We are an organization where a man of 57 members is elected to lead us in Christian education. We are an organization that sits down victims of Adultery but promotes a car scam artist. We are an organization that used 9/11 to lift up offerings for the Nava foundation but didn't help the victims of 9/11.

Henry, LOL Sad but true. Have you ever wondered when you search "Apostolic" the only thing that really comes up it about the Catholic church?
Is there some connection, some hidden agenda? They used to wear veils and skirts too.
The Apostolic church does nothing for it's community. Sure there are a few, there is always an exception to the rule. In example is the recently maligned Pastor Zaragoza. He's awesome. Becky is crazy, but she's awesome too. Love them both.
At the very least he has a Charter school on his property. It can be considered community outreach. At least the community knows that the Church is there!
When you look at what other churchs that presumably do not have the "truth" are doing, it is shameful.
Apostolics, are truly elitist snobs. But yet wrap themselves in a prayer shawl of delusion of holiness.
You wonder why churches don't grow? There is no real outreach. When was the last time anyone, volunteered at a homeless shelter? An AIDS clinic? We view these folks as the dregs of society, not worthy of our pure doctrine.
Everyone is too busy shopping for the next sector,district service or convention. Cause you gotta look the part, be a walking billboard for some god-less designer. But as long as you have the lastest and the best, you're a good christian. How horribly sad.
People are starving and dying around us, yet we hold on to our precious "truth" as if we have a patent on it.
The Apostolic Assembly needs radical change. Yet, we sit complacently by, and support the ideology, most of us vehemently disagree with.

I agree wholeheartedly with you. A charter school is something. It gives the community a choice in the schooling of their kids. National City School District has very low academic standards.
Pastor Z has always been one who is connected to the people in power in SD.
I remember when I was in San Ysidro, we sponsored a community event where we had workshops, a forum with community leaders. We even got press coverage with the NBC Affiliate in SD where the main Anchor showed up, reported and participated.
One of our guests was from San Diego PD, the Captain from the station in Sydro, Capt. Bejerano. We was amazed because he didn't even realize there was a church in that part of town in the middle of his sector. He knew of it because the pastor's son, David Jr. was an Officer in SDPD.
After that, it we had more input and other events that we opened the church for. Bishop Contreras backed them up.
Nay sayers will shoot down Bishop Contreras for a myrad of reasons, but he did a good job as pastor and bishop.
Was he perfect, no. None of us are. He was more an administrator than a hell fire preacher. He knew that but had a gift for finding people with talent and using that talent, yes, even those who had fallen but had been restored.
I'm sure there are those who will pick something out and lambast him for that one thing or two. But in the grand scheme of it all, he did good and people were reached and saved.
Un-like what we have here in LA at churches like El Siloe, La Puente, Pomona, South Gate, etc...
We, as apostolics are quick to criticize the catholic church. But if you actually look at the catholic church, people flcck to it for a reason.
There are many catholic churches that operate every day of the week. Not only do they have church services, that are packed out at 7am on sunday, they also offer marriage counseling, parochial schooling, medical services, activities for seniors(Albiet Bingo), access to food banks, ESL, etc...
And this is a church with out the "Truth".
Meanwhile, the majority of the apostolic churches are open only on Sunday, tues and thursday for service and offer NOTHING for the community, the poor and elderly.
The very people we are commanded to care for in our part in tithing. We are a 501c3 but we as the apostolic church have lost the spirit of charity.
Charity to an apostolic means buying a $50 ticket for Pastors Day.

The Charter school may be using the facility of National City church, but I repeat, give the credit where it is due.
Rev. Bobby Dominguez who is fully credentialed as an educator, holding a Masters Degree in Education from an accredited California University and his lovely wife, Sandy Dominguez, also a credentialed teacher, are the ones heading this Charter School.
Beyond his education, Bro. Bobby Dominguez attended many seminars and workshops at Fuller Theological Seminary.
He was there as an ordained minister at the founding of the church in National City with Bro. Frank Morales.
This couple has been instrumental in creating and implementing all the programs in the church, including the charter school. They don't get the enormous salaries that your Pastor Z and company do.
They have done many activities for the Dorcas, Varones and Youth departments in the local church at National City.
They have been blessed with 3 children who are highly educated; one from USC, majored in music, one from Cal State Long Beach, majoring in education, and one from law school.
Rev. Bobby and Sandy should have inherited the church, but your Bro. Z, manipulated his way into taking the church and all of that talent.
The Dominguez, with the help of the Lord, were the ones who built up that church and have the true investment in its success.
But isn’t it typical of our AA, that someone does the work and someone else takes the credit.
...And by the way, your Pastor Z was both Pastor and Varones President at the same time.

I agree with you on the facts that Pastor Dominguez is educated in the field of his calling, as well as Sandy. There are no finer people I can think of that I would want to have a hand in teaching my children. What a blessing they must be, not only to their church but also the their community. God does not call every minister to preach or to pastor. Some are great administrators, and some are not. National City is very fortunate in that Pastor Zaragoza is a great speaker and admnistrator.
Pastor Dominguez and Sandy, are working in their calling. You seem upset because they are not in the forefront. Yes, they have been at National City a very long time. But, by them staying. It's sending me a message that they are ok, with their position in God's work.
Pastor Morales, was by no means a push-over, he did what he thought best for his church and legacy.
For your sake I hope you do not attend Nat'l City.
Pastor Dominguez and Sandy, his wife are prime examples of what TO DO with a calling. Thank goodness, they have the mind of Christ, and are doing what we all should be doing, and that is SERVING their church and community.
For National City, they should make Rev.Jimmy Delgado Pastor for a week and give Pastor Z a week off.

Being that I was in the middle of that situation, I know that Bro. Morales was not a pushover.
He was a silent leader and everyone was satisfied with his leadership. But when Morales was an elderly man in his nineties, Zaragoza came over and manipulated the situation to benefit himself.
He offered to work for nothing and gave the salary to Morales. Zaragoza was retired with a full pension and was able to wait it out until Bro. Morales died. Many of the leaders in the church, seeing what was happening, left.
If you do not like Valverde, Pacheco, Sanchez, you must realize that Zaragoza is part of that group.
Sanchez utilized him to entertain the pastors as the Board worked behind the scenes in the election fraud of 2006.
Misael even wrote a letter to the judge that those elections were on the up and up.
Zaragoza is part and parcel of that fraud. How is it that he gets a free ride from you?
I honestly thought you all had a better insight about men like these.
The Assembly is made up of men like Sanchez, Valverde, Pacheco and even Zaragoza.
That is why we are in this sad situation. We tend to be in denial about those men who we like and won't see the wrong they do.
So don't criticize the ones who are in favor of Sanchez, Valverde and Pacheco. They are just as blind about them as you are about Zaragoza.

That sounds like a nice concession played in a political game. I'm sorry, but politics have been played in church long before the apostolic assembly was around and will continue to be played until Christ takes his church.
Don't hate on Pastor Z because he has the ability to do something no other qualified ordained minister in Southern District could have done.

As for Pastor Z being part of the Sanchez, Valverde, Pacheco, Maffey clan, well, in a sense, we all are, like it or not.
Pastor Z doesn't have nor had the power and influence that Valverde/Pacheco have. Just look at who runs the Apostolic HQ, they are all either from Fontucky or Corona.

One day the man of silence tells Torres he is a very intelligent man and that he wants to work things out. He tells Torres that he is such an asset to the AA and that the AA needs him dearly. Leonardo Garcia has nothing to do with the DGB's decision to take Abel Torres off.
The DGB is a retaliatory, spineless, group of cowards that need to grow hair on their balls. Abel brought them to their knees and now they are retaliating.
Guess what our esteemed DGB has now done? They've registered the AA as a different organization in Texas than the one in California because of the laws being so different. If I were Abel-- I wouldn't register my church- they take me off as pastor- I take the poeple and the building stays with me. They are the OWNERS of the church buildings now in Texas. Since he now has the power, he's removing the pastor from Seely Apostolic Church solely to move in his little brother Steven as Pastor. After the current pastor spend time, energy, resources to build up the church abd to remodel it.
They do this as if the Apostolic church is their own little business, or their own private empire.

