and tell everyone, "Look what the Lord gave me."

Whatever dude, go back to your cave and ask God to give you a reality check.

Anonymous said...

Please....... Believe me I'am blessed.. Blessed by god and not off the back of the Hermanos.. Im not the one that was an accomplice to a criminal act. Everyone is aware of the car pyramid scam in which he was a willing participant. Clorox will not remove the stain of Sin that Pachueco participated in. The bible teaches us to repent and to ask for forgiveness from God and from those you offended. It's a two part action that the bible teaches.
I am blessed *******

Hath he really spokeneth? I didnt know he was blogging? And you would think that he spelleth annointment correctly "anointment". Yeah that was convincing. I agree, the gossiping is silly and out of order, but you are no better.

To all the prophets,
Your accusations that we're all broke and sore tells me that you are indeed a false prophet. I am not broke, and I am not sore - so that makes you a liar and an impostor. YOU my friend need to repent for posting your opinion and accusation in God's name. God has better things to do than to work vicariously through you at blogger.com.

Go find a real ministry - prophesying to "anonymous" folk on blogger.com is not becoming of a prophet. Now go repeat the Lord's prayer - that's a good start for an up and coming profit.

Did I say profit? oops. It's prophet. What's the difference anyway, right?

I am a secretary. I don't make too much by most standards. I don't have a degree.

I have an excellent credit rating. My parents taught us to pay what we owed ON TIME. I own my home- and have recently purchased another for rental. I own 2 luxury cars-

Does this mean that I've been stealing from my boss or our clients? Absolutely not.

I've tithed faithfully without fail. Whether or not it is misused- my job is to give it as that is what the Lord requires of me. I have given what has been asked of me.

I'm not bragging-- I have been wise enough to be a good steward with my money, as the Lord has asked of me. I've invested money in some good stock and the turn around I've received has been tremendous. Maybe Brother Pacheco doesn't make enough, according to some to have all the property he owns, however, if he has been a good investor, I can see why he does.

Most people today charge up their credit cards and pretend they are something they're not. They'll charge expensive clothes, get in debt with cars they can't afford, try to look like they have it all and yet live in mediocre homes and are mad at the world when they can't get out of their miserable debt. Then they don't even have enough money to pay their tithes- which should be the first thing you do when you get your check anyway. I think this is where people's frustrations with pastors become evident as they feel the pastor is living off of them.

It's their own fault for not being good stewards with their money.

Please don't respond with nonsense- if the shoe fits- wear it. If it doesn't- no sweat off your back.

Some I'm sure have gotten their things deceitfuly, some, I assure you, were just smart. Like most people should be with their money.

One of the most common errors found in Christianity today is that particular persons, usually pastors or evangelists, are somehow more "anointed" than the average Christian. This teaching often coincides with a veiled threat in the form of "touch not mine [the Lord's] anointed," (I Ch. 16:22, Ps. 105:15).

The term "anointing" means to "authorize, or set apart, a person for a particular work or service," (Is.61:1). The New Testament is absolutely clear on whom the anointing rests - ALL of Christ's disciples, who are God's very own, set apart and commissioned for service (2 Cor. 1:21). The New Testament does not support the notion of a "greater" anointing based on "position" and such teaching has its origin in a fundamental misunderstanding of the relationship between the Old and New Testaments.

Proponents of this error fail to use careful exegesis to discern the difference between the Old Testament call of a "prophet," where the anointing rested on one man (Is. 61:1, I Sam. 26:9,11, 2 Sam. 22:51, 2 Chr. 6:42), and the New Testament call of a "priesthood of believers" (I Pet. 2:5,9). Certainly there are diversities of gifts, but the Spirit [or anointing] remains the same (I Cor. 12). Benny Hinn, Kenneth Copeland, Kenneth Hagin, and many others have long terrorized God's people with "touch not mine anointed" nonsense if anyone dared question them or their teaching. Anyone who has a gift (all have gifts, 1 Cor. 12:7-11), has a ministry, and anyone who has a ministry, has authority and is anointed.

It is a sad situation in many churches today that "laity" are content to sit on a pew week after week and assume the opinions of professional clergymen are to be the final authority. They find comfort in this approach because it is safe. Preachers are content to keep it this way because it secures their position in the church.

How many times have believers been subjected to mishandled scripture with an implicit or explicit "touch not God's anointed" if any dared to question? This is in contrast to the Biblical admonition to "try the spirits", (1 John 4:1). Fear is not of God and teaching which incorporates psychological intimidation is corrupt and deceptive. One of the easiest ways to determine what "spirit" motivates a person "in authority" is to question them. A godly man or woman will never be offended or become indignant if someone dares to question them and compare what is said with the Word of God. However, if one is motivated by an "authoritarian" spirit of conceit or arrogance, the questioner will soon know it. Peter warned the elders (pastors and spiritual guides of the church) not to be domineering [arrogant, dictatorial, overbearing] over the flock of God, but to be patterns and models of Christian living (I Pet. 5:3, AMPL.)

