Not so!!!!!!I know some of the members of that church Rangel pastored. They have chased countless pastors out of town both good and bad. 3 families control that church. So if its not there message, good-bye. I congregate near by so I know.
Well, that would make it difficult to work, if you have families that RUN the church. I have been a member of a church like that and those people need to get right or get out.
That is true, there are pastor's trying to do the best to help a church and then have to deal with people that think they OWN the church, well it would be hard.

Reason he got his walking papers was for not paying up on the dues he was suppose be sending in.
Back in Dec. they were not even going to renew his license for non payment but gave him til June.
Church had no say so in why he was removed.
Ask the members you know for the thruth before you come here and spread lies.

No they don't have a Pastor yet. The Elder and the Bishop are taking care of the church at this time.
Attendance has been going up to around 40 or 50 compared to just the maybe if they were lucky to get 20 on a giving Sunday and maybe just 4 or 5 on pot luck Tuesdays.
Finances are doing good too now for being on the brink of bankruptcy couple a months ago.
And the countless pastors that have been ran out?????
No body is left from that time, maybe a few senor citizens. Like 3 or 5.
This wasn't the congregations doing. He did it to himself.

It is sad to see there are pastors that just sit there getting a check from the church, but then again, some church don't make an effort in bringing in souls.
They sit on theirs, just like the pastor.
And when someone does want to do something for old, the old members put the ones that are doing something down.. then nothing gets done.
Instead of the church fighting the devil we fight ourselves and the devil is sitting back just laughing at us.
He was suppose to leave 2 or 3 years ago, but the boss put her foot down and said that God had to show her when it was time to leave.

SLJ, so they were asked for the church before, but they didn't want to leave. Why stay somewhere you are not wanted? Well wish them well and hope that the church can grow past this experience. I have belonged to churches where the pastor was just not meant to pastor. Where they are given a church with members, enough money to help them get by, and mature members, then THEY, stick their foot in their mouth and the people start leaving because the Pastor did not know how to appreciate what God placed before them. Pastor's forget they are also part of the flock, and have been entrusted with the care of HIS people. I wish you all well, and pray that GOD, picks the man and not that the Bishop picks one of his buddies. GB

Do not know who BOB or BOP is but I do know this I used to congregate in the Dos Palos church for quite a # of years so you can't say I don't know the members or pastors who have been there. Wherever there is church control by the members pastors tend to do a bad job. How many pastors have been in Dos Palos the last 25 to 30 years, maybe about 12 to fifteen. Some good some bad.
To be exact in the last 30 there have been 8 not the 12 or 15 you claim.
So if you really were in DP that many years you would know who they were, but than again maybe your head was stuck somewhere else.
So before you come on here stating false facts, do some research.
And yes I agree even 8 seem quite a bit. Some bad some good, but the last one didn't even rate being called "Pastor".

Although it may seem like a lot of these people are bitter and angry, it's because they came from a church where the Pastor by their side served GOD, gave ALL to God. Where the services were truly washed in the spirit. Where speaking in tongues was into the night. Where the choir sang their hearts out. Now it's That the pastor wants you to serve him. He wants everything for him, where the pastor can't wait for his mansion in the sky he wants it now. So he asks for more from his congregation rather than using the money for outreach, real outreach. Now it's ok for members to wear jewelry, cut thier hair, wear makeup. Where the choir it's priority is to wear the right clothes, carry the right hand bags, wear the newest ties or shoes.I remember the Coro de el or the choir from Northern CA. Prayer was their first priority. The youth of today feel It's ok to go to the movies. Now the district treasurer can steal the Juniors camp fund to use it to purchase the Bishops car. Where they can pick and choose according to their liking rather than truly called by God. It's sad, but that is where these angry people are coming from. They just want their church back. Seems like it is lost. God is still there and it is up to each of us to hold on tight and renew ourselves through his spirit. As far as Ricardo Maffey unfortunately alot of people know him and know him well. He used to hang around with someone close to me and apparently this is not the first time he has done something like this and im not talking about his sister inlaw. but only God will judge him and so will our courts. God be with him. God save us all.