¿Qué acaso ellos han sido sabios y entendidos entre los Pastores?¿Que acaso sus obras de fraude, mentira, hipocresÃa, y daño en contra de compañeros en el ministerio mostraron una buena conducta especialmente en sabia mansedumbre en las elecciones de Noviembre del 2006?
¿Quiénes fueron los que tuvieron celos? La palabra (celos)es traducida en su etimologÃa griega como (envidia) ¿Quiénes fueron los que envidiaron las otras posiciones para sus familiares?¿Que no fue Valverde siendo cómplice para que quedara su primo Edward Pacheco?¿Que no fue Sánchez siendo cómplice para que quedara su cuñado Arturo Espinoza, por mencionar sólo dos ejemplos?

La sabidurÃa que venÃa de lo alto es la que hizo que los Pastores escribieran el nombre del Obispo Juan Fortino para que recibiera mayorÃa de votos como Secretario de Misiones, y no a favor de Arturo Espinoza. ¿Quiénes son los que usaron de sabidurÃa que no venÃa de lo alto, terrenal, animal y diabólica? R: La Comisión Calificadora de Noviembre del 2006.

Son ellos los que han provocado esta contención, por eso es que, ALLI, lo que se hizo a escondidas de los Pastores, pero no de Dios, en las elecciones fraudulentas del 2006, hubo perturbación para el Ministerio y como consecuencia para toda la Asamblea, y toda obra perversa. ¿Qué acaso no es una necedad hacer a un lado la sabidurÃa que venÃa de lo alto a través de los Pastores, para poner por obra los planes terrenales de ellos?¿Que no hay suficiente evidencia a estas alturas por todo el daño que se ha hecho a la Asamblea, de que en lo que hicieron Sánchez y Valverde en ése dÃa de elecciones, hubo fallas? Siendo cómplices Arturo Espinoza, Felipe Gaxiola, y Celestino Guzmán.
Y termina la porción bÃblica diciendo: Pero la sabidurÃa que es de lo alto es primeramente pura, después pacÃfica, amable, benigna, llena de misericordia y de buenos frutos, sin incertidumbre ni hipocresÃa. Y el fruto de justicia se siembra en paz para aquellos que hacen paz.
¿La Comisión Calificadora causó paz con la sabidurÃa que usó en las elecciones?¿Es fruto de justicia dañar carreras ministeriales?¿Que no es hipocresÃa decir que no se hizo ninguna violación a la Constitución?¿Que no es hipocresÃa decirle una cosa a los Pastores, y escribir otra cosa muy distinta al Juez el 21 de Febrero del 2008?¿Que no causó incertidumbre el que el Presidente le diera el resultado de las elecciones incluyendo los votos a Celestino Guzmán para que los fuera a esconder a Illinois?
Pastores, el asunto es muy sencillo. ¿Qué hubiera pasado si Sánchez y Valverde más incondicionales de la Comisión Calificadora hubieran aceptado la sabidurÃa que vino de lo alto a través de los Pastores, y hubieran honrado la mayorÃa de votos en cada ronda del Proceso electoral, y hubieran dejado a los Ministros que Dios escogió a través de los Pastores, para que ocuparan las posiciones hoy usurpadas? Respuesta: Hubiera sucedido NADA de todo lo que ha pasado en nuestra supuesta amada Asamblea.
No existieran correos electrónicos del Obispo Baldemar RodrÃguez dirigidos al Presidente. No existieran correos electrónicos ni cartas del Obispo Abel Torres dirigidos al Presidente. No existiera la Carta del Obispo Daniel Jauhall dirigida al Presidente y Vicepresidente. No existieran cartas del Obispo Arturo Tafoya, ni lo hubieran amenazado, ni lo hubieran citado un 18 de Abril del 2007, ni lo hubieran tratado como lo trataron. No hubiera habido una Reunión Conjunta con los Obispos el 18 de Abril del 2007, ni las voces en esa Reunión buscando justicia del Obispo Juan Hernández y el Obispo Arturo Tafoya.
No existiera el hecho de que el Presidente hubiera andado viajando para arrodillarse ante ciertos Ministros, y confesando que cometieron errores, y que sà sacaron los votos, pero dando justificaciones que no tienen justificación, y pidiendo que no hicieran nada de aspecto legal. Lástima que esto no lo hizo ante los Pastores, y más lástima es que nunca rectificó, y mucha más lástima es que ni piensa hacerlo, sinceramente, el Presidente de la Asamblea Apostólica es digno de lástima.
No hubiera existido ninguna demanda, ni hubiera actualmente una Apelación, no existieran demandantes ni consentidores, no hubiera una página de internet apostolicasembly.info, ni existieran ninguna de las cartas o documentos en dicha página, no existieran blogs ni los cientos de comentarios que están en ellos, no existiera el pésimo testimonio que tiene la Mesa Directiva General ante la Iglesia, ni ante el mundo evangélico, ni especialmente ante el PrÃncipe de los Pastores, no hubiera corazones enfermos de esposas, hijos, familiares y amigos de miembros de la Mesa Directiva General.
No existiera lo que muchos Pastores sienten en sus corazones, decepción, frustración, tristeza. No existiera el deseo de venganza de la Mesa Directiva contra los demandantes. No existiera la venganza y persecución ya puesta en acción desde Diciembre del 2007 contra Pastores consentidores de la demanda, y la persecución y ejecución que todo apunta a que ya viene en camino en contra de los demandantes por el pecado de querer que se honre el voto de los Pastores, por querer que se honre la Constitución. No existiera el hecho de que algunas congregaciones ya no están en la Asamblea, ni que otras lo más probable es que tampoco estarán, asà como algunos Ministros. No fuera a existir lo que todavÃa ni nos imaginamos que pueda pasar, pero que lamentablemente pasará.
SI TAN SOLO SANCHEZ Y VALVERDE HUBIERAN ACEPTADO LA SABIDURIA QUE VENIA DE LO ALTO.
Qué tristeza que se cumpla (1Pedro 4:15-16), en los que quizás muy pronto, hablando en figura, sean expatriados de sus Pastorados y de sus iglesias, es decir, los demandantes. Y dice asÃ: Asà que, ninguno de vosotros padezca como homicida, o ladrón, o malhechor, o por entremeterse en lo ajeno; pero si alguno padece como cristiano, no se avergüence, sino glorifique a Dios por ello. Y la tristeza es que los cristianos padecÃan por los Césares romanos, o por los celosos guardadores de la Ley de Moisés, pero en este caso, nuestros hermanos Baldemar RodrÃguez, Daniel Salomón, Abel Torres, y Saúl Avila, están padeciendo por sus propios hermanos de la Mesa Directiva General, quienes cauterizados de la mente ya están próximos a descargar su venganza contra ellos.
¿Que no causó incertidumbre el que la Comisión Calificadora le diera mayorÃa de votos a quienes los Pastores les dieron minorÃa de votos, y que hubiera incluidos familiares escogidos? La Mesa Directiva General ¿Ha sido misericordiosa, benigna, amable y pacÃfica, persiguiendo a consentidores y demandantes para destruirlos? Ya dañaron a dos Pastores y a un Obispo, ya se están escuchando fechas de visitación en relación a los demandantes, pero no creemos que será para ser pacÃficos, ni amables, ni benignos, y mucho menos misericordiosos. Ya están seleccionados los Verdugos que van a visitar para ejecutar a los demandantes, mientras el Presidente (con un corazón destrozado por el dolor de lo que les va a suceder a los demandantes) Se fue a pasear a Italia.
Por eso, Amados Pastores, es que me hirvió la convicción que me corre por las venas además de la sangre. Al leer la carta que les fue enviada, y al ver la Escritura que escogieron, y al leer las mentiras escritas en esa carta. Me hierve la convicción al ver que se dirigen a ustedes, escribiendo: Estimados Pastores: Paz de Cristo.
Yo me pregunto, ¿Entienden la burla hacia ustedes? ¿La Mesa Directiva General supuestamente tomándolos en cuenta a ustedes? No se les olvide que el Presidente Sánchez y el Vicepresidente Valverde junto con sus cómplices de la Comisión Calificadora, en las Elecciones del 2006 los ignoraron, ignoraron absolutamente todos los Votos de ustedes, les faltaron al respeto teniéndolos como tontos votando para nada. No se les olvide que solo los cinco votos de la Comisión Calificadora tuvieron valor para ellos. Y no se les olvide que toda la actual Mesa Directiva General ha estado siendo cómplice de todo.
No hay confusión alguna, no hay dudas, no hay sombras ni sospechas de nada, Dios que es justo sacó todo a luz, Sánchez, MartÃn del Campo, y Misael Zaragoza tuvieron que escribir el Proceso de lo que hicieron en ése dÃa Electoral del 2006, y no hay confusión ni dudas, al contrario, no hay dudas de que cometieron Fraude, y de que mintieron, y de que dañaron compañeros del Ministerio, y de que han dañado a toda la Asamblea. Ellos han causado toda distracción por usar sabidurÃa diabólica. No hay escritos incorrectos dentro de los demandantes o consentidores de la demanda, y muchos sà estamos debidamente informados, y las cartas y palabras de ánimo y apoyo que dicen recibir, sencillamente son de gente sin principios ni temor de Dios como ellos, o ignorantes y engañados por ellos, o que viendo no quieren ver.
Pastores, Dios obre para que en sus venas también hierva una convicción que les haga unificarse y hacer algo al respecto. ¿Van ustedes a permitir que se cometa más injusticia en contra de nuestros hermanos que han dado la cara por todos nosotros? No se les olvide por qué nuestros hermanos están siendo perseguidos y gravemente perjudicados, más otros que también lo serán.

