So we are all up to speed...UPDATE!

Thanks to a few iReporters this describes where we are in the Valverde debacle.... Tu Papa wrote:
In case you missed it, I shall I summarize what has happened:

1.) Edward Pacheco was ousted by his cousin Sam Valverde within the last month or so. (I believe it happened after Edward got mad at Sam and confronted him about altering pastor Arellano’s resolution and ALTERED THE AMOUNT OF THE RESOLUTION FROM $600K TO ALMOST $10,000,000 using this forged document for The Fountain Church refinance loan (assisted by Andrew Rodriguez). That was a nice commission you and Ocho got!

2.) Sam Valverde decides he will quiet Eddie and removes him based on a lame excuse. BTW, I wouldn’t be surprised to find out Eddie was doing something “shady”. They are both cut from the same cloth…cousins!

3.) Eddie sends out a “Tell All” letter on some dirt about his cousin, Sam. (This letter had to have been authorized by Eddie’s attorney, otherwise it would be slander).

In the letter Eddie accuses Sam Valverde of the following:

a.) 1st San Bernardino church was raped of $1,000.000 cash to steer to Sam Valverde’s church. (I guess the SB church members are not worthy of their own building because The Fountain Church needs to build a mega building)
b.) San Jose Church had a resolution that was drawn up for Corona church altered (forged) to get more loans for Sam Valverde’s church. ($9,770,000 lien on San Jose).
c.) Solano Beach church was raped of their future by allowing Sam Valverde to put another lien on their property. (ALTERED RESOLUTION TO INCREASE TO Millions).
d.) Unauthorized email access was done of a board member's email account, General Secretary Daniel Solomon. It was done at least once by Sam Valverde’s wife, Rachel Contreras Valverde and consequentially many times through the years by Sam Pacheco Valverde.
FOUR CRIMINAL THINGS DONE BY Sam Valverde & company:

1.) Changed and forged name of resolutions designated for another church to The Fountain Church.
2.) Forged and changed amount of agreed resolution from $600k to almost $10,000,000 on at least 2 different churches. That's financial rape!
3.) Illegally took $1,000,000 cash from the San Bernardino church and hermano's for The Fountain Church
4.) Both Sam and Rachel illegally hacked bishop Solomon's email account. Federal & State crime!

To WeTheApostolicAssembly - Everything you think and have blogged IS good, and has been tried before. Consider this, "Why do you think most pastors and people have been kicked out of the AA?" Because they attempted to effect reform like yours! Even the ones that sued the Assembly had the courage to do it through the legal system, but failed because the constitution (bylaws) is set up as a hierarchy that can be used against people who do not fall in line with the wishes and desires of the GB.
What you fail to realize my friend is this. you said, " The key to this is that neither the General Board nor local church can reprimand its constituents like they do the pastors and bishops (we do not work for the Assembly). By beginning with us, the members, we are protecting our pastors and bishops. I have honestly heard some good plans of reform from different pastors and bishops, but somehow always revert to silence in the end." Why do pastors and bishops revert to silent in the end? Because the same people that promised to protect their pastors turn and do just the opposite. Just ask some of those pastors and bishops that sued the AA how many of their own congregants really stay to weather the coming storm with them. NOT many! You also say, "We need to take matters into our own hands and move forward towards true reform! Before we get deeper into this, we need clarify the gossip that reigns over the matter at hand." I applaud you for wanting to take matters into your own hands, but again the hierarchial constitution will tie your hands, because it's set up to protect and back up the ones that wrote it!
Remember, if your pastor or bishop operate under the Apostolic Assembly THEY DO WORK FOR THE ASSEMBLY and are employees of the corporation! because everything, and I mean everything that carries the name AAFCJ belongs to them. And the ONLY way any hierarchy can run honorably is if the man or people at the top are honorable themselves.
I have been in the Apostolic Assembly for 68 years, and what we are seeing today has happened before, but I can tell you NOT at this level and magnitude. I'm glad there are people like yourself that have the hope and faith that it can change. I have been praying and fasting for change for so long that I honestly don't think it's going to happen.

Some of you might say, "Where is your faith? You must trust and believe God he will do it in His time." Listen, here is where I believe we need to be realistic to understanding and accepting the will of God. I do believe God is stepping in and doing something about the situation. He has allowed people to create other organizations that will eventually replace the AA. You have to understand one thing my friend. Sometimes we are so fixed in wanting God to change the thing we want and desire, that we fail to see that God is no longer involved with that thing we want Him to change. This AA oldtimer was impressed by the Holy Spirit during prayer, that the AA has lost its way, and because it continues to refuse to repent and actually change its ways, it has also lost its purpose.
We the gentiles received salvation because God's own chosen people (Israel) refused to change its ways. God left them and entrusted His gospel to a people that wanted Him and desired to do His will.
I wish you nothing but the best in you efforts to effect change in the AA. Especially if you have the strength, the funds, and the time. As for me, the only time I have left, I wan to use it to win more souls to the cause of Jesus Christ. And I refuse to bring these souls into an organization that is full of nepotism, favoritism, egotism, and greed.
Contrary to what you believe, there are some Jesus name, Oneness organization out there that still follow the doctrine of the apostles. They might not be legalistic about it, but they still follow the doctrine that leads to salvation. I won't mention any names because I don't want to be accused of promoting such organization instead of the AA. All I now is that IF the AA continues, it will continue outside the will and hand of God!
One final thing. I do know for a fact, that all accusations and allegations against president Valverde HAVE been proven true and factual my friend. I was one that actually reviewed the facts and saw first hand all his improprieties. This is why a chose to move on, because I can tell you with all certainty that the changes that will come from president Fortino will appease most of you, but they are in no way changes that will change the status cuo in the general board. They are praying, NOT for reform, but for other secret improprieties not to surface.
Continue to pray for the AA, maybe, just maybe God will change His mind, but "...as for me and my house, we shall serve the Lord!" God bles you.

Any time any Apostolic Assembly President tries to work to change the old Apostolic Assembly and it's constitution that President will be removed by the board, alright? It does not take a rocket scientist to figure that one out, ok? And the same goes for any bishop and or pastor that tries the same, alright? If you truly want change you got to pray and you got to move out of the Apostolic Assembly, ok?

Bloggers...Religion cannot be free if you have to pay the government, through taxation, to exercise it. Since churches aren't taxable in the first place, why do so many of them go to the IRS and seek permission to be tax-exempt? It occurs out of:

Ignorance ("We didn't know any better")
Bandwagon logic ("Everyone else is doing it")
Professional advice (many attorneys and CPAs recommend it)

Does the law require, or even encourage, a church to organize as a 501c3? To answer that question let's turn to what the IRS itself has to say.

Dear "We the Apostolic Assembly",

Thank you for your sincere words defending the "amada iglesia"(Apostolic Assembly). I can see from what you have posted here, that you are a somewhat educated person. However, you do not seem to be educated or understand how the Apostolic Assembly, our constitution, structure, bylaws and history has allowed this organization to function.

Yes, the Apostolic Assembly has done well with reaching the lost, helping many, by preaching the "Shema"("Hear, O Israel: the LORD is our God, the LORD is one," Deuteronomy 6:4).

Let me just point out to you that we, the members, are NOT considered "constituents", first of all. The term "constituents" would be more appropriately designated to a democratic form of rule such as a person or resident who lives within a certain district of a regional area. In the case of democratic rule, the constituent would have representatives that could change laws and meet the needs of the people.