Many prominent pastors and evangelists today make the claim that because "souls" are being saved and "healings" take place in their meetings, that this somehow validates their ministry. While these things may be well and good, they are no indication of "divine" sanction. A.A. Allen was a drunkard, Jimmy Swaggart a whoremonger, Jim Bakker a thief, Larry Lea a prevaricator, and Robert Tilton a charlatan - yet ALL of these saw thousands saved and miracles take place in their meetings. Because one is blessed with "prosperity" and has a "following" of thousands, doesn't mean a darn thing when it comes to integrity and godly sanction, for "he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust," (Matt. 5:45).

Twenty-six years ago I experienced the greatest miracle of my life - salvation and the baptism of the Holy Spirit. This experience came in a Apostolic "holiness" church where, unbeknown to me at the time, the pastor was committing adultery, one of the deacons (or "pillars" of the church as they were called) visited a prostitute on a regular basis, another deacon kept a large supply of porno magazines in his home, and still another was a philanderer. This taught me that just because God moves in a particular setting, it is no indication that those who bear the message are "godly."

BISHOP DANIEL JAUHALL TO ASSEMBLY BOARD:

Apostolic Assembly Board of Directors and bishops in general "May mercy and peace and love be multiplied to you." Jude 1:2

First I desire to tell you thank you for your many prayers. I felt I would not be able to attend your last meetings, as it could have been my last one.

Already it is but three months since the Electoral convention. Incredible! Incredible! You put aside the Head of the Church, Jesus Christ and took control, without fear of God, which indicates that the Board of Directors is not elected according to the will of God (This current board is not God’s chosen board).

What was done was a great fraud and shameless mockery. All confidence was lost by the pastors (ministers) in the President and Vice President. How can you guide and direct us when you have diverted us?

I have for months been praying for a spiritual awakening, a doctrinal awakening, a greater desire for holiness. But, we put aside the Bible, word of God and we are drinking from other fountains. The Road map carries us down an evil road. Jeremiah 6:16 speaks to us of the old paths and says: "you should walk in them".

According to the purpose of the Roadmap it is to have a healthy Church, and never has it been so sick. We want healthy pastors and we have made them so ill to the degree that some speak about dividing the assembly. We all make mistakes; but this itself was done deliberately and with an agenda and was not an error, it is an injustice.

It is sad that (the president and the vice president) involved two other Bishops in the qualifying committee, healthy and honest men, that without a doubt has affected what they observed. But Glory to God that there was one brave one that allowed us to see through the fraud, lies and mockery. Abuse of power and authority without a doubt occurred. It is your responsibility to use your place in authority to do well; not to abuse it and to use it for your own benefit. Everything that Jesus Christ did was for the well being of others, never for himself.

It is painful and sad to see in the intranet and through emails so many writings in relation to the irregularities in the elections, which come to defame to the Apostolic Assembly. There is much more that can be said.

How can men who have defrauded us also direct us, if we have lost trust in you? The way that the church we have come to love may heal and have healthy pastors is that you leave your place of authority as leaders of our beloved organization as you were the ones that made it ill.

With much love and in the wonderful name of Jesus Christ and for the sake of our beloved Church this requires that the bishop President, Daniel Sanchez and the bishop Vice President, Samuel Valverde submit their resignation if it is that in reality they love the work of God. There is even a fabric of doubt in the mission Secretary, Bishop Arturo Espinosa.

I must add that it is not the constitution that is the one that needs changes, it is the heart of these leaders that needs to change.

What I have written in this letter is with much saddness and pain. I have served this church all my life I have served and dedicated 52 years in the ministry and I have never seen anything remotely similar to this abuse and this is incredible fraud.

I finish with the following verse:

For he who does wrong will receive the consequences of the wrong which he has done, and that without partiality. Colossians 3:25

FROM BALDEMAR RODRIGUEZ TO:

THE APOSTOLIC ASSEMBLY PRESIDENT AND BOARD

With all the respect you deserve I send this letter, waiting that you and your beloved wife are in the best of health.

With my heart in my hand I want you to know that I have received several letters from several renowned ministers to make this petition on their behalf on the following points:

It is asked of me of the new method of the general elections of November 24, 2006 in Long Beach, California. It is said that some preliminary candidates were disqualified having the greatest number of votes in their favor. That in time, ministers with a minor number of votes were selected by the “Qualifying Committee”. It is said that the document of Suitability, Capacity and Rights was considered over the quantity of votes. Also that those who were disqualified were never spoken to before being disqualified. I am told that they and their families are passing through a lot of sadness and pain.