Primeramente, La biblia usa los términos: Reino de Dios o Reino de los cielos (Marcos 1:14-15, Juan 3:3 y 5, Mateo 11:12, Mateo 25:1).
En la carta a los Efesios 4:11-16, encontramos la estructura de: Apóstoles, Profetas, Evangelistas, Pastores y Doctores osea Maestros. Ahora, hagamos la pregunta: ¿Y que de los Obispos, Ancianos y Diáconos?. Primero, miremos en el libro de los Hechos 6:1-6 nos da razón que los Diáconos fueron elegidos por la congregación para servir las mesas. De aquellos siete diáconos; dos de ellos, Esteban y Felipe; Dios les da el ministerio de Evangelistas y ahora, en cuanto a los Obispos y Ancianos, son facultades que deben de estar en los que son Llamados por Dios para el Ministerio Pastoral en la facultad de Obispos sobreven, como Ancianos aconsejan; veamos Hechos 20:17-28 y Tito 1:5-7.
Enseguida diremos: La iglesia del principio se gobernó Teocráticamente, no por un Gobierno Democrático. Los Apóstoles fueron los responsables de la obra de Dios; veamos el libro de los Hechos 15.
La 1ra de Pedro 5:1-4, notemos la palabra con que da principio el capitulo: “Ruego”, La Primera a Timoteo 1:3 “Como te rogué”. PodrÃa seguir refiriendo algunas otras escrituras, pero creo que con estas podemos comprender bien.
Preguntemos a la biblia: ¿Cuántas veces los apóstoles se reeligieron por votación para seguir siendo apóstoles?, ¿Pasaron por una Mesa Calificadora?. La única ocación que la biblia registra de una elección, es en el libro de los Hechos 1:15-26 y nótese que fue antes de ser llenos del Espiritu Santo, tal parece que no estuvo dentro de la voluntad de Dios que haigan hecho tal cosa. Ahora, es de comprenderse ya de tiempo y mayormente en los paises donde el gobierno cecular es democrático; demanda o pide dar razón de Quienes somos, Cuál es el propósito de agruparnos; y nos conviene para protegernos; y para esto, es necesario buscar como en el caso de los Diáconos (Hechos 6:1-6): Varones con buen testimonio, llenos del Espiritu Santo y de Sabiduria y si tienen preparación cecular para que sean los representantes del grupo ante el gobierno.
En la fraternidad donde yo estoy; cada pastor tenemos nuestro propio registro ante el gobierno; ahora, tratandose de la fraternidad de Pastores, se reconoce a los que mi Dios da un mayor ministerio, y los que tienen un mayor llamamiento o ministerio, no es para que se enseñoreen sobre los que tienen menor visión o ministerio, mas bien, los que tienen mas son para ayudar a los que tienen menos. Por último, los representantes ante el gobierno, deben de sujetarse al Pastorado o al liderazgo espiritual: Sin más,

Abel Aguilar, it is with great sadness that I attempt to relay to you in these few words just how much injustice, humiliation and hurt you and the other board members involved have wrought upon Bro. Abel Torres, his family and the local church. Our great and beautiful church and the wonderful, loving Midland congregation which the elder Bro. Valentin Torres pioneered in the late 1960’s and then in later years Bro. Abel Torres, who by God’s grace, has continued to tediously and lovingly tend. It has been 40 years, years of hard labor and love and the consequences have been great. The Midland congregation is a caring one who knows how to appreciate and stand by their pastor for the glory of God‘s work. They were taught by example by the very best and they are truly loyal.
It is unfortunate that we cannot say the same about you and the others. But, Bro. Aguilar, especially you, whom Bro. A. Torres considered a great, longtime friend, you have truly forsaken your brother. If you still have the heart of that young man we once knew surely you know that you have wronged your brother. His mother’s heart is broken but we who love the family are here to pick up the pieces and with our faith firmly placed in God we are confident and know that all will be fine. For He is still with us and through it all we have faith and courage and we are at peace.
I think back on our youth and how we once admired you so . . . Bro. Abel Torres went on to become a great man of God, Bro. Aguilar, and that is what will sustain him in spite of all the harm you have done onto him and continue to bestow upon him. The Lord is with him.

Ustedes son la solucion! Pero se necesita actuar, seriamente consideren un (Convenio Pastoral). Sin el Pastorado no hay MD! Obviamente la MD a demostrado ser incapaz de estabilizar el ambiente de la AA. Por esta razon es URGENTE que el Pastorado actue.
La mentalidad de los miembros de La MD es que si no removemos a hombres como Torres, Avila, Rodriguez, Galarza, y Solomon etc.
la Convencion va ser algo dificil.

It will never happen. the Pastors don't have the guts not to say something else to do anything. They are afraid of losing their pay checks. Just like my Pastor he is not very good and just is in it for the pay check. So as long as he has his pay check and house he is not saying nothing. He has it to good. He doesn't have to go to work, cause he sure don't work at being Pastor. Plus he loves to throw he weight around and act like big shit. Plus his wife is the one really running the church.

Now I know why APWC is not saying anything now. He does not have the courage to lose his paycheck. supposedly he has a BSEE in engineering, but funny how he does not reveal his name. Your blogger name is hypocritical to what you have said. I am a PK and I know there are other PKs who can agree with me in saying that not all pastors are in it for the cash. My father has to hold an outside job to support his family and he pays some of the church building bills out of his own pocket if there is not enough money. My father will bring people into his home that have no where to go and help them, even if it is in the middle of the night. I know my father is not the only pastor with a passion for God and saving souls. It is evident that the AA would be better without you talking dirty language, because a true believer wouldn't speak with such a sting of bitterness or foul language. You must not be part of a ministry or be close to any pastor, because you do not understand the difficult task it is to lead a group of people to Christ. I pray that God help you and that one day you can find the right church for you.
I do now agree with the GB, but not all pastors are obviously like yours.

Does anyone not see the pattern with what the AA board is doing?
Why is it that the majority of the pastors removed, or are in the process of being removed - such as Rev. J.J. Rodriguez of Pasadena, TX., Rev. Abel Torres of Midland, TX., Rev. Guillermo Mendoza of Houston, TX., and Rev. Saul Avila of Austin, TX., are from the state of Texas?
I belive the AA board is eliminating those pastors which they feel are a treat to them. Simple as that. These are men of have a burden for the work of the Lord, NOT AA politics.
If one looks into the reasons given by the AA board for removing these pastors one will notice that the reasons are idiotic. At times, they are hilarious. In my opinion, it just show how desperate the AA board is.
For those of you who are not Texans, let me explain to you a little bit of what a true Texan is:
A true Texas is someone who does NOT care what the rest of the country is doing, saying, or thinking. In other words, we don't care about pier pressure. If one looks into our state laws, one will find that the state does not get into every aspect of our lives. I believe that this is the reason why Texans and Californians have a hard time understanding each other. This goes for believers and non-believers.
I left the AA organization, NOT the Apostolic Doctrine. I could not stay under the current AA board, in my opinion they are corrupt.
Brothers and Sisters do not lose faith. Keep your eyes on the author and finisher of our faith. God bless.