The Apostolic Assembly (along with most churches) does not operate under this type of system. This is not a democratic system. The Bible does not allow for a democratic system. The bible rightfully directs us to have a “theocratic” system of rule. When it is properly set-up, it will operate correctly, God will be honored and the people will not be under constant judgment.

I can tell you that through years this organization has existed; it has had many wonderful General Board & national leaders. But unfortunately all you need is one or two leaders that are absolutely committed to "climbing" the leadership latter without regard for what happens and whom they hurt and “step on” in the process to get there.

I won't mention names here, because it is very obvious to everyone who has been watching our organization since the time of Bishop president Llorente, who those types of leaders are and you know their names (if you don’t, it’s better for you). They have particular characteristics and are full of arrogance and pride. Once you personally work with them (as I have done) they will privately change in front of you with a spirit of threats and intimidation if you don't do as they say. I didn’t see this in Llorente, Nava, Cantu, Salazar, and Vizcarra. These men I can vouch for, because I saw their spirit up close. They were NOT perfect men by any means. What they were was God fearing men who loved God’s people more than they loved the material things and the positions that went with it.

Unfortunately, we the members must work within this system to make it right.

Your idea is not very revolutionary because it already has been tried.
"Constituents" do not exist within the Apostolic Assembly, but nice try anyway.

All we really can do at this point is follow the instruction of the bible below:

“if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” 2 Chronicles 7:14

Oh How the mighty have fallen!

If you choose to stay some of the best things to do is for Pastors and congregations in the Apostolic Assembly is to not change the title to your properties over to the AA and or Just Rent or lease a building instead and then you may have more of a voice to govern at your local how you choose but the bishops and general boards will be going over to your leased or rented building you and asking for the pulpit and could work on having you replaced even there, ok?

The best thing the Apostolic Assembly could do now (but I doubt anyone is smart enough or wise enough to do there) is to:
1. At the very least Samuel Valverde Malverde and his friends types should be humbled and removed from being Pastors of the Fountain of Truth/Fountain of Deceit church cult building and given a building like the one on 6th street in San Bernardino for at least 40 days,
2. Provide a written letter of apology with an offer to restore Baldemar Rodriguez and the over 250 pastors that Samuel Valverde and Baldemar Rodriguez kicked out of the Apostolic Assembly church cult.
3. Offer to work together with all the teachers and pastors that have left the Assembly to teach and preach the gospel of truth.
4. All it takes is a little faith. I'm confident that if a part of the discipline the Apostolic Assembly church cult includes that the cult leaders Eddie Pacheco and Samuel Valverde Malverde are put to work together as co-pastors to teach and preach together in Corona they may be able to get enough cult followers and Mexican sort of construction workers to help them complete the temple building in Corona, alright? And that should help the Apostolic Assembly church cult some, ok?

In addition The Fountain of Truth Church Cult building should become the new headquarters of the Apostolic Assembly church cult and then the new Corona church cult building should also become a part of the new Apostolic Assembly church cult head quarters when competed and then once the building in Corona is completed the cult leaders Eddie Pacheco and Samuel Valverde Malverde should be sent on assignment to where they would be the most effective cult leaders to gain more cult members and and restore the Apostolic Assembly church cult building to highest capacity through out the Apostolic Assembly church cult until they raise enough support and donations to pay for all the debts that they may have caused upon the Apostolic Assembly church cult.
5. I encourage the Apostolic Assembly church cult leaders to work together to change the Apostolic Assembly church cult constitution by adding amendments to do away with requiring tithes, dues, registration fees and any other fees and begin to teach and preach the gospel for free the way if should be, alright?
6. Amend the Assemblies constitution and other documents needed to include that teachers and preachers in the Apostolic Assembly contribute a low percentage of their income towards their Assembly retirement accounts so that the teachers and preachers have a substantial right to their Assembly retirement pension regardless of what reason they leave the Assembly.
7. amend the constitution and other documents as needed so that the teachers, preachers and or congregations are able to own the real estate to their temples as the teachers, preachers and or congregation choose and still be able to work with the assembly and not for the assembly to the furtherance of the gospel of Christ.

The changes above should help the Apostolic Assembly church cult not be such a cult and be more like the Iglesia of our God and Christ our Lord and Savior, amen?

The saints of the early Christian Iglesia had a voice and were a part of the theocratic government of the Iglesia.
Example: Acts6:3 Wherefore, brethren, look ye out among you seven men of honest report, full of the Holy Ghost and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business.

The problem today is that there are none of the Apostles of Christ living today. The greatest authority we have is the holy spirit and the word of God. There are some men who are able to teach the scriptures to others.

Luke 12:12
For the Holy Ghost shall teach you in the same hour what ye ought to say.

John 14:26
But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

1 Timothy 2:12
But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.

2 Timothy 2:2
And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.

Hebrews 5:12
For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.

Hebrews 8:11
And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.

1 John 2:27
But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

Revelation 2:20
Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.

Ephesians 4:11
And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;

1 Corinthians 12:28
And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.

Acts 13:1
Now there were in the church that was at Antioch certain prophets and teachers; as Barnabas, and Simeon that was called Niger, and Lucius of Cyrene, and Manaen, which had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch, and Saul.

Evangelists, pastors and teachers may or may not have the same authority as Christ and or his apostles but Christ did provide them for our edification for our Salvation, right?

Matthew 7:15
Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

Matthew 24:11
And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.

Matthew 24:24
For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

Mark 13:22
For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.

Galatians 2:4
And that because of false brethren unawares brought in, who came in privily to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage:

2 Timothy 4:3
For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

1 John 4:1
Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

So I checked out your page San Antone. Why should I lie about that. So it says your are an actor, well you lived up to your profession because you do a good job at acting like a Pastor. So you are a Pastor, how many are in your congregation besides yourself and your family. So you are a life coach what do you to others how to live a poor excuse of life. By making sure you are on blogs and facebook. I know you don't have to much time for real life because you are always on here and facebook. Well when you have a good career and a nice education. Then I will take you serious. You making me laugh by saying things that have already be said. You don't have no real revelation. People have been saying what you said for years. Stop using this page to try to get invited to preach because every other of your attempts have had an epic fail.
I think I went at you enough. No I am not a cult member get a dictionary and start looking up some synonyms. Since I know that word is to far above your level it means words that sounds a like. No I am not even in that mess anymore lol. Thanks for setting yourself up to look stupid it was to easy.

when i was with brother zuniga we saw the paperwork and we saw all the signatures that were needed in order to refinance church buildings and still make millions of dollars for the general fund.. The question that i asked was how did they know that those millions of dollars were actually were put on the fund and not under valverdes personal accounts? he would ridicule my pastor in many levels since he knew that as bishop president he could get away and act like mafia since he would hide under the constitution and man made bylaws that only benefit those in powers as valverde and eddie and business associates. He had a history of doing this and no one would stop him because he has a church with over a thousand people and would talk how to run church properly..I found it ridiculous that they prayed for him and acted like one of the boys had being caught to lets cover his tracks because he has dirt on everyone in power.. how long will it take for anybody to put exercise The law of the land.. They say pray for him but else prayer comes with action.. With bother zuniga he got over 2 million dollars and a buildling . Now that building was sold to what alot of apostolics dislike, trinitarians..The proof was there all along .. now when all this comes out on the news, this will only make the assembly look more lawless then what already is..else please Eddie pacheco out of the pastorship position, everyone knows the type of character he is since he sold cars to members.