Many have asked me, the least of servants to intervene before the “Qualifying Commission” to investigate said acts.

I as a simple servant don’t want this responsibility, as a matter of fact, I wish it was far away from me, but the severity of this matter entreats that I consider this matter and I am petitioning that that “Qualifying Commission” meet with me and four other bishops and former-bishops, Juan Hernandez, Abel Torres, Julian Aguirre and Daniel Solomon. This I ask as soon as possible to help to resolve this general dilemma of our Apostolic Assembly.

At the same time I request that the official voting ballots be made available for a recount, I believe this would help a lot.

I would appreciate your quick response to this so delicate and important matter. Thank you for your kind consideration and love to the work of God.

Attentively and respectfully,

Baldemar Rodriguez

It sounds to me from these letters that the consentor side was really trying to resolve this matter short of litigation. The fact that they have waited almost a year shows me they did try.

Anonymous said...

D S deals?

Anonymous said...

I WONDER IF THE BOARD HAS EVER AGREED TO FOLLOW THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF BISHOP BALDEMAR RODRIGUEZ.

EVEN THOUGH I DON'T CARE FOR BALDEMAR, I THINK HIS METHOD OF INVESTIGATING THIS WOULD BE APPROPRIATE.

GATHER SOME OF THE BISHOPS MENTIONED AND INCLUDE SOLOMON AND FORTINO IN THE MEETING AND EXPLAIN TO THEM WHY THEY WERE DISQUALIFIED.

WE THE ASSEMBLY DOESN'T KNOW WHY THEY WERE DISQUALIFIED?

JOEL MONTES WAS QUALIFIED EVEN THOUGH HE LOST ALL THE POSTS HE WAS PUT THROUGH. IT APPEARS THAT JOEL MONTES SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN QUALIFIED ACCORDING TO THE CID DOCUMENT. HE APPARENTLY HAS HIS CHURCH UNDER HIS PERSONAL NAME AND NOT IN THE AA AS REQUIRED BY ALL PASTORS.

By the way, is it possible that Sam Valverde was being pressured by Solomon to put FOT property under the Assemblies name and therefore he needed a general secretary who he could control? Such as his own cousin?

JUST A THOUGHT!

Someone here that is connected with headquarters must know if Fontana's property is under the Assemblies name.

How do we check this out? The property is off of Citrus in Fontana.

It should be public record.

ONCE AGAIN JUST A THOUGHT/THEORY!

Anonymous said...

To 9:49
You are absolutely 100% correct.

Anonymous said...

I know that Sam doesn't care for small churches. He actually frowns on them and their pastors.

"If it was up to him, he would shut down all the small churches that aren't growing and remove small time pastors"

He actually thinks this situation is good, because there may be many churches without pastors and then the assembly can sell the properties and give the money to the larger churches like his own.

Anonymous said...

Is someone checking to see if FOT is under the assembly?

Anonymous said...

GOOD POINT AND POSSIBLE THEORY!

I heard that there are several churches in the assembly whose bishop have taken out equity without the congregations knowing about it. They in turn use the equity for the elite pastor's churches of their respective district.

Anonymous said...

Can someone check on the church property of sam's church?

Anonymous said...

If someone has the address of the FOT property we could probably locate that information.

Someone provide the property address on Citrus in Fontana.

Anonymous said...

Give the address.

To October 18, 2007 3:33 PM and everyone asking for documentation and everyone under the false impression that two-vote Eddie is just a great investor. . .

Eddie Pacheco uses and recommends as a real estate agent a 'brother' by the name of Rogelio Garduno Alvarez. (Even his name 'Garduno' sounds like he's connected).

This man has been a part of many shady deals. He was allowed to make a presentation at the Inferior District Pastoral meeting. If any unsuspecting pastors followed his advice, they will have lost a considerable some of money. At the same time, Eddie & the familia will have gained much from their losses.

Here's a link that will provide details about this shady character - http://www2.dre.ca.gov/publicasp/pplinfo.asp?License_id=01128552

As indicated, its not that Roger never had a license to sell RE. He did have one, and it was REVOKED for illegal activities.

Two-vote is aware of this and still forces people to use his services.

Pastors, Ministers, friends . . .
If this man has represented you in the past 3 years you should contact the California Deprtment of Real Estate.

If you were instructed to use him by two-vote eddie you should mention that to them as well.

I would suggest bringing this to the attention of the GB, but it would fall under the category of 'swept under the rug'

For those of you attending his church - Beware. Beware of any 'investment' scam that comes from the Garduno/Alvarez/Pacheco/Huizar famila!

Regarding monies that are recieved for the sale of church property: if your church sells a property that it operates (even thought they are under the AA) the money goes to the fund of each individual church, not the general fund of the AA.