You guys are a crack up. The disrespect and disharmony in this blog is a small but accurate snapshot of the disrespect and disharmony among the AA board/bishops/pastors.
You guys are no better than the GB. You just talk and talk and talk, and take no action. The pastoral body complains, moans and groans, but no action. The GB laughs at your feeble attempts to remove them from their position. Why? Because your words with no action mean NOTHING.
This is the very reason why the AA is losing so many including myself. Because the leaders that were put in place to advocate for you are compromising their values, morals and their ethics - only for the sake of staying employed. Then the members themselves turn against each other and start bickering and degrading each other.
A perfect picture of "divide and conquer". Saddest part is, none of you see it.

How are you able to determine the spirit of my blog through written communication? That is pretty amazing. Anyway let me share with you what is in my heart.
1) For you being a pastor you have done quite a bit of blogging. I asked you before if your church members are aware of your blog time. I think you disrespect your pastorship by blogging anonymously. I think the tithes paid to you are a waste of church money when you blog. If my pastor was blogging and attacking his church leadership like you have done, I would have problems with that type of behavior. You need to enter a prayer closet and ask God to forgive you and to remove all contempt and disrespect toward church leadership.
2) Second, you lack respect for those who have authority over you. I have read your blogs about how spoke against things the GB were doing and got chastised, but here you are blogging anonymously on the internet. Forgive me for the strong language, but I think your anonymous blogging is a cowardly act. If you are on a righteous indignation at the very least identify your name if not do not speak against those in authority.
You say I do not know how the lord uses you and I have to agree with you. I know one thing you blogs are not spirit led because all your blogs contribute more to the existing problems in the assembly.
The third thing is I get a feeling that you are Abel Torres. Are you Abel Torres? If you are I find it pathetic that you would use this blog to promote contempt against the GB. Another thing, I have met two independent pastors that left the assembly because of you brother Torres. They claim that at one time they wanted to start a church, but only received opposition from you. According to some of your so called anonymous members you are a great pastor, but some independents pastors find you to be cruel.
Please do not take this as contempt or disrespect, but rather as a rebuking. By the way I appreciate your prayers and I will continue to pray for you. Like you, all I am doing is standing up for what I think is right.

In my position of pastor I have witnessed (seen & heard) many outreugeous injustices commited by these men. Many that cross the line of Scriptural truth. I have spoken against the action, but was told even to look the other way. However, I know I will give an account to God, NOT to these men, so the only thing that remains is to speak agains these injustices.
Finally, you assuming I'm brother Torres. Don't waste your time! I don't even know the man. But I'll tell you one thing my friend, I respect him for speaking out, and taking all the retaliation he is taking from the GB for JUST speaking the truth.
Remember this Onguard - When you stand before God YOU will give an account NOT for what is right, but for what is TRUTH. And if you think I have done wrong in speaking out against the men in authority, where does that put you in speaking out against another pastor? Your logic and thinking will always keep you bound.

We have seen over and again the ending and the beginning of life. We see this in the death of our parents and the birth of our children. It is always painful to see the end of what was once useful and good, but at the same time, we rejoice at the prospect of new things.
As we saw the closure of our General Convention in Long Beach, California last November, we also saw the end of a chapter – one more among many in our rich apostolic heritage. The new landscape has given rise to the renewal of our vision.
Israel had come to a critical moment of transition. God told Moses to take Aaron and his son Eleazar to the top of the mount.
“And Moses stripped Aaron of his garments, and put them upon Eleazar his son; and Aaron died there in the top of the mount: and Moses and Eleazar came down from t he mount.” (Numbers 20:23)
Eleazar went up the mountain wearing his own clothes, but came back with someone else’s – his fathers. His father’s garments were a symbol of continuity and empowerment. The Apostolic Assembly has received its mandate for continuity and empowerment for the next four years as the new board of directors took the oath of office to function from 2006 through 2010. This duly elected new board was empowered to fulfill God’s mandate as Eleazar had also received his father’s garments on the top of the mount. I am sure that Eleazar recognized his father’s work, much like us, who acknowledge the great work and accomplishments of past administrations. As in Eleazar’s case, he was new on the job, but the garments were the same. The names of the officials may be new, but the work is still the same – to fulfill the will of God until He comes.
As we have begun to tread the beginnings of this new cycle, we covet your prayers that the Lord will give us wisdom and faithfulness to fulfill that which He has entrusted upon us.

In the above letter, dated just after the last election, our beloved Bishop President speaks of a "MANDATE" the new general board recieved with its election.
But he doesn't nor has, to this point, shared what that "Mandate" is.
When President Ronald Reagan won his election in 1980, he won an electoral landslide. His "Mandate" given to him by the voters was clear:
1. Restore the failing Economy.
2. Restore the USA as a World
Power.
3. Lower Federal Taxes.
When Congress Failed to Coopperate with his legislation, he took his arguement to the people by having a Presidential Address.
Voters then appealed to their Congressmen and Senators. Afterwards, Congress, under the leadership of Tip O'Neil, passed President Reagans Bills to lower taxes and to build up the armed forces.
This is an example of a "Mandate". But the mandate spoken by Bishop Sanchez and Valverde is non-existent.
What is this mandate Rev. Sanchez?

Does anyone have any info about Sergio and Debbie Maffey and why he is not given any recognition for being a missionary to Spain?
He is the brother of Leobardo Maffey another member of the GB who was elected at the infamous Long Beach Convention of 2006.
Does anyone know why Sergio Maffey has a chip on his shoulder and what happened in Spain to make him so angry? Please reply.

Sergio and Debbie Maffey went to start something new is Cordova, Spain.
All the other missionaries were in Barcelona. Spain in general is a very difficult place to work for the Assembly.
The problem has been that the Assembly goes into Spain or any other country and they try and westernizes the people. Sergio had VERY little success out there.
The GB or the director of Missions got upset that people or churches were sending him money directly. Sergio's check would ALSO get there late, sometimes a month or two late.
Now as for as why he has a chip on his shoulder, he is a MAFFEY. "Just look at Leo or Richard"

People love courtroom drama. Sadly, this is often because people have a sinful love for a good fight. The daytime television channels are filled with such programs. How particularly tragic, though, when believers in Christ deny the basic principles of their own faith by dragging one another before the courts of the unredeemed in the sight of unbelievers.
This entire gross fiasco of this organization is a classic example of Paul's declaration to the church in Corinth. Both the plantiffs and the defendants of the recent litigation seem to have clearly neglected the consideration of Paul's words. While I am personally in complete disagreement on the adulterated process of the elections and the leadership of those responsible, it is equally appalling on the serious neglect of God's Word by those who 'sought to find justice' no matter how 'correct' their cause was. One might ask, "what else did you expect them to do? should they have just stood back and merely prayed?" While protection was sought for the future of this organization from wicked leadership, it does not generate credibility or authorization for the process on how justice was sought for. Paul gives a clear solution on what should have been done and what should have NOT been done. I believe God would have stirred the hearts of Apostolic preachers in this noble assembly, and would have vindicated the upright, and humbled the proud in a way that none of us, not even the wisest could have strategically planned to do so.
Regardless of the interest in justice, this entire process was wrong; the GB of directors fell acutely short of conducting themselves within a proper and humble ministerial ethic of servanthood, and the plantiffs fell equally short of conducting themselves as propagaters of the gospel by directly violating the principle given in Paul's exhortation to the church.
What is most appaling in this entire situation is the testimony given to the unbelievers. What would stimulate a hunger in the unbeliever to find Christ at one of our local church alters? It's no wonder why God called the rulers of Israel, "Rulers of Sodom and Gomorrah" in Isaiah chapter 1. The same sin of those desolate cities exists among us. And other is that many whom have invested their entire lives and families into this great organization will be brought down unjustly. Solomon was right when he said, "When the wicked shall rule, the people shall mourn."
This is just another sign of the endtimes as our Lord declared..."Brother will betray brother to death.." (Matthew 10:21)
Pray for the AA with fervance and humility. James tells us that the effectual prayer of a righteous man availeth much...Pray for the AA. Pray for all our brethren and their families...