Why are we all concerned what happens with the leadership of the AA? As for me and my house, we will serve the lord. All this mess is nonsense. Let these corrupt and crooked men do their thing. They are only digging themselves a bigger hole for Judgement Day. The AA was good when we were children but as we have grown, we have out grown the preschool of the AA The AA has been good at baptising people, but it has been horrible at retention. As we grow, we want to grow in the Word. Unfortunately, with the La Puente Bible Schoolers running the church, the church, the AA has remained at a basic level, which has enabled men like Pacheco and Valverde to use the AA for personal wealth. when i was with brother zuniga we saw the paperwork and we saw all the signatures that were needed in order to refinance church buildings and still make millions of dollars for the general fund..

Rock Solid has left a new comment on the post "So we are all up to speed...UPDATE!":

DueProcess and DoNotJudge,
One thing you both need to understand is Sam was intimidated (and felt threatened S.A.)by all of the men that he had kicked out. He had a plan to get to the top any way that he could, but it did not happen the correct way with an election so he cheated these Bros. out of positions that they were rightfully elected to. He had no problem evicting them from church properties they worked hard for.
Now it came full circle on him with the allegations from his cousin who knew exactly which buttons to push, and it worked. When he realized he was about to be exposed, he told several members of the board that he "did not want to have the assembly go through a family feud" Really? So he cowardly quit, HE QUIT!!! He had no problem putting the family in Christ through a feud with a corrupt election, because he had much to gain, power, finances, etc etc. He even bragged at end time restoration of a million dollar home and $500,000 bank account!! What arrogance.
It is time to clean up the assembly so that we as members can move forward with our praise and finally get over this mess! Sam just simply needs to move on!!
DoNotJudge, you're right, God will handle everything.
DueProcess,Wheres the presumption of innocence? He Quit, he gave himself up and told family members he handled resolutions wrongfully, sounds guilty to me, but if the both of you would still like to follow him go ahead, we will be fine...
with out him, alright?

@ unknown- If I was the leader of the AA I would give the teachers and preachers rights to develop an Apostolic teachers and preachers union and I would give them the right in the Assembly to teach and preach the gospel and to teach and preach against any and all leaders, alright? And the teachers and preachers in the Assembly would have the right to hold real estate for their congregations in their name or in the name of their congregation and not in the name of the Assembly. The Assembly would only provide what ever support the teachers and preachers need including but not limited to education, training, counseling, licensing, etc, etc,...

@ unknown and all concerned: If I was the leader of the AA I would work on adding an amendment that anyone that desires to be elected to be elder, bishop, to the general board and or for President of the Assembly that they must have a primary run for office before they be elected. I would have qualifications include a secular bachelors degree and bachelors degree in theology or what is deemed equivalent. Or at the very least 60 unit credits in an accredited secular college and 60 unit credits in theology with at the least one year internship work experience as a teacher or a preacher.

@ unknown- You should know that I do not take any medication of any kind for any health issue at all. That is better than most teachers and preachers in the Apostolic Assembly that take meds for so many issues instead of depending on God, prayer, fasting, a healthy diet, and exercise. I have no diabetes, no high blood pressure, no nothing. I am completely healed. I am so healthy. Praise be to God!

Ephesians 4:11
And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;

I only hope that the evangelists, pastors and teachers you are learning from are honest enough to teaching you the whole truth of the gospel of Christ and are providing you with plenty of freedom in the spirit for you to grow to become teachers and preachers too so you can go on to work for Christ the Lord as Christ intended and that they do not keep you down and captivate you to work for them and not Christ.

For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

1 John 4:1
Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

former AA member,

I am disappointed at the type of languge that is used on this blog. I know that everyone is upset, hurt etc, but in times as this it is when our true love for Christ, our colors really show. no reason for name calling etc. I left the AA because I did not agree with what was going on and the direction of where it was going, but I still try to live for God as he demands, no reason to allow satan to enter in all this. Did they mess up of course they did, hit them in the pocket, hold on to your wallet, hit them where it hurts. And yes the AA board needs to take just action and remove the corrupt individuals if they want to maintain order and unity. Pastors get your properties back under your local church name, it is a perfect opportunity to fight for them as you can use Bro Sam and those involved as the reason why you want your properties back. The thing is many pastors are afraid as that is all the income they have and don't want to lose it, but if you are truly a man after God's own heart not money, there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Resignation
Posted on: March 28th, 2013 by Sam Valverde
My intention is to maintain a positive, godly and respectful spirit, while at the same time being truthful. I would hope that the devotional character of this site would help those who visit be encouraged.

Those of you who know me are aware that my wife Raquel and I have served at Fountain of Truth Church in Fontana, CA since 1984 to the present. I have also served on the Board of Directors of the Apostolic Assembly for close to twenty-three years, the last 2 1/2 years as Bishop President.
On Monday, March 25, 2013 I submitted my letter of resignation. A President’s resignation is colossal and is usually followed by justified questions and a plethora of interrogatives, mainly why?

Before presenting a brief statement, I extend my heart-felt appreciation to the hundreds of you who have sent e-mails, texts and phone calls offering your love and prayers. My wife and family are fine, but experiencing the transition of this change and willing to learn from everything that proceeds from the hand of God. As humans we do feel the pain, but the Holy Spirit has comforted and encouraged us. Also, the blessing of having a family that can pray together, cry together and even still laugh together is comforting. Lastly, our Fountain of Truth members have shown their genuine love and care for us, thank you FTC!

The errors I committed and for which I take full responsibility are administrative, non-lethal constitutional irregularities that a man in my position should not make. When someone working on this level of ministry resigns, clouds of doubt and suspicion rise, and the enemy takes the opportunity to ruin a good name, “which is rather to be chosen than riches loving favor rather than silver and gold.” (Proverbs 22:1) The reader will have to decide what to believe. Other than the administrative error disclosed below, we firmly refute all other allegations that time will surely prove wrong.

What happened?

While constructing Fountain of Truth’s building and in subsequent refinancing of our loans, two other church properties and a third church’s CD were used as collateral. In each case this was done with the Pastor’s permission and in one case the Pastor and the local ministry’s permission. The Constitution requires that resolutions be formed from the local and district levels of those churches. That was not done and thus the violations. We do have on file FTC’s resolutions made from FTC along with the district and General Board’s resolutions for all loans encumbering the FTC property. The error was not forming a resolution from the other church’s memberships. Although violations related to resolutions are not uncommon and many times are done due to negligence, the Commission considered the infraction serious because of the amount of our loan and the fact that I as President was the one to violate. These violation issues are not without complexities, but they are all within the parameters of resolutions and Constitutional irregularities, nothing more. Since this business matter now concerns Fountain of Truth, I will inform the FTC membership (in an official general meeting) about the complexities of said resolutions.

Biblical Perspective

The resignation of a President can be precarious and affect the momentum, direction and spirit of the organization. I encourage us all to stay under the umbrella of Ephesians 4:3:

“Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.”

Some may agree wholeheartedly with the Board’s decision while others may be inclined to wholeheartedly defend the President. Although everyone has the right to their own opinion, I urge us all to make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit. I urge pastors to continue working the Strategy of Jesus, to continue sending monthly evaluations and to continue tithing and giving with a generous heart. The Assembly has been through many experiences and God has helped us through every one of them. He will see us through this one to, if we continue to make every effort to stay united.

What kind of an upright, "righteous man" or in this case an honorable church ministry leader can quote Ephesians 4:3, when for the last 23-27 yrs. he's been 'sheep stealing', talking bad about the other pastors and AA churches simply to increase his own membership, and to require and push the tithes on them?

Apostolic Assembly pastors and brethren, please is this NOT hypocritical and sinister from his part??