Just learned that Bishop Frank Castro will be taking over the church in Dos Palos, CA.
Why would they give the church back to a man who cannot control his wife. His wife was always screaming at women that she thought were after her husband.. there are countless young women, married now and those that were married at the time that were on the receiving end of HER wrath. But many of the women said nothing out of respect for Bro. Castro. and of course he would never say anything.

Things weren't any better back then either. . . the Coro de El? Prayer was their priority? Tongues into the night? If those members were so on fire and it was truly genuine. . . where are they at now?One was pregnant by one of the pastor's sons at the time and was singing in the choir until she was 'outed'. Two of the youth at the time were accused of molesting two young boys of their own church. Out of all those members, there are only a small handful that are still serving Christ. You speak of jewelry, cutting hair and make-up as if though that's what makes a true christian: I'm assuming that because you are anti jewelry, you don't wear a watch right? Or a pendant pin? Make-up? Then you wear no powder, no lipgloss right- because technically, that constitutes as make-up. . . as far as cutting hair, I'm assuming you don't and have never even trimmed your hair right? No bangs? Because trimming is cutting- same thing. In reality, none of that means anything. . .all the jumping and running people do in church means nothing, if they don't live a Godly life OUTSIDE of the four walls of the their church. Anyone can be a christian inside church, it's when they step out of the four walls that tells the story. So things were just as bad then as they are now. We just now have different avenues of "talking" about it and venues in which to vent our frustrations. There are a few Pastors who are truly pastoring because it is there calling, there are also many who have no business pastoring. . . just like in the past.

1. Have faith in God.
2. Believe in The name of the Messiah our Lord and Savior.

The truth is that there is not much that is sound in the Apostolic Assembly
The Apostolic Assembly constitution and bylaws are erroneous and seriously flawed to the degree that they are used to usurp the authority of the holy scriptures. The Apostolic like church cults are no better than the Catholic church and or the doctrine of the pharisees, alright?

To get baptized all a believer needs to do is to have faith, invite at the least one friend or two (the more the merrier) to witness your baptism, go to a body of water such as a pool or big bath tub, go into the pool or tub (you may invite a friend to go into the water with you to help you as you get baptized)ask your friend to pray with you as you call on the Lord saying something like "My God! Have a paper certificate prepared before hand and have pen and at least one or two witnesses sign it. State the date and how you got baptized on the certificate. At Apostolic Assembly church cult locations members and visitors are required to treat pastors as if they are lords. The pastors like to lord it over members and visitors. The Apostolic Assembly and other church cults like it require members and visitors to pay tithes as if we were still in the Levitical Law of the priests of the old testament. Most of the pastors in the Apostolic Assembly have never taken bible college classes and they teach heresies including but not limited to the false tithes doctrine, the Nicolaitan doctrine, Balaam's doctrine and Jezabel's doctrine. The Apostolic Assembly is too similar to the Roman Catholic Church. It celebrates most of the major holidays that the Catholic Church celebrates such as Easter, Christmas, and others. The Apostolic Assembly main worship day is on on Sundays just like the catholic Church. The Apostolic Assembly and cults like it charge you more money though including a minimum of ten percent of your earning which is heretical. The Apostolic Assembly and it's leaders work to manipulate and control their members and visitors lives and they will work to slander and screw your wife, children and finances physically and spiritually as much as possible!
P.S. If you do not pay at least ten percent of your earnings to the Apostolic Assembly (church cult) you will not be allowed to do much of anything. And if you do not accept the Apostolic Assembly pastor as your lord and cult leader, you will not be allowed to do much of anything. If you or your family is deceived to believe in the Apostolic Assembly church cult, you are going to get stuck in their mud and it will almost be impossible for you to get out. It is similar to the Hotel California. You can check out any time you like but you can never leave. Be warned!