I'd like to comment on your last post. I can see where you're coming from. The Bible does mention taking your brother to court. However, you must also understand the cruel persecution that the church was under during this time. The church in Paul's time was still young and fighting to survive. Unity within the church was by far more important and more critical to the church's survival. The church could not afford the time and disunity that a court battle entails.
Now, can I just introduce a new perspective? Your perspective on this court dilema is that it serves as a bad testimony to all non-Christians who are involved. Well my perspective is the complete opposite - perhaps the judge/lawyers/etc see this as an amazing act of integrity displayed by the plaintiffs. Perhaps the actions of the plaintiffs send out a loud and clear message to the world that there are still men and woman with Godly conviction. I would rather stick to a leader who's willing to ruin his reputation for the sake of Christianity, than a leader who ruins the church for the sake of his reputation.
This message is loud and clear to all those around us, including the judge,lawyers, etc. That message alone may be enough to bring the Judge himself to the cross of Christ.

Stand up and be counted! Say your piece, but have the Conviction of your belief and Faith by STATING YOUR NAME.
If you don't state your name, you are a COWARD!! What are you hiding from? Are you afraid of Sam Valverde? Are you afraid of Edward Pacheco? Are you afraid of the Maffey's or Sanchez Brothers?
You are living in fear and living a double life! You make your comments under the code names but them shake the hands of the GB and smile as if nothing. You are making your comments in secret and they do not hold water.

Has anyone read the latest letter posted. I am here to tell everyone that jealousy was not a factor in taking the leaders to court. They were taken to court because on election day the leaders did not consider the votes of the pastor. One of the pastors who saw this hapenning could not let this happen. All he wants is justice and truth.
I think that all the pastors that are being kicked out could get together and do great things for God. All these men have great gifts and I know that God is going to use them.
There was a prophecy made over some of the pastors that are being kicked out years ago. I think that once their out of the AA it is going to be a rush of blessings.

While I applaud your boldness to reveal your identity, that doesn't mean anyone else here is obligated to follow suit. Not to insult your intelligence, lad, but in case you haven't realized it yet, this is the world-wide-web, and aliases are used as handles for our posts. Your accusations of our so-called cowardliness are of your own subjective perspective, and not that of the majority posting here. Besides, we really don't know if your name is actually Henry or not, or if the email address you've provided is valid or owned by you despite your boastful attempt to make us believe as such. And one more thing, I'd had to be valued at the level of a mule in his own dung with no place to hide as you value.

I can appreciate the different perspective you've pointed out. While the plaintiffs having stood their ground may have appeared as a noble gesture of sound justice on behalf of the assembly, I'm still inclined to respectfully disagree because of the solution given by the apostle Paul in this kind of situation despite the time frame and severity of persecution present. He says, "Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you, not even one, who will be able to judge between his brethren?" Surely, which I know for an absolute fact, that there were a good number of different avenues which could have resolved this matter decisively and biblically. All that needed to be done, which even a child knows to do, is that the ministerial body (pastors and ministers) boycott their local funding of the national association and its directors until the duly act of justice was carried out by those responsible for this fiasco. For instance, take a look at the effect of the writer's strike that took place late last year through January, and how a vast number of shows were cancelled until a compromise was agreed upon. If the pastors and ministers would have suspended even their financial contributions of the local church assembly, I think we can all agree that the AA GB would have budged; where else do they get their money? Simply put, if the car is not filled up with gas, the car will not run.

As a non-christian who is really seeking, but has not commited yet, I commend you for your response to Henry. This man's boastfulness only manifests the arrogance he lives in just like the GB members. Henry's retoric is the kind of communication that turns off seekers like me to continue to reject Christianity.
Henry just doesn't get it! I know my sinsful attitude and and my arrogant character are things that would have to be changed in order to serve Christ. Yet this man (cause I wouldn't call him a Christian) displays the same type of character and attitude that I so strongly battle with in his writtings.
To say people are "...COWARDS because you Quote Scripture and cast your Judgment on the church leaders and plaintiffs without stating your names. Your statements are worthless...I would venture to say that DUNG from a Mule is of more value than your Advice because the Mule lays his DUNG in the open and has no place to hide. I didn't realize that it truly is important to remain anonymous when posting on the web. One reason would be because these posts are public and can be viewed by our bosses and co-workers - and they might find out that I hate my JOB so much that I'd rather spend my time blogging. Como si ellos fueran tan temerosos y sujetos a lo que la Biblia dice. Como si todo lo que han hecho desde Noviembre del 2006 hasta la fecha, lo hubieran hecho dentro del marco de la Palabra de Dios. Y por supuesto, la Escritura la están usando en contra de los demandantes y no de ellos.
¿Qué acaso ellos han sido sabios y entendidos entre los Pastores?¿Que acaso sus obras de fraude, mentira, hipocresÃa, y daño en contra de compañeros en el ministerio mostraron una buena conducta especialmente en sabia mansedumbre en las elecciones de Noviembre del 2006?
¿Quiénes fueron los que tuvieron celos? La palabra (celos) es traducida en su etimologÃa griega como (envidia) ¿Quiénes fueron los que envidiaron las otras posiciones para sus familiares?¿Que no fue Valverde siendo cómplice para que quedara su primo Edward Pacheco?¿Que no fue Sánchez siendo cómplice para que quedara su cuñado Arturo Espinoza, por mencionar sólo dos ejemplos?

La sabidurÃa que venÃa de lo alto es la que hizo que los Pastores escribieran el nombre del Obispo Juan Fortino para que recibiera mayorÃa de votos como Secretario de Misiones, y no a favor de Arturo Espinoza. ¿Quiénes son los que usaron de sabidurÃa que no venÃa de lo alto, terrenal, animal y diabólica? R: La Comisión Calificadora de Noviembre del 2006.
¿Por qué es que la Comisión Calificadora usó de sabidurÃa terrenal, animal, y diabólica? Porque ellos, con toda alevosÃa, premeditación, y ventaja (por estar con la autoridad abusiva, y escondidos tomando decisiones humanas). Decidieron hacer a un lado absolutamente TODOS los votos de los Pastores.