San Antone and All,

Thank you for your respectful reply to my previous posts; I recognize your point of view. In response to a couple of your points:

1. You speak true that we do not need a not-for-profit status to engage in the Lord’s work, but this would only apply if we limit our congregations to our back yards and garages. There is obviously nothing wrong with that, but there comes a point where we need accommodate our churches for the growing congregations. Try to rent or buy commercial property without a business license, you will find that you will not go far. Try to collect substantial donations without registering the necessary status with the IRS, you will find yourself facing considerable fines and/or prison time; “Give back to Caesar what is Caesar’s…”. This is why we not only have but need to uphold the 501(c)(3) status. Although, we are not of this world, we must abide not only by the rules of our Savior, but those of this world as well. My father always told me “Before we can be an exemplary Christian, we must first be an exemplary citizen”.

2. Yes, you are correct. Change is impossible with the current structure of the Assembly, but this is why I feel that those who remain in the Assembly, if raised together, can have a loud enough voice and finally twist the arms of those who disregard their official duties. As history has proven, we, sadly, cannot depend on our pastors and bishops to initiate reform; this is a very difficult situation for them. No matter how devoted and devout our pastors are to the work of God, they are still only men. I imagine it tears them up inside having to ponder whether to disclose allegations against the Assembly’s leaders, or keep silent for the sake of their livelihood. Many pastors literally have nothing else to fall back on, with an entire family to feed; the result of an entire life, dedicated, to the work of God. But let’s see the reality of things, if you owned a company and you had subordinate employees or managers, would you still keep them? Of course not! The rule is no different in the Assembly. But back to my point, if the Assembly’s members can unite together and (excuse the term) “hit them where it hurts” then they will be forced to listen to our pastors and bishops without the consequence of exile.

Feel free to spread the word of unity throughout the Assembly; there is power in numbers! I would love to hear from those who are wholeheartedly concerned with the matters at hand. We can converse here on this blog or, privately, by reaching me at WeTheApostolicAssembly@gmail.com. Please excuse my anonymity, as you all know how judgmental people can be, I feel that being anonymous is necessary for the time being. To Unknown and WetheApostolicAssembly et al:

You all who are still within the confines of that AA organization should gather up a significant large number of good pastors, "lay people" (hermanos) and unbeknown to the GB walk up to the general offices (Headquarters) and ask to speak to all 8 of them at once or whoever is there at the time and really press them for the real deal honest truth. As to what they discovered and what else they intend to do about ALL of the issues that can be criminal, in nature. No matter who is involved or who did or said what about hiding / suppressing the truth.

Just my recommendation for a "shock and awe" type of advancement to cause A REAL CHANGE!

Sam Valverde- you may full mountain of lies but you will not fool the rest of us.

For a man the obviously coveted the position as president and to leave it so quickly then I do not doubt there is more to the story, why because a man like you would not have given up so easily unless he knew sonething would be discovered.

You deserve the same that you, Sanchez and the GB did to others that DID not rise to the same level as to what you've done, yet they were removed from their churches.

How does it feel to be in the sane position? The decision that you be removed from your church would be best and fair compared to what was done against others.

Your people are obviously gullible and for you to spiritualize it had brought you to a new low.

The scripture states, by their fruit you shall know them, we'll, we know the real you. The real you is Greed, power hungry, steal other teachings and present them as yours in other words, you are a fake.
Thank God he can still forgive a fake but you will ultimately suffer the consequences.

Old Cbg and All,

Thank you for your insight on the matter at hand, it is always comforting to receive counsel from those wiser and more experienced than one. I respect and praise your unwavering dedication to the work of the Lord, no matter how tough you may have seen things be. In response to a few of your comments:

1. You are correct, many have attempted to rise against the Assembly, to initiate reform, and have failed miserably. But as I stated in my initial post, they have all taken the wrong angle towards their fight for reform. Two things I have seen that introduce failure to the equation: (A) Most of these pastors and bishops begin by publicly slandering their opposition. This automatically tarnishes his/their name(s) as a resentful rebel without any credibility; this transfers to their followers as well. And (B) you never want to oppose a company, legally, that has bylaws full of loopholes, an attorney(s) on, possible, retainer and access to millions of dollars to redistribute towards the lawsuit.

2. I am not trying to take matters into my own hands; I’m trying to make the Assembly’s members see that we ALL (together as whole) can take matter into OUR own hands. Yes, the Assembly’s constitution does protect those who created it, but we are the ones that are least affected by it. Our pastors and bishops are the ones that get their hands tied, what we need to do is pave the road, so that our pastors and bishops may be able to speak freely.

3. I feel you may have misinterpreted part of my initial post. What you and I stated is correct, our pastors and bishops due in fact work for the Assembly. What I stated, though, is that WE, the members, DO NOT work for the Assembly. We are technically free of the governance of the Assembly (directly), but are governed by our pastors and bishops, which gives the Assembly powers of the members indirectly. This is the key that grants us power, as a whole, over the General Board. If they want to protect themselves behind loopholes, we shall do the same!

Feel free to spread the word of unity throughout the Assembly; there is power in numbers! I would love to hear from those who are wholeheartedly concerned with the matters at hand. We can converse here on this blog or, privately, by reaching me at WeTheApostolicAssembly@gmail.com. To Porq and All:

Unfortunately, picketing will get us nowhere. Picketing is reserved to publicly announce wrong doings of someone, a group of people or an organization. The problem that lies with this tactic is that no one, outside of the Assembly, cares about our internal matters.

I urge all of those who truly want reform to refrain from any public display of rebellion or slander. This will only affect our cause negatively by tarnishing our intentions. Please join me in prayer and fasting so we may all, together, fight the urge to fight as earthly people and gain strength to fight as a spiritual body.

With all due respect sir/madam, listen to me please. I never mentioned nor implied what you said- "Unfortunately, picketing will get us nowhere." I know better than to cause a public stir/protest. I am simply trying to make you all to understand that the ONLY way, means or methods that will make whoever is up there in the AA GB with an open heart "to listen to the people" is when you all go up to them in love, honor and with all due respect to petition them to allow you all to voice your serious concerns, opinions. Just trying to help you to get a plan ...

WeTheApostolicAssembly said...

AA Pastor and All,

Thank you for your insightful words; especially as an Assembly pastor. More than providing a “somewhat educated” thought, I hope to provide an unbiased reality check. I share the feelings of many here: what is done is done and may the Lord judge them, if in fact they have broken moral laws. But, I cannot stand by to see year after year full of mistakes that could have been prevented if there were provisions in our bylaws (constitution) that would force accountability upon all who govern the Apostolic Assembly. In response to your points:

1. Thank you for correcting me. The term “constituents” is incorrect, I just found it appropriate since the constituents of a democracy have the power to invoke change (perhaps not follow it through, but start the process), just as we do.

2. I am not suggesting that the Assembly should restructure as a democracy, I am suggesting that the Assembly should instate a system of accountability outside of the General Board, but still within the theocracy. If you have the power to justify your own actions and not have consequences for breaking bylaws, you are allowing the enemy to infect the entire system with temptation of manipulation and corruption. There are other non-profit organizations that fine board members or officers up to $10,000 for breaking their bylaws. Imagine if we had such provisions in the Assembly? I doubt we’d see so many “mistakes” in our Assembly. The loopholes that allow the General Board to operate freely are the same loopholes that allow the enemy to slither through and bite our leaders at their weakest moments. We must close the loopholes!