The dynamics of how the property is set up (with the AA holding the property but the local church pays the mortgage) is just a system of control (so no pastor can succeed from the union or swindle money - yea I know it works great) and so as a whole, the assembly can enjoy greater credit favor so that others can buy property under the "umbrella" that is the AA.

It was probably a great system to use in 1950, many church's were built that on their own would have never been able to get a loan, but again, another system fails us because it is outdated and requires an overhaul. Of course this is an abridged explanation, and I am not defending anyone, just stating it so that no new conspiracies arise on false information.

what about the real estate department at HQ's that is run by Andrew Rodriguez from FOT? They get paid from the assembly plus what they make in profit from the sale. Can someone check on this.

Do you anti-current GB people (I think it is just one person) realize that when you are so blatantly opposed and express your opinion in such a derogatory manner, all you are doing is turning off those that are on the fence and undecided.

You should be more tactful and eloquent, instead of immature and ignorant.

Not impressed.

Not Impressed !

Are you the best person (yes person) that Valverde was able to appoint this morning to defend him.

Anonymous said...

To Mr. Unimpressed,
Don't waste your time trying to be impressed. The blogosphere is merely a repository of unqualified data where anyone with a set of fingers and/or toes can post what they feel. If you're unimpressed, then go somewhere else.

Bye.

Anonymous said...

Hermano Unimpressed,
If you're on here trying to be impressed, then you seriously need a life. That's like going to general convention and expect to hear a word.

Sincerely,
Anti-GB

Is that the best way you can articulate your argument, by writing three comments in a row posing as three different people.

Normally we are opposed to the concept of the trinity but in this case I believe you are the trinity.

Still not impressed!

THE GREAT I AM

I refuse to be discouraged,
To be sad, or to cry;
I refuse to be downhearted,
and here’s the reason why . . .

I have a God who’s mighty,
Who’s sovereign and supreme;
I have a God who loves me,
and I am on His team.

He is all wise and powerful,
Jesus is His name;
Though everything is changeable,
My God remains the same.

My God knows all that’s happening;
Beginning to the end,
His presence is my comfort,
He is my dearest friend.

When sickness comes to weaken me,
To bring my head down low,
I call upon my mighty God;
Into His arms I go.

When circumstances threaten
to rob me from my peace;
He draws me close unto His breast,
Where all my strivings cease.

And when my heart melts within me,
and weakness takes control;
He gathers me into His arms,
He soothes my heart and soul.

The great “I AM” is with me,
My life is in His hand,
The “Son of the Lord” is my hope,
It’s in His strength I stand.

I refuse to be defeated,
My eyes are on my God;
He has promised to be with me,
as through this life I trod.

I’m looking past all my circumstances,
To Heaven’s throne above;
My prayers have reached the heart of God,
I’m resting in His love.

I give God thanks in everything,
My eyes are on His face;
The battle’s His, the victory is mine;
He’ll help me win the race.

To Mr. Anti-trino,

You're taking this web site way too serious. Go ask your boss for more things to do, you have too much time on your hands.

Dear Mr. Not Impressed, aka Mike A.

Please be more calculating and use some intellegence when responding, with less emotion next time.

Sincerely,

Shady dealings? Problems with the government? You can do better than that. If you so as much have had a parking ticket, you've had problems with the government. Ignornance in this place abounds.

Yea right forget it. It will never happen I bet you anything.

Any update on the District Elections, somebody please keep us posted

Anonymous said...

Is the C.I.D being applied to the District elections as well. Does anybody know how and if they are disqualifying candidates?

Anonymous said...

I hear the C.I.D is being used to disqaulfy candidates. They are just not saying so.

Anonymous said...

Everyone take...a bbbbbiiiiggggggGGGGGGG BREATH...and breath out! Now do you feel better?

Anonymous said...

Let's continue to pray for all involved on both sides. Remember the real loser in all of this is the people of the Apostolic Assembly. Not the current GB or the ones filing the law suit

I see the vipers continue is your pestilence. You wallow in your bitterness of unwisdom. You have embraced satan will upon you and you therefore sing the bitterness of the wells of hell upon the body of Christ. I say again with a great and awesome boldness that your motives of evil shall surely not prevail over the Men of God, your leaders. They will trample you as a elephant does the grasshopper. Poverty and sickness shall fall upon your hoseholds id ye not repenteth from your ways. The great hand of God shall crush the speakers of murmurring evils that divide and destroy the body of Christ. The Lord surely hath delivered you this day a word.

I don't understand why people refer to the GB only as Men of God or Anointed of God.

We are all Men of God!!!!!! Stop referring to the GB as some super heroes. They are as human as you and I. If you would hear jokes and stories during their meeting you might think differently.

The problem is that once you become and Board (bored) Member you become "The Anointed of God" WRONG…

Seed for thought:

If brother Aguilar gets into a car accident, does that mean he didn't pay his tithes?

...hmmmm.