Los de la Comisión Calificadora, por no decir Sánchez y Valverde, son los que celaron los puestos para quienes ellos querÃan poner. Son ellos los que han provocado esta contención, por eso es que, ALLI, lo que se hizo a escondidas de los Pastores, pero no de Dios, en las elecciones fraudulentas del 2006, hubo perturbación para el Ministerio y como consecuencia para toda la Asamblea, y toda obra perversa. (Perversa, del griego faúlos, es decir, (obra necia) (obra con fallas).
¿Qué acaso no es una necedad hacer a un lado la sabidurÃa que venÃa de lo alto a través de los Pastores, para poner por obra los planes terrenales de ellos?¿Que no hay suficiente evidencia a estas alturas por todo el daño que se ha hecho a la Asamblea, de que en lo que hicieron Sánchez y Valverde en ése dÃa de elecciones, hubo fallas? Siendo cómplices Arturo Espinoza, Felipe Gaxiola, y Celestino Guzmán.
Y termina la porción bÃblica diciendo: Pero la sabidurÃa que es de lo alto es primeramente pura, después pacÃfica, amable, benigna, llena de misericordia y de buenos frutos, sin incertidumbre ni hipocresÃa. Y el fruto de justicia se siembra en paz para aquellos que hacen paz.
¿La Comisión Calificadora causó paz con la sabidurÃa que usó en las elecciones?¿Es fruto de justicia dañar carreras ministeriales?¿Que no es hipocresÃa decir que no se hizo ninguna violación a la Constitución?¿Que no es hipocresÃa decirle una cosa a los Pastores, y escribir otra cosa muy distinta al Juez el 21 de Febrero del 2008?¿Que no causó incertidumbre el que el Presidente le diera el resultado de las elecciones incluyendo los votos a Celestino Guzmán para que los fuera a esconder a Illinois?
Pastores, el asunto es muy sencillo. ¿Qué hubiera pasado si Sánchez y Valverde más incondicionales de la Comisión Calificadora hubieran aceptado la sabidurÃa que vino de lo alto a través de los Pastores, y hubieran honrado la mayorÃa de votos en cada ronda del Proceso electoral, y hubieran dejado a los Ministros que Dios escogió a través de los Pastores, para que ocuparan las posiciones hoy usurpadas? Respuesta: Hubiera sucedido NADA de todo lo que ha pasado en nuestra supuesta amada Asamblea.
No existieran correos electrónicos del Obispo Baldemar RodrÃguez dirigidos al Presidente. No existieran correos electrónicos ni cartas del Obispo Abel Torres dirigidos al Presidente. No existiera la Carta del Obispo Daniel Jauhall dirigida al Presidente y Vicepresidente. No existieran cartas del Obispo Arturo Tafoya, ni lo hubieran amenazado, ni lo hubieran citado un 18 de Abril del 2007, ni lo hubieran tratado como lo trataron. No hubiera habido una Reunión Conjunta con los Obispos el 18 de Abril del 2007, ni las voces en esa Reunión buscando justicia del Obispo Juan Hernández y el Obispo Arturo Tafoya.
No existiera el hecho de que el Presidente hubiera andado viajando para arrodillarse ante ciertos Ministros, y confesando que cometieron errores, y que sà sacaron los votos, pero dando justificaciones que no tienen justificación, y pidiendo que no hicieran nada de aspecto legal. Lástima que esto no lo hizo ante los Pastores, y más lástima es que nunca rectificó, y mucha más lástima es que ni piensa hacerlo, sinceramente, el Presidente de la Asamblea Apostólica es digno de lástima.
No hubiera existido ninguna demanda, ni hubiera actualmente una Apelación, no existieran demandantes ni consentidores, no hubiera una página de internet apostolicasembly.info, ni existieran ninguna de las cartas o documentos en dicha página, no existieran blogs ni los cientos de comentarios que están en ellos, no existiera el pésimo testimonio que tiene la Mesa Directiva General ante la Iglesia, ni ante el mundo evangélico, ni especialmente ante el PrÃncipe de los Pastores, no hubiera corazones enfermos de esposas, hijos, familiares y amigos de miembros de la Mesa Directiva General.
No existiera lo que muchos Pastores sienten en sus corazones, decepción, frustración, tristeza. No existiera el deseo de venganza de la Mesa Directiva contra los demandantes. No existiera la venganza y persecución ya puesta en acción desde Diciembre del 2007 contra Pastores consentidores de la demanda, y la persecución y ejecución que todo apunta a que ya viene en camino en contra de los demandantes por el pecado de querer que se honre el voto de los Pastores, por querer que se honre la Constitución. No existiera el hecho de que algunas congregaciones ya no están en la Asamblea, ni que otras lo más probable es que tampoco estarán, asà como algunos Ministros. No fuera a existir lo que todavÃa ni nos imaginamos que pueda pasar, pero que lamentablemente pasará.
SI TAN SOLO SANCHEZ Y VALVERDE HUBIERAN ACEPTADO LA SABIDURIA QUE VENIA DE LO ALTO.
Qué tristeza que se cumpla (1Pedro 4:15-16), en los que quizás muy pronto, hablando en figura, sean expatriados de sus Pastorados y de sus iglesias, es decir, los demandantes. Y dice asÃ: Asà que, ninguno de vosotros padezca como homicida, o ladrón, o malhechor, o por entremeterse en lo ajeno; pero si alguno padece como cristiano, no se avergüence, sino glorifique a Dios por ello. Y la tristeza es que los cristianos padecÃan por los Césares romanos, o por los celosos guardadores de la Ley de Moisés, pero en este caso, nuestros hermanos Baldemar RodrÃguez, Daniel Salomón, Abel Torres, y Saúl Avila, están padeciendo por sus propios hermanos de la Mesa Directiva General, quienes cauterizados de la mente ya están próximos a descargar su venganza contra ellos.
¿Que no causó incertidumbre el que la Comisión Calificadora le diera mayorÃa de votos a quienes los Pastores les dieron minorÃa de votos, y que hubiera incluidos familiares escogidos? La Mesa Directiva General ¿Ha sido misericordiosa, benigna, amable y pacÃfica, persiguiendo a consentidores y demandantes para destruirlos? Ya dañaron a dos Pastores y a un Obispo, ya se están escuchando fechas de visitación en relación a los demandantes, pero no creemos que será para ser pacÃficos, ni amables, ni benignos, y mucho menos misericordiosos. Ya están seleccionados los Verdugos que van a visitar para ejecutar a los demandantes, mientras el Presidente (con un corazón destrozado por el dolor de lo que les va a suceder a los demandantes) Se fue a pasear a Italia.
Por eso, Amados Pastores, es que me hirvió la convicción que me corre por las venas además de la sangre. Al leer la carta que les fue enviada, y al ver la Escritura que escogieron, y al leer las mentiras escritas en esa carta. Me hierve la convicción al ver que se dirigen a ustedes, escribiendo: Estimados Pastores: Paz de Cristo.
Yo me pregunto, ¿Entienden la burla hacia ustedes? ¿La Mesa Directiva General supuestamente tomándolos en cuenta a ustedes? No se les olvide que el Presidente Sánchez y el Vicepresidente Valverde junto con sus cómplices de la Comisión Calificadora, en las Elecciones del 2006 los ignoraron, ignoraron absolutamente todos los Votos de ustedes, les faltaron al respeto teniéndolos como tontos votando para nada. No se les olvide que solo los cinco votos de la Comisión Calificadora tuvieron valor para ellos. Y no se les olvide que toda la actual Mesa Directiva General ha estado siendo cómplice de todo.
No hay confusión alguna, no hay dudas, no hay sombras ni sospechas de nada, Dios que es justo sacó todo a luz, Sánchez, MartÃn del Campo, y Misael Zaragoza tuvieron que escribir el Proceso de lo que hicieron en ése dÃa Electoral del 2006, y no hay confusión ni dudas, al contrario, no hay dudas de que cometieron Fraude, y de que mintieron, y de que dañaron compañeros del Ministerio, y de que han dañado a toda la Asamblea. Ellos han causado toda distracción por usar sabidurÃa diabólica. No hay escritos incorrectos dentro de los demandantes o consentidores de la demanda, y muchos sà estamos debidamente informados, y las cartas y palabras de ánimo y apoyo que dicen recibir, sencillamente son de gente sin principios ni temor de Dios como ellos, o ignorantes y engañados por ellos, o que viendo no quieren ver.
Pastores, Dios obre para que en sus venas también hierva una convicción que les haga unificarse y hacer algo al respecto. ¿Van ustedes a permitir que se cometa más injusticia en contra de nuestros hermanos que han dado la cara por todos nosotros? No se les olvide por qué nuestros hermanos están siendo perseguidos y gravemente perjudicados, más otros que también lo serán.

“Jehová dio, Jehová quitó. Sea el nombre de Jehová bendito.” Dios bendiga a nuestros lÃderes. No sé que me espera otra vez este dÃa, pero debemos recibir el mal asà como recibimos el bien. Si es que voy ha ser despedido de nuestra Amada Asamblea Apostólica como se rumora, quiero aprovechar este momento para agradecer a todos por todas sus oraciones. Quizás un dÃa la historia declare que tratamos de hacer un bien. Estimado Presidente Daniel Sánchez, lo sigo apreciando. A todos los Pastores: que Dios los bendiga y prospere. No sé qué propósito tenga el Señor para nosotros en el futuro, pero solamente deseamos hacer su voluntad. Gracias a todos los amigos que estuvieron brindando su apoyo. Mil gracias a la congregación de Midland. Su apoyo ha sido sin precedente, fabuloso! Estoy sumamente endeudado con ellos. Doy gracias a Dios por mi esposa Dahlia y mi hijo Abe. Ellos han sufrido mucho, pero siempre me apoyaron! Mi hijo Abe me dijo desde el principio que si un servidor se retractaba, tal acción serÃa muy penosa para él. If this is true and it happens, then the pastors will receive a letter telling them NOT TO: invite, receive, recognize, look in their direction, shake their hand, call them, avoid them at all cost, even dare mention their name. I am a member of Pastor Abel Torres church in Midland. If what is happening is hurting us, the congregation, I cannot imagine how this must be hurting our Pastor! I'd just like to say thank you to pastor abel for everything he has done for us. I'd like to let him know that we love him, even though i know that he knows it.
What is extremely hard to understand is how the GB can do this. What is their resoning? Is it because he took them to court? Well then how do they explain when they took the former pastor of the austin church to court for supposedly stealing some pans from the comedor. I would really like to speak to them and just know what is going through their minds. How can they do this to their Brother, and their friend? But thats ok...God will help us. And I pray that God will help them understand what they are doing.