3. As I have not yet revealed my, as you put it, idea, I do not see how it can be rejected so easily. Again, I understand this is not a democracy, and we are not constituents, but as a whole we can force the General Board to listen to our pastors and bishops and do what is necessary to destroy the, what seems like, “brotherhood” of the Assembly leaders and prevent future “mistakes”.

4. I agree that we must take the upmost spirituality and reverence towards the matter. But God used men to heal the land. God opened doors so men may walk through them and lead his people in the path of righteousness. God will provide the solution, but we need to meet him half way and accept it. Standing by, waiting to see the doors close time after time is what we have done. I understand that many have tried, but I feel that with the wrong motives and with the wrong direction. We have nothing to gain from a reform, but end a decade’s old squabble that will finally allow us to focus 100% on spreading the word and saving the lost as a whole. I commend and respect those who keep working hard in the kingdom of God; as humans, it’s easy to let our feelings take control of our actions and mindset. Only through prayer and fasting can we prevail, but how many actually try to overcome the feelings that hinder us. I know I’ve been guilty on multiple occasions.

I would love to hear from those who are wholeheartedly concerned with the matters at hand. We can converse here on this blog or, privately, by reaching me at WeTheApostolicAssembly@gmail.com. Dear All,

I know my posts may be somewhat extensive, and I do not wish to clutter the blog, but I would just like to close the day with a few words:

As we congregate tomorrow in our churches and unite with our families to celebrate the resurrection of our Lord, let’s meditate on what we’re actually celebrating. Beyond our Sunday service and fellowship, we must remember that Christ died on the cross for ALL our sins, no matter what they may be. Many of our brethren have fallen into sin, I am no exception, but through confession and true redemption have found the love for His work once more. Remember that our unfortunate pastors and bishops suffer their sins more so than we do, due to their public position. I pray that anyone unjustly wronged may have their blessings restored to them seven fold! I pray that the lost souls that have been affected by the continuous betrayal of trust may be redeemed and have a place, from which where they belonged, with open arms. I pray that in the name of Jesus all hearts may be mended, so to keep our focus and love towards our true purpose… In the name of Jesus please join me in this prayer as you are reading this. We proclaim victory according to your will. In your name we pray…

Just finished reading Sammy’s Resignation. What a bunch of BS. He is laughing all the way to the Bank. Bragging at endtimes about his half million dollar bank account and his million dollar home.
“ the errors I committed and for which I take full responsibility are administrative, non-lethal constitutional irregularities that a man in my position should not make”
Geezzzzzz Sammy does that included e-mail hacking???
You move $1.00 to $9,000,000.00 and it’s all admisnistrative errors??
Yes we love you and forgive you in the Lord, but you and Rachel committed a criminal act, and for that you and Rachel have to pay for.
Fortino and the rest of the board are obligated to turn all evidence in to law enforcement. Otherwise they themselves are guilty, and subject to be removed for covering up said crime.

LOL!!! The sins of Greed, Coveting are referred to by Scam Madoff Valeverde as "administrative errors". So I guess the sin of fornication shall now be know as a physiological error. LMAO!! Bozo Bench for you!

Okay I have had enough laughs. Back to the issue at hand. I think. Shammy is a good politician he would certainly make it on the Hill. The reason is because every time the government gets caught. They say it was a minor issue and they take full responsibility. Shammy sounds like a good politician because it was minor issues with the constitution and he take full responsibility of the minor stuff lol. Shammy should be on comedy central.

Just an observation... Had Eddie Pacheco not been forced out by GB, this whole debacle would still be hush-hush, everyone in the GB doing "corrupt business" as usual! Very interesting how when the tables are turned, we ourselves turn! Hmmm...

So what did dishonest Samuel Maddoff Valverde Malverde do?

1. He lied (sin) and cheated to get his cousin Eddie Pacheco on the Board of Directors with only 2 votes.
Commandment # 9
Exodus 20:16 Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.

Romans 13:10
Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
2. He kicked out/Baldemar Rodriguez from the Church at 6th street in San Bernardino to quite him and stole and removed $1000,000.00 of funds without authorization of the local church members resolution.
Exodus 20:15 Thou shalt not steal.

Romans 13:10
Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
3. Criminal Activity-By duress Samuel Valverde Malverde had real estate loan documents forged and signed without the authorization and resolutions from the local church which is stealing from a local church (San Jose church and or other churches).
4. Criminal Activity-By duress Samuel Valverde Malverde had real estate loan documents forged and signed without the authorization and resolutions from the local church which is stealing from a local church (Solano Beach church and or other churches)
Samuel Valverde Malverde stole more than $12,000,000.00 that is 12 million plus

Criminal Activity: Samuel Valverde Malverde Had e-mails hacked and hacked e-mails which he does not confess to.
And he still says it was what?
Samuel says...The errors I committed and for which I take full responsibility are administrative, non-lethal constitutional irregularities that a man in my position should not make.

Matthew 7:15
Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

Matthew 24:11
And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.

I guess there is no law in the Apostolic Assembly against stealing from other churches and church members so hold on to your wallets Apostolics, right? You Apostolics are fair game to the Apostolic Assembly church cult leaders, right?

@ WeTheApostolicAssembly-
The fact is you do not need to file for any 501c3 and you do not have to be in your back yard or garage.
All you need is to
1.lease or buy a building that is ok for church use.
2. Go to a bank like Wells Fargo and tell them you want to open a bank account for a church. And they will tell you what you need. And you are not going to need to file any 501c3, ok?

You know what? Andrew Rodriguez is the head of the AA Real Estate Department. He is the one who negotiated those loans. Well, he and Nate Ochoa. Sabes que? Andrew did so in Violation of the NMLS Safe Act of 2008. Sure, Andrew recently became a broker like his wife Ana. However, Mr Andrew DOES NOT have an NMLS Endoresement on his license, as is REQUIRED by Federal and State Law if you are going to be involved in any aspect of loans. No bueno for Andrew when the Dept of Real Estate Commissioner, Calif Attorney General and DA Ramos find out.

LET ME SEE DID YOU GO OUT OF YOUR WAY TO HELP ANOTHER CONGREGATION OTHER THAN PACHECOS SIGN LOAN PAPERS FOR MILLIONS OF DOLLARS ? YOU LEAVE THE ASSEMBLY WITH MILLION DOLLAR DEBTS THAT YOU AUTHORIZED AND SIGNED AND NOW ALL THE ASSEMBLY IS ON THE HOOK FOR THESE TERRIBLE INVESTMENTS, THANKS VALVERDE WITHOUT YOUR HELP WE COULDN'T BE ON THE EDGE OF BANKRUPTCY; WELL DONE GOOD AND FAITHFUL SERVANT ? !

I have the feeling the the General Board will take the easiest way for them and that is to do nothing

So Pastors,

What are you going to do this time? Are you going to let the few affect all of you? If so, then you are a 'Chamberlain'. (Prime Minister of England telling the British and the world, "don't worry, everything is fine" then Hitler bombed England)

And all the paper works magically all criscrossed the state and into all these agencies all by themselves. Valverde, Psychologists also have other fancy names for SIN but sin is sin to GOD. You were not a faithful servant nor a good stewart, if you had cautiously proceeded with hte Assemblies finances as you do to your own we would have been much better off. Paz the Cristo pueblo en general!

I can honestly say that there is a lot of good discussion and even some bible study going on "up-in-here". We can make comments and it doesn't mean we can't have a little Bible Study in the meantime.

I don't believe that the leaders before and the ones that are current are better. They both had faults. Look, we have had many great board members that fell.

But always follow the money, those leaders that fell because of moral sins were not in it for the money. That is the measure. Like someone said on this blog, note the contrast! Sin is different than the sin of iniquity... I learned something here!

