An Open Letter to Bishop President Daniel Sanchez

1/9/2008

Honorable Bishop President Daniel Sanchez,

I greet you in the name of our loving Savior Jesus Christ. I pray God's blessing and wisdom upon you and your family.

The purpose of my letter is to address the matter of the removal of Former Bishop Abel Torres.
As you are aware the movements of the General Board are posted on this site daily. Prior to your visit to Texas, the agenda of your travels was published on this site. The outcome of your meeting with Brother Torres was immediately published on this site. The outcome of your visit with the Pastors of their respective district was again immediately published on this site.

Although many disagree with the purpose of this website, it has become a gathering place for those who LOVE this heritage of the Apostolic Assembly. The amount of visitors to this site is astonishing. Those who take time to post are passionate about their feelings. Some are well articulated and some are crass and rude. But nonetheless they are passionate! No one, not one, wants to leave this beloved organization. That, My Dear Bishop President, is LOVE.

Many view this lawsuit as addressing a plague affecting this organization. Many view this lawsuit as the affliction itself. Which ever side the constituents of this Assembly are on, we seem to agree on one thing: Brother Abel Torres was wrongfully removed.

Bishop President Sanchez, respectfully I submit to you a personal story.

I once held a secret clearance for a government agency for a line of work I was in. Prior to my employment with this agency I underwent a very stringent and lengthy background test which included psychological tests, physical test, criminal checks, 30 year background checks, social affiliations, credit checks, drug tests and mental aptitude tests. This process took several months. By the grace of God, and God fearing parents who instructed me on the value of my testimony, I gained clearance and proceeded to work diligently for a number of years in this environment.

Several opportunities arose which required a move to the private sector. Upon leaving the government agency, my superior officer told me, "We are losing a valuable asset, if you are not happy with your new duties do not hesitate to come back. We will only have to review from the time of this termination to the time of your reinstatement request. You are already cleared and on record from this date backward". This meant if I chose to return, I would not have to undergo all the previous test again. I would only be accountable for the time I left this agency and the time I requested to return. My clearance up unto that point was granted.

Respectfully I bring these items to you attention.
1. Brother Torres was voted in by an overwhelming margin as Bishop of his respective district. The local pastors were and are aware of his involvement this lawsuit but still held fast in their hearts and spirit they wanted him to lead their district. This was because of his integrity, character and record.

2. Brother Abel Torres, under the existing CID, was approved to charge the office of District Bishop. The opportunity arose to disqualify Brother Torres from the District election for reasons of insubordination or rebellion but the election committee felt he was qualified nonetheless. Brother Torres gracefully accepted this position and communicated his desire to continue God's work through the office of Bishop and bring resolve to the aforementioned matter.

3. During Brother Torres' short administration as Bishop, he worked with humility, integrity and the fear of God. He did not use his position to bring reproach to the General Board or the Apostolic Assembly. He did not use his position as leverage on behalf of the plaintiff's of the lawsuit. Rather he worked to bring the parties together as a peacemaker.

4. On December 28, Brother Torres was removed from the Office of Bishop. Brother Torres gracefully accepted the General Board's removal of his title. He did not use this action to bring reproach to the General Board or the Apostolic Assembly.

My beloved Bishop President, I submit to you 1 Corinthians 13: 4-7.

4.Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5.It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6.Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7.It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Although comments on this website fall short of reflecting of this scripture, I would suggest that Brother Torres does not. His actions are that of love - (13. And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love).

I addressed the disclosure or awareness of the movements of the General Board and actions during the dates leading and up to the removal of Brother Torres from Bishop to also bring to light that we are also aware that Brother Torres did no wrong doing whatsoever during his term as Bishop. I would suggest to you that had their been impropriety on Brother Torres' behalf, it would have been well documented on this website and should be held responsible for those
actions if true.

Since Brother Torres was accepted as Bishop during the district election, and there was no impropriety on his part during his administration and reason for removal, we are asking that Brother Torres be re-instated as Bishop of his respective district.

He was granted clearance by the local pastors of his district, he was granted clearance by the election committee and General Board. And he did nothing during his administration to remove said clearance up until the time he was stripped of his position and until present.

The local pastors and leaders again called upon his reinstatement the same day by their actions in re voting and calling upon him to be their Bishop. This should be taken as a vote of confidence on his behalf.

My beloved Bishop President. there are many matters in our Assembly that need to be addressed and corrected. We know that they cannot be changed over night. However, we do not need to keep adding to that list.

I know it is a great burden that is on the shoulders of you and your administration, I pray that God grants you the strength and wisdom to keep the flame burning.

I ask that you please reinstate Bishop Abel Torres as Bishop. It is the right thing to do.

With Respect and Love,
Apostolic Voice

TO: WE CARE

I have said many times WE are all Men of GOD. WE are all the anointed of GOD.

It seems lately in order to be the Anointed of God you must be a Bishop or a GBM.

Some (not all) of these GBM and Bishop need to remember that their feet do stink. They are not gods!!

TheInsider,

What you say has a small modicum of truth - very small. They were not from LA District.

Please get your facts straight -

The CITY of Los Angeles, NOT the County owns the camp site. Reservations are first come, first served. Both Bros. Lopez and Arroyo have many years working with the facilities and carefully followed the rules. Youth President Ramsey Valencia failed to secure a facility and in the 11th hour used del Taco to send this nasty letter to discredit these brothers. In his letter, it is obvious he wanted to take their dates away from them.