Nope, didn't need to rally this time. The restraining order was already in place, but due to the delicate nature of the situation it was kept pretty confidential.

As everyone can see support rallies, prayer, unity and loyalty worked for the Midland congregation, at least in this round. We know we still have a way to go but it sure was a sweet victory.

Please let me assure you they are not concerned about Long Beach, their concern is they don't want anyone associated with the lawsuit at General Convention. They are threatened by new agendas such as rewriting the constitution which is nothing but a big block of swiss cheese.

“The Lord gives and the Lord taketh away. Let the name of the Lord be praised.” May God bless our leaders. I know not what awaits me today, but we should always be willing to receive the bad with the good. If I am to be dismissed from our Beloved Apostolic Assembly today as rumors have it, I would like to take this opportunity to express my profound gratitude to all for your prayers in our favor. May history someday declare that we tried to do the right thing. Beloved President Daniel Sanchez, I continue to appreciate you. You know that I do. To all the Pastors: may God continue to bless you and prosper you. I don’t know what purpose the Lord has for us in the future, but all I desire is to do His will. Thanks to all our friends who so graciously afforded us their support. A thousand times I thank the Church of Midland. I love them dearly. Their support has been unprecedented, so fabulous! I am greatly indebted to them. I thank the Lord for my wife, Dahlia, and my son, Abe. They have suffered greatly, but they have been wonderfully supportive of me through it all. My son, Abe, told me at the very beginning that it would be embarrassing to him if I retracted in this matter. I pray that I have provided for him an example of willingness to sacrifice everything in the interest of doing the right thing. I am also grateful towards my mother, MarÃa Torres, who has suffered greatly as well, but has also given me her support. The rest of my family and my wife’s family have also been very supportive. I will not mention names of Pastors in our district for fear that there may be retaliation against them, but the majority has constantly offered me words of encouragement. have you heard that the gb is in contempt of court? the t.r.o. was very specific in that there should be no contact between the gb and pastor abel torres & congregation. they will get cited for that because "the best of the best" gb could not read the t.r.o. document and they went ahead and sent a fedex letter from the hq to pastor torres the next day. i wonder who they are going to cite of the 8 for this? i wonder if there is going to be anybody held in jail for this contempt? any comments from the legal beagals out there?

Por el USO INDEBIDO que están haciendo de la Constitución, y el USO INDEBIDO que están haciendo con el CID. Ustedes quedan en libertad de perfeccionarlas con la experiencia y sabidurÃa que Dios les da, y usarlas. #1 Propongo que el Documento Capacidad, Idoneidad y Derecho sea anulado por las siguientes razones: 1 – Porque dicho documento no pasó por todo el Proceso que decreta el ArtÃculo 75 de nuestra Constitución. 2 – Porque el Documento Capacidad, Idoneidad y Derecho Enmienda o Reforma el ArtÃculo 5, incisos II y IV; y el ArtÃculo 46, inciso I de nuestra Constitución. 3 – Porque ninguno de los ocho miembros que forman la Mesa Directiva General están exentos de cumplir con lo que define el ArtÃculo 75 cuando se trata de hacer Enmiendas ó Reformas a la Constitución. #2 El ArtÃculo 4, inciso VI, dice: La selección de los candidatos a los ocho puestos de la Mesa Directiva General, se hará por el voto secreto de todos los votantes. Propongo que quede como sigue: La selección de los candidatos a los ocho puestos de la Mesa Directiva General, se hará por el voto secreto exclusivamente de todos los votantes en cada etapa de votación. Después que los votantes hayan votado, la Comisión Calificadora no podrá volver a votar en ningún tiempo del proceso electoral para seleccionar candidatos para ningún puesto de la Mesa Directiva General. Es decir, que se agregue la palabra exclusivamente. Y que se agreguen las frases: a – en cada etapa de votación. b – Después que los votantes hayan votado, c - la Comisión Calificadora no podrá volver a votar en ningún tiempo del proceso electoral para seleccionar candidatos para ningún puesto de la Mesa Directiva General. Razones: 1 – Es necesario que el ArtÃculo 4, inciso VI quede bien definido para situaciones futuras que se nos presentaren de cualquier Ãndole. 2 – El inciso habla por sà mismo, y ya quedó aprobado que los candidatos deben ser seleccionados por los votos de todos los Pastores. Y que cada puesto en la Mesa Directiva lo ocupará aquel que haya sido seleccionado por el voto de todos los Pastores. 3 – No encontramos ningún ArtÃculo ó inciso en la Constitución que defina ó autorice que una vez que los Pastores han votado para seleccionar un candidato, la Comisión Calificadora tiene la autoridad para volver a votar por los mismos que ya habÃan sido seleccionados por los Pastores. 4 – La Constitución no dice ó autoriza que sólo los cinco votos de la Comisión Calificadora contarán para seleccionar al que será presentado ante los Pastores para una segunda etapa de votación. 5 – La Constitución no dice ó autoriza que la Comisión Calificadora le puede dar mayorÃa de votos a quien los Pastores le dieron minorÃa de votos. 6 – El ArtÃculo 39, inciso I, dice: La Asamblea Apostólica respeta y reconoce la Biblia como la Palabra de Dios, como el libro supremo y como la ley a la que deben sujetarse todos los ministros, miembros y la presente Constitución. Si esto es asÃ, la Biblia dice: a – Donde no hay dirección sabia, caerá el pueblo; mas en la multitud de consejeros hay seguridad (Prov. 11:14). b – Los pensamientos son frustrados donde no hay consejo; mas en la multitud de consejeros se afirman (Prov. 15:22). c – Porque con ingenio harás la guerra, y en la multitud de consejeros está la victoria (Prov. 22:6). d – Por lo tanto, aparte de que no es constitucional, no creo que sea sabio que los votos de cinco de una Comisión Calificadora, sean los que decidan quién habrá de quedar en cada posición de una Mesa Directiva General, porque el uso de una libertad asÃ, se presta para muchas cosas. Es constitucional y sabio que entre alrededor de setecientos Pastores sean elegidos quienes habrán de tomar decisiones que traerán consecuencias a nuestra Asamblea para bien o para lo contrario. cantidad de votos en un Proceso tan delicado, siguiéndose el orden BÃblico de:
Para que en boca de dos o tres testigos conste toda palabra (Mat.18:16c). Para
mantener la Integridad y la Justicia dentro del Cuerpo Ministerial.
d – Porque el uso de equipo electrónico en un Proceso Electoral, no ha pasado
por el Proceso que decreta el ArtÃculo 75 de nuestra Constitución, y por lo
tanto, los Pastores nunca han aprobado su uso, lo cual significa una Reforma a
la Constitución.

c – Porque es necesario que la Comisión de Elecciones sea Testigo del cómputo,
siguiéndose el orden bÃblico de: Por boca de dos o de tres testigos se
decidirá todo asunto (1Cor.13:1b). Para mantener la Paz y relaciones
ministeriales sanas entre cada Convención General Electoral.
d – Ya experimentamos que hacer uso de otro sistema de cómputo, además de ser
anticonstitucional, nos llevó más horas de estancia que en Procesos
Electorales anteriores.