How many Apostolic Leaders fell because of the "love of money" or for a power grab (iniquity)?

Let's count them by category:

Those that fell to sin of moral nature:
1. Llorente
2. Cantu
3. Ramirez
4. Martinez
5. Barbosa
6. Maffey
7. Salazar
8. Bojorquez
9. Azuna
10. Gonzales
11. Rodarte
12. Jauhall
13. Aguirre
14.
...I may have not spelled them all right but there are many many more!
These men fell, just as king David fell and repented.

Now lets count how many of the Apostolic Assembly leaders fell because of a power grab, finances or money?

1. Efrain Valverde
2. Eddie Pacheco
3. Sam Valverde

he said he was in medical school on path to be a doctor, like Dr Amin, but see, Dr Amin was able to handle med school and ministry. Douch bags like valverde are filled with lies. Hope he gets his church taken away.

DEAR EX-BISHOP PRESIDENT:

**I WOULD LIKE TO RESPOND TO YOUR EXPLANATION LETTER IN [PARENTHESIS] BELOW.

My intention is to maintain a positive, godly and respectful spirit, while at the same time being truthful. I would hope that the devotional character of this site would help those who visit be encouraged.

[WHY DID IT TAKE SOMEONE TO CATCH YOU AND ACCUSE BEFORE YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THE “ADMINISTRATIVE” ERROR?]

[HOW MANY OF THOSE YEARS DID YOU MAINTAIN WITH INTEGRITY?].

On Monday, March 25, 2013 I submitted my letter of resignation. A President’s resignation is colossal and is usually followed by justified questions and a plethora of interrogatives, mainly why?

[AFTER THE GENERAL BOARD MET FOR NINE STRAIGHT DAYS, REVIEWING THE ALLEGATIONS AGAINST YOU, IT WAS DETERMINED THIS WAS NOT AN “ADMINISTRATIVE” ERROR. THE GENERAL BOARD WAS ABOUT TO REMOVE YOU AS PRESIDENT FOR VERY VERY "UNETHICAL" THINGS. SO YOU IMMEDIATELY RESIGNED. YOU CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD THE LEGAL RAMIFICATIONS OF THE ACCUSATIONS AND RECOGNIZED THE BOARDS RIGHT TO REMOVE YOU].

[I AM APPALLED THAT YOU THINK ALL THE FTC MEMBERS ARE IN AGREEMENT WITH YOU. THE TRUTH WILL PREVAIL AND THE EXODUS WILL COME]

[WHAT LITTLE INTEGRITY YOU HAD, IS NO LONGER BECAUSE YOU WAITED FOR A CLOSE FAMILY RELATIVE TO EXPOSE YOU. WHEN A ADMINISTRATIVE ERROR GOES ON FOR OVER SEVEN YEARS IT IS NO LONGER AN “ADMINSTRATIVE” ERROR. UNFORTUNATELY, WHAT YOU CALL ADMINSTRATIVE ERRORS HAVE BEEN GOING ON SINCE AT LEAST 2006 ACCORDING TO YOUR ACCUSER AND RELATIVE, EDDIE PACHECO. WOULD YOU CONSIDER SEVEN YEARS OF MAKING ERRORS, “ADMINISTRATIVE”? OR WERE YOU ABUSING YOUR POWER TO BUILD UP YOUR CHURCH BUILDING AT THE EXPENSE OF OTHER CONGREGATIONS?]

What happened?

[WHY ARE YOU TRYING TO PUT A SPIN TO SOMETHING THAT IS VERY CLEAR, FROM WHAT YOUR COUSIN HAS ALREADY OFFERED? WHY NO MENTION OF THE EMAIL HACKING? SO THE FORMER GENERAL SECRETARY, EDWARD PACHECO IS LYING? ARE YOU TELLING US THAT YOU ARE THE MAN OF INTEGRITY AND EDWARD PACHECO IS THE LIAR? ONE OF YOU IS LYING AND ONE IS SAYING THE TRUTH, WHAT AN EMBARRASSMENT YOU BOTH ARE TO THE HISTORY OF THIS ORGANIZATION. NO INTEGRITY].

While constructing Fountain of Truth’s building and in subsequent refinancing of our loans, two other church properties and a third church’s CD were used as collateral.

[HAVE SOME INTEGRITY! ADMINISTRATIVE ERRORS? THOUGHT YOU COULD GET AWAY WITH THE “ADMINISTRATIVE” ERRORS FOR SEVEN YEARS? DO YOU MAKE ADMINISTRATIVE ERRORS IN YOUR CHURCH FINANCES? THE STAFF MAKING THE “ADMINISTRATIVE” ERRORS AT THE GENERAL OFFICES ALSO WORK FOR FTC. PERHAPS AN AUDIT OF YOUR CHURCH NEEDS TO BE DONE BY OUTSOURCE TO MAKE SURE FTC DOES NOT ALSO HAVE OTHER “ADMINISTRATIVE” ERRORS GOING ON? PLEASE STOP YOUR DECIET]

In each case this was done with the Pastor’s permission and in one case the Pastor and the local ministry’s permission.

[IN OTHER WORDS, IT WAS DONE “UNDER THE TABLE”. THE REASON YOU DID THIS “ADMINISTRATIVE” ERROR WAS TO AVOID BEING STOPPED. YOU CLEARLY TRIED TO DO THIS ILLEGALLY WITH FORGED DOCUMENTS BEFORE THE PROPER AUTHORITIES COULD STOP YOU.

WHY DID YOU CHANGE THE AMOUNT FROM $600k TO $9,000,000.00 & CHANGE THE NAME FROM CORONA TO FOUNTAIN OF TRUTH ON THIS OFFICIAL LEGAL DOCUMENT. EXPLAIN WHY YOU SAID THE SAN JOSE CHURCH COULD NOT BE FINANCED? WHY WAS ARE YOU MISREPRESENTING? DO YOU CONSIDER THE FORGING OF THE NAMES AND THE CHANGING OF THE AMOUNTS TO BE “ADMINISTRATIVE”?]

HAVE YOU CONSIDERED THERE WAS A CONFLICT OF INTEREST WITH THIS “DUAL” REAL ESTATE STAFF? IT SEEMED ONLY A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE THEY WOULD PREFER THE INTEREST OF FTC OVER THE INTERESTS OF THE AA PROPERTIES AND THUS COMMITTING MORAL TURPITUDE.]

THE CHANGING OF NAMES ON DOCUMENTS AND MILLIONS OF DOLLARS EMBEZZELED INVOLVING AT LEAST THREE AA CHURCHES. YOU USED YOUR POSITION OF POWER, FOR YOUR BENEFIT. IF THE AA BOARD WANTED TO PURSUE THIS {WHICH THEY SHOULD} YOU WOULD BE THE FIRST AA BISHOP PRESIDENT TO GO TO PRISON. THAT’S HOW SERIOUS THE MATTER BEFORE HAS BECOME. Biblical Perspective

The resignation of a President can be precarious and affect the momentum, direction and spirit of the organization. I encourage us all to stay under the umbrella of Ephesians 4:3:

“Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.”

[YOU FAILED TO START WITH VERSE ONE OF EPHESIANS 4 WHICH STATES “As a prisoner for the Lord, then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received.” HAVE YOU LIVED A LIFE WORTHY OF YOUR CALLING? WHAT ABOUT THE FORMER BISHOPS WHO WERE EX-COMMUNICATED FOR STANDING UP TO SUSPICOUS ELECTION RESULTS? THEY FILED THE LAWSUIT BECAUSE THEY WERE TRYING TO GET SIMPLE HONEST ANSWERS WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN ANSWERED TO THIS DAY. DO YOU CONSIDER YOUR “ADMINISTRATIVE” ERROR AND PARTICIPATING IN THE ELECTION COVERUP MINOR COMPARED TO THEIRS?]