ante la asamblea.
Propongo que diga: Los nombres de los ministros que fueren aprobados como
candidatos serán dados a conocer por la Comisión de Elecciones ante la
asamblea. Y deberá darse un mÃnimo de siete minutos de tiempo antes de orar
por ellos, para que si hubiere alguna objeción, se tenga el tiempo suficiente
para llegar ante la Comisión Calificadora y presentar las razones de dicha
objeción, sin que a ningún objetante se le niegue el acceso, ni el ser
escuchado.
Es decir, que al inciso se le añada: Y deberá darse un mÃnimo de siete minutos
de tiempo antes de orar por ellos, para que si hubiere alguna objeción, se
tenga el tiempo suficiente para llegar ante la Comisión Calificadora y
presentar las razones de dicha objeción, sin que a ningún objetante se le
niegue el acceso, ni el ser escuchado.
Razones:
a – Porque cuando el Presidente de la Comisión de Elecciones anuncia los
nombres de los candidatos, estos son pasados al momento frente a la
asamblea, e inmediatamente se procede a orar por ellos sin dar el tiempo
suficiente por si hubiere algún Pastor que necesite ser el atalaya sobre
alguna situación que deba ser conocida.
b – Porque es necesario darle el respeto a todo Pastor objetante, y la
importancia debida a su objeción, para evitar que sea integrada a una Mesa
Directiva General, una persona que esté violando la Constitución, o que esté
faltando de alguna manera al ArtÃculo 57 que trata sobre Obligaciones morales
y espirituales de los ministros.

significa: Obtener el mismo número de votos en una votación, varias de las
personas por las que se vota. Por lo tanto, un empate no puede quedar a juicio
de la Comisión Calificadora.
2 – Porque si un empate quedara a juicio de la Comisión Calificadora, el
juicio de la Comisión Calificadora pudiera ser que alguien que obtuvo una
menor cantidad de votos, empató con un candidato que obtuvo más votos.

nueva selección para sustituir al declinante.
Propongo que diga: Una vez aceptada una declinación, se hará nueva selección

obtenido un mayor número de votos de los Pastores de la asamblea votante.
Es decir, propongo que se añada a este inciso: exclusivamente de entre quienes

Razones:
1 – Necesitamos que los incisos queden claramente definidos en caso que se
suscitaren situaciones futuras de cualquier naturaleza.
2 – Esta es una forma válida de proteger la integridad de nuestros Procesos
Electorales.
3 – Esta es una forma sabia de evitar que se cometa alguna injusticia o
decisión sin equidad.

Pastor no pueda asistir a la Convención General, por razones justificadas,
enviará en su lugar a un representante.
2 – En el mismo ArtÃculo 4, inciso III, quedó aprobado que se le da el derecho
de votar, y como representante, tiene derecho de objetar, ya que cabe la
posibilidad de que sea portador de alguna información de parte del Pastor que
sea necesario que la Comisión Calificadora conozca.

Propongo que se añada un nuevo inciso al ArtÃculo 4, y que quede como el
inciso XXI, y que diga asÃ:
Ningún ministro que en el dÃa de un Proceso Electoral en Convención General se
encuentre violando la Constitución, podrá ser calificado por la Comisión
Calificadora para ninguna posición en la Mesa Directiva General.
Razones:
1 – Porque calificar a un ministro que está violando la Constitución es una
violación a la Constitución.
2 – Porque es una manera de respetar y estimular a los Pastores aspirantes
que sà están cumpliendo.
3 – Porque no serÃa justo que se califique al que no cumple, y que se
descalificara al que si cumple.
4 – Porque eso honra y dignifica a la Comisión Calificadora, ya que da un
ejemplo de integridad.

Propongo que se añada un nuevo inciso al ArtÃculo 4, y que quede como el
inciso XXII, y que diga asÃ:
No podrá ser considerado como mayor número de votos, cantidades menores de
cincuenta votos. Por lo tanto, nadie que obtenga menos de cincuenta votos,
podrá ser calificado por la Comisión Calificadora en ningún Proceso Electoral
de Convención General para ocupar un puesto en la Mesa Directiva General.
Razones:
1 – Porque por algo los Pastores dan una minorÃa de votos con la sabidurÃa que
viene de lo alto.
2 РPorque esto es una se̱al de que no es la voluntad de Dios que quede
cierto, o ciertos ministros.
3 – Porque de esta manera se le da su lugar a los Pastores, y se les respeta
su voto, de otra manera no tiene sentido el estar sentados por horas, si el
voto va a ser ignorado, además del gasto para la iglesia local, que conlleva
el viajar precisamente con el fin de votar.

How else can you explain VOIDING a Majority Vote based on the reason that Sanchez, Valverde, Pacheco say

Why even have a Constitution if you are going to amend it to suit your own personal needs.
What shall they do next? Delete 3 of the 10 Commandments and add 9 Commandments of their own?
Instead of Texas, the General Board would be better to move to a jurisdiction where you can control people via dictorial edict.
Venezuela, Pakistan, Vietnam, Cuba, or Burma.

Shutter Scam Suspect Caught

A KPSP Local 2 update to a shutter scam that victimized at least a dozen Valley residents and totaled over $40,000. We first began following the story in September of 2007, and now almost a year later, the suspect, 27-year-old Isaac Gutierrez has been arrested.
Victim Jerry Steinker says, "We were kind of surprised, a bit relieved." The Steinkers say they paid around $6,700, up front, for shutters that were never installed. Friends and neighbors fell victim to the same scam, through the suspect's company, Rebekah's (his mom's name is Rebekah) Window Solutions.
Jerry remembers, "He was the kind of guy you would really trust." But the Steinkers still don't have their shutters or a refund. Indio Police say though an extensive investigation and help from KPSP Local 2, they were finally able to arrest Gutierrez and book him on felony charges of Grand Theft and Theft by False Pretenses.
Meanwhile, victims, like the Steinkers say they're now more careful about who to trust, and they hope justice can be served. Cheri Steinker says, "He needs to go to jail, be tried for fraud."

Last night the Midland Apostolic Church had an emergency meeting regarding the events of the past week. Quite frankly some were confused because they were not too sure what was going on.
Pastor Abel explained to them everything from the 2006 elections to the current situation at hand. Everyone expressed, including Pastor Abel, how no one wanted to leave the Assembly.
Pastor Abel Torres cried because he said his father always taught him to love the church and to help the church. To help the Apostolic Assembly. Everyone who knows him can say that he has given his life to the church, that he has loved the Apostolic Assembly. But now they want to put him out.
The Bishop Leonardo Garcia, asked the General Board members “Why after all these years do you want to do this to Pastor Abel?” After all he served as Bishop for 17 yrs and after his father gave his life for the church.
During the meeting “all” the members of the local church gave their support and expressed how much they loved their Pastor. One lady told him, “You show us the way and we will follow.”
Not one time has Pastor Abel said, “Lets leave the Apostolic Assembly” He has always been for the church. But if they do not want Pastor Abel and his church then they have no choice but to leave…

fyi information and from what i understand, all the plaintiffs are not leaving the church, they are being excommunicated. this means that the plaintiffs are being booted out as opposed to them leaving by their own choice.
also, the aa is not the church it is the denomination. a denomi-nation is: the numbering or the splitting of the nation.

The unbelievable acts of the GB taking down ministers and closing the locks on churches is quite frankly evil! The people of this AA are being divided BY the GB themselves. IF their is a bright spot in this entire mess, it would be for people to AWAKE out of this diabolic-led GB that gives no regard to the church body and is only in this board for selfish reasons. Who where the first to persecute Christ? It was the church people. We are all guilty of that at one point or time. We need to substantiate our claims before we make them. If we claim to know who everyone is in here lets support it with action. Anyone can say that they know who anyone else is. We want to be like God but none of us show the spirit of God. We are not here to tell off anyone we want change but we refuse to start the change. It is said as a friend of mine once said he is the baby and all the Spiritual Adults are showing him bad habits. Are we not learning anything from all this? We are just instruments in the hands of God. Much like Chess pieces we have power but are unable to access said power until the hand moves the pieces. God is the hand that moves us. God is the one who determines our paths. I hope that we all myself included can learn that God is the one who makes us or breaks us.