[PLEASE ADDRESS THE EMAIL HACKING YOU {AND YOUR WIFE} ARE ACCUSED OF PARTICIPATING IN FOR YEARS. THIS ADDITIONAL ACCUSATION IS NOT BY A “LOWER’ LEVEL ASSEMBLY OFFICE EMPLOYEE. THIS ACCUSATION COMES FROM A CLOSE RELATIVE, A PEER AND A FORMER GENERAL BOARD MEMBER, FORMER GENERAL SECRETARY OF THE APOSTOLIC ASSEMBLY. A PERSON WHO HAD FULL KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT OCCURRED]

Greetings to all in general, Praise the Lord:
With this I greet you in the love of our Lord to communicate to you the following:
On June 24, 2008, leaders ofthe interior district came and removed the locks of the historic
temple of the Apostolic Assembly in San Bernardino, CA. I told them that they should have
called me and I would have given them the keys; they said that they had been sent by the general
leaders.
On another day I received a call to a meeting with the district board and a general commission.
A week before I asked the district official about the matter of such meeting. I was told he did not
know. At such meeting I was read a letter saying that the general board had agreed to remove
me as pastor and minister of the Apostolic Assembly. They offered me three months of benefits
and 3 thousand dollars as compensation, if I signed a paper to the fact. I called my attorney but
after not answering, I decided not to sign, therefore the benefits and check ceased immediately.
The following day the same check was sent to me saying it was an offering for me, but I did not
accept it.
Now it is being said that I divided the church. I say that they divided it with their actions.
They closed down the temple and the following day at the meeting I was removed from the
ministry, and that same night I was called "Ex-pastor". I felt ridiculed, rejected and the people
too. Now I say, I was not given a trial, I was not told beforehand, and have no records and here I
present my letter of excommunication from the Apostolic Assembly; Church we love much
my wife, I, and my children. Thousands of brethren are praying for us, therefore, thank you,
esteemed pastors and members for your love and respect, we love you in Christ Jesus.
The following is an inventory that we have left for the Apostolic Assembly:
1. A savings account: $187,712.31 (6-3-08) at Wells Fargo Bank. At this same bank is
deposited tithes, donations, missionary works, departments and love offerings. This money is a
loan pro-construction, that was made with Lane Foundation, by brother Arturo Lopez, who has
the original paperwork.
2. A CD of$860,493.93 with the date March 31,2008 with the bank Federal of Broadway
of Los Angeles, California. This account was made tripartite with the local church,
IDCN District, and the General Offices. Both files have been signed and notarized, with copies
to each party. Sunday School $1,711.53, temple $165,000.00 (value) and 4.8 acres of vacant
land pro-construction 13th and Mt. Vernon, the commercial value this day, and the Access Value
is $274,317.00.

So Samuel Malverde Valverde in fact violated all the commandments from the first to the last including coveting the money and equity of the churches in the Apostolic Assembly including but not limited to 1. The Apostolic Church of San Bernardino
2. The Apostolic Church of San Jose
3. The Apostolic Church of Solano Beach

So how can a man and pastor like Samuel Malverde Valverde who pretends to know the holy scriptures, supposedly has a masters degree in theology (lol), pretends to be a teacher and preacher of the gospel come into the Apostolic Assembly and be like a thief?

John 10:10
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
p.s. When he hated on the brethren that protested his work of iniquity and had them kicked out of the Assembly Samuel Malverde Valverde killed and became guilty of the murder of all the brethren he worked hard to kick out of the spiritual house of life in Christ, right?

The truth is he is a false brother and a false teacher and a false preacher, alright?
To believe that it is acceptable to steal from the churches is a damnable heresy and Samuel Malverde Valverde is guilty of heresy and should not be allowed to pastor, right?

2 Peter 2:1
But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

In my Pastor Valverde's website he also states that all the churches "agreed" to put up their hard earned equity on the line so he could build for his ego the biggest church building in the Assembly. Yes, I can see it all now Paz de Cristo Hermanos , si firman aqui porfavor y miren Raquel les mando una docena de tamales frescos, esas cien ojas no son nada, no nada mas son papeles de la Asamblea que se tienen que firmar de vez en cuando. Yo creo que huvo mucho 'arm twisting y favores involved' but thats just what 'me thinks' Me gustaria saber que realmente paso con los hermanos cuando autorizaron tal firma de papeles de collateral

It's not an administrative error, right?
Unauthorized removal property is theft, right?
Unauthorized removal property is stealing, right?
And in addition it is administrative incompetence, right?
And if a pastor like Samuel Malverde Valverde is incompetent and does not know what stealing is then he should be removed from being pastor, right?
How is a pastor that does not know what stealing is going to preach against stealing? Unless it is ok for pastors and members to steal in the Apostolic Assembly, right?
The truth is Samuel Malverde Valverde is a liar, right?
The lord Malverde Valverde is a narcissistic lying cult leader that believes he is the God and Lord of the assembly. He believes he is above any laws of the land, laws of God and above the bylaws of the Apostolic Assembly and above any policies and above the ten commandments.
He is narcissistic believing he is god in the Apostolic Assembly and believing that he has absolute power over the money and mortgages and membership of his Apostolic Assembly church cult and the board members think the same thing, right?
And so Samuel Malverde Valverde sinned and violated the 1st and most imortant commandment of all which is
Mark 12:29
And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:
Samuel Malverde Valverde believes he is above this commandment believing he is the Lord over the board members, bishops, pastors, churches and members.
And he violated ever commandment in between including but not limited to:

Romans 13:10
Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.

Matthew 6:24
No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

Matthew 22:39
And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

Samuel Malverde Valverde did not love his neighbor brothers he kicked out and so he should not be a pastor, right?
If he repents he could some day learn to be a good brother but he should not be a pastor because it's not an administrative error it is administrative incompetence, right?

@ WeTheApostolicAssembly-
The fact is you do not need to file for any 501c3 and you do not have to be in your back yard or garage.
All you need is to
1.Borrow, lease or buy a building that is ok for church use. Ex. you could rent from another church. I have done this. My congregation used to rent the use of a church building of another organization.
2. Go to a bank like Wells Fargo and tell them you want to open a bank account for a church. And they will tell you what you need. And you are not going to need to file any 501c3, ok?

Does the law require, or even encourage, a church to organize as a 501c3? To answer that question let's turn to what the IRS itself has to say.

Churches Need Not Apply!

Samuel Malverde Valverde lied and cheated to gain as much power and control of the Apostolic Assembly as possible.
He lied and cheated to get his cousin Eddie on the board. He lied when he stated lies about the other men who ran against 2 vote Eddie disqualifying the men running against 2 Vote Eddie.

John 8:44
Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

Acts 5:3
But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land?

Acts 5:3

2 Thessalonians 2:11
And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

1 John 2:4
He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

1 John 4:20
If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?

Revelation 21:8
But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

The Apostolic Assembly board members beside him knew that Samuel Malverde Valverde made lies and false testimony against those who ran for the office of board member.
And so the board members went along with the lie and then together with Samuel Malverde Valverde they kicked out Baldemar Rodriguez and other ministers to cover their lies and to go on to without authorization steal the $1000,000.00=One million dollars from the Apostolic church of San Bernardino and then the other churches you are aware of.
So why now kick out Samuel Malverde Valverde from being President? Well now they are working to quiet as many Apostolic's as possible because the problem of their lies, deceit, and fraud is becoming known to Apostolic's and it is out of their control now but they are guilty equally with Samuel Malverde Valverde.
By the boards actions they are saying it is ok for them to lie, cheat and steal millions from the Apostolic churches and Apostolic members, right?

San Antone,
While some of your posts are amusing, it is safe to say that at this point you are doing more harm than good with your spamming of this blog. Although it is great that you have decided to voice your opinion over the travesties that have occurred in the apostolic assembly, massive posts regarding the same subject and the overuse of copying and pasting posts from other users is very harmful to the integrity of this blog and has become a distraction from the issues at hand. This blog is great because it gives its users unprecedented exposure to what is going on in the apostolic assembly beyond what you are told in church. This blog is a great resource to members of the apostolic assembly because it gives you a public forum to discuss the issues within the assembly.
San Antone once again I would like to reiterate, I think it is great that you have found this blog and decided to voice your opinions, but you are hurting this blog by being a troll.

I don't wish Sam Valverde any evil, he has dug his own pit. The financial stress that he is under is enormous. An $80,000 mortgage payment a month plus thousands in utility bills and $ 120,000 a year in property taxes will take a toll on him. We didn't really need this building our Pastor did. In the New Testament you don't read about Church buildings but you do hear that wherever 2 or 3 are gathered in His Name there He is in their midst. Seriously, I don't know how there making our $80,000 a month mortgage payment if you do the math at some 800 tithing brothers at an average of $200 a month it just never adds up to $80,000 ?

Unknown said...

I apologize to everyone here for the terrible financial state that my Pastor Samuel Valverde left the Assembly in. Yes, my Pastor Valverde left the finances of the Assembly underwater, way underwater ! Had he treated the finances of the Assembly as responsably as his own personal finances ( he claims to have $500,000 in the bank and a close to $1,000,000 home ) then the Assemblies finances would be in full bloom, but unfortunately the reality is that under my Pastor the Assembly inherits over $9,000,000 in bad debts and investments.

Any reliable and validated latest news coming out from the GB general offices. Makes you wonder, since most of the office employees are from FTC.

But, someone who has real inside connections as to who the GB will be meeting with on Tuesday, besides all of the district bishops. I can imagine that they will most likely have their legal team on hand also, to advise them all on what needs to be done now, before they (the US Federal investigators) come in to turn their offices in to a white collar criminal location.

So in other news one of the board members is saying, that the GB consulted with their attorney. The attorney said, ask Sam to resign or fire him. So Sam did not resign voluntarily he was force into it. So he could save face value. On his website he makes it seem as though it was of his own free will. When in reality he was forced out.

Dear Pastor Sam,

I am a current member of your church. I am not a disgruntled member, but many of us have questions.

Many of us at FTC are asking many questions that have come up since you posted your response on your website: www.samvalverde.com

Please explain to us the congregation why we needed more money?

Ponder the following:
1.) The 10 acres we had on Sierra street was sold for over $3 million dollars.
2.) The money was used to buy and payoff the new current property on Citrus avenue.
3.) The San Bernardino County assessor states our land was purchased for $900,000.00.
4.) The building construction was $8,500,000.00. This is for a total combined value of $9,800,000.00.

What are you up to Pastor Sam? The math doesn't add up.

If we paid for the current property with cash and still had over $1,000,000.00 cash, this means we only needed another $7,000,000.00 to get our building to it's current state.

At a conservative number of $50K a month on tithes is over half a million dollars a year. Where is all the tithe money going? Where is it?

Were is ALL the money going, Pastor Sam? Do you have property in Cabo, Mexico?
Do you have a personal bank account where this money is hidden?

Why was this all done in August of 2012? Why the rush to pay off the property with other Apostolic Churches properties?

What are you up to Pastor Sam?

We have paid you over $8,000.00 a month in pastoral salary, besides covering your household bills. We purchased nice expensive pastor's appreciation gifts in excess of $50k.

Why are you doing this?

Please answer our questions.

FTC member

WetheApostolicAssembly

The primary and effectual benefit of uniting constituents, for the purpose of effecting change, can be more effectively managed by this one principle:

Make your own administrative complexity and non lethal reality by isolating the operations, from cash and starve it.

The machine runs on cash. You must dry up these wells and cap them permanently. The pain will be felt quickly and remembered forever. Change will then come about.

Worried about the missionaries. Send them money directly!
Worried about the widows send them money directly!

Worried about education. Strike that I can see we have not supported that very much. I can't remember, do we have an AA university in Medicine, business, Arts, something to think about!

The solution is far easier than you think. The solution is in your own constitution. Watch and miraculously watch the apologies flow without restraint.

How you ask can this be done? Quickly and truthfully, your pastor must submit 10% of TITHES only. NOT OFFERINGS. Merely change your designation to OFFERING on your weekly CONTRIBUTION ENVELOPE. Within weeks the front office will take notice as collections from the churches dwindle. Won't my pastor get in trouble. Absolutely not, as you will not tell him what you have done. Bingo! You win, the kingdom wins, and your not a thief because you gave it!

Since this organization has no cash reserves it will become desperate far more quickly than any IRS, or Media exposure can generate. As a matter of fact it might become truly not-for-profit.

There is a "Mathematical Error" in your calculation. Assuming there are 800 people tithing, that would mean that the congregations is over 2000 members.

I don't know FTC membership size, but you need to account for none working spouses, children, Students in college, unemployed/under employed and other factors.

As I recall the building has a capacity of just over 1000.

Something that caught my attention was how poorly written Sam Valverde's statement was in regards to the "administrative errors". This comes from the former Bishop President and someone who supposedly has graduate level work at Fuller Seminary and in Puerto Rico. For a man of his caliber you would expect a more coherent and succintly written statement to defend his actions. Just an observation, thanks.

Unknown said...

King James: We are talking about Sam Valverde who claims 1. To have been on an academic/career to become a medical doctor before getting his call to "ministry" and without even entering medical school. 2. His claim for a Bachelor's Degree was from the now famous La Puente Bible School(that Assemblies of God School in La Puente) that didnt even offer a bachelors degree but a CERTIFICATE. 3. Fuller Seminary in Puerto Rico is obviously some kind of scam since we have a real Fuller in Pasadena, CA for which I doubt he would qualify for.

Dear Brothers and Sisters-
PDC!
All of this saddens my heart. I remember as a young boy when Baldemar Rodriguez was President of the Apostolic Assembly along with Daniel Sanchez as Vice President and Sam Valverde as General Secretary, that I thought to myself we really have strong leadership for the next several years. Even after Bishop President Rodriguez is gone we will be okay because men of God like Daniel Sanchez and Sam Valverde would be in charge and everything will be okay.

Brethren, do you remember when Baldemar Rodriguez gave over the office to Daniel Sanchez in that covention of 2002? Baldemar Rodriguez looked Sanchez in the eye and stated (paraphrase) with this bible I give you this church and now you are responsible for the health and direction of the apostolic assembly. My, my how things have changed. What can we say the state and health of the assembly is at this moment? Not very good in my opinion.

Unknown said...

Those are good points Uknown. Regardless of where he was educated, a man of his caliber should be able to put together a more professional like statement. You have thousands of people who will be reading your statement and that is the best he could come up with? Also these are the days of video and social media, he could have posted a video with his message and it could have been much more effective. I think all of this just speaks volumes as to how old fashioned we are when it comes to contacting the AA members and the general public.