‘By the book’ Los Angeles District’s office was located in the City of Southgate NOT the City of Los Angeles. Technically this put LA District on the same footing as the brothers.

Again the campsite is available to anyone. The advanced reservation is based on residency. Bro. Lopez was serving as the National Junior leader and even though the camp was for the Interior District, he did represent the entire AA. Bro. Arroyo was holding a local church camp and his office was located in the CITY of Los Angeles.

The problem was the caused by the Camp Seely reservations clerk. Because the brothers were from the AA, the CLERK incorrectly wrote ‘Los Angeles Messengers of Peace’ on the reservation. When advised of his error the correction was made. Unfortunately this didn’t come to light until AFTER the derogatory letter was sent out. The proper step would have been for the Bishop (Galaviz) to contact the IDCN Bishop and resolve the matter in house BEFORE sending the inflammatory letter to the world.

BTW – del Taco sent the letter WITH the signature (stamped) of Bishop Galaviz WITHOUT the Bishop’s knowledge. Now who’s lying?

Everyone else - sorry for the long post.

CAMP RENTAL

Reservations for Camp Seely are first come, first serve. City of Los Angeles residents may make reservations eight months in advance, (with proof of residency; all others may make reservations up to six month in advance.)

Camp Seely? The AA still has camps there? How Cheap can a church be?

I'd venture to say Camp Guantanamo Bay is far better.

Camp Seely? Are you serious? It should be renamed Camp Stallag Seely instead.

I remeber one year Juan Campos was preaching at a Jr. Camp there. He had his guys break into the camper's personal belongings, had them comfiscate books, cd's and articles he thought were ungodly.

They then had a bon-fire where those items were burned. A good olf fashioned book burning.

Just like the Nazi Tradition the AA has trained its ministers in.

Good old Stallag Seely, what memories.

I read somewhere that Camp Seely was a Japanese Internment Camp during World War II.

FYI

Now that I think about it, Camp Seely was more like one of those camps used by the Soviets, Viet Cong, the Nazi SS, the Come'Rouge,
Cuban Communists as Re-Education Camps.

Except we were taught Hard Core Apostolic Dogma/Propaganda

And guess who was in charge of Christian Education at the time....

To We Care and others:

I read with interest your heart felt letter and I can relate to a lot of what you remenisce about.

These men on the General Board were created by ALL OF US. They were so dirt poor that when Abel Aguilar got married, he had to cash in his life insurance policy to be able to afford the wedding. He should not have done that, he should have had a simple little church wedding because he was also marrying a dirt poor woman who was raised in La Paz, Baja Calif.

And now with all our money, our tithes and offerings, she was given a 2008 BMW, so she could go visit Rachael Valverde and by getting the Beemer, she called off the divorce.

Valverde and Pacheco are from Tijuana, sold oranges and corn on the cob, door to door. Dan Sanchez used to pick cotton and grapes in the Imperial Valley, did not even graduate from high school because he had to work in the fields. Baldemar also picked cotton and citrus fruit in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas, and became a Mariachi, singing from bar to bar. Maffey also has roots in Tijuana also experienced similar jobs. Victor Prado also did not graduate from high school and worked factory jobs in South Central and the Compton area. Artie Espinoza also had similar jobs like Valverde and Pacheco in Otay. Martin del Campo worked in Guadalajara and Mexico City, also selling fruit.

This is the background of these men. They could have been honorable. Many of our church members work these kinds of jobs even now. They are honest and honorable, hard working individuals.

They deserve as much honor and respect, but we run over the top of them to get next to an Armani suited Board member.

Let's remember those sitting in the pews next to us. They earn the money for the Armani Suits, and the Escalades, Infinities and the Beemers that our Board members have.

That our Board became this monster is not totally their fault. WE have created this. We gush over them, treat them as holy men, but they are not.

They have feet of clay like all men do. We have to learn to keep that in focus.

does anybody know what happened to Ramses Valencia and the Harbor City church given to him by our Honorable Del Taco when a lot more experienced bros. were hoping for an oportunity?
also, under Del Taco what happened to the new church established under the guidance of bishop Del Taco in Long Beach, they left the assembly as soon as the ink dried on the property lease. Why???

previous L.A.district bishop barbosa, while being bishop, his own church got fed up with the gross financial mismanagement took it to him to clarify the situation, instead kicks 90% of the congregation because "how dare you question the man of GOD" his punishment: now pastoring another church to run it into the ground again!!! cycle repeats itself we just never learn do we? now with this lawsuit, some people are up in arms because "how dare you question the men of GOD" unfortunately many of us have just kept our heads down and kept on going...

I agree with you DEL TACO should have had Galaviz call the IDNC Bishop.

I apoligize for calling Bishop M.D.C. DEL TACO. That is not correct nor professional. He should be addressed as Bishop KING Taco.

A CALL TO ARMS:

This is an appeal to all who have expressed support for Bishop Abel Torres and most importantly for the noble and righteous cause he has taken a firm stand against. It seems that some have been aware of all that has occurred since the beginning, while others may not have become aware of the situation until much later, but the support on the blogs has been tremendous. The important thing now is that we are here today just a few short days away from the March 10th hearing. A day that will become an historical one for the Apostolic Assembly, our beloved Church, regardless of the outcome. Whatever the court rules, unfortunately we will all lose in some way, our prayers are that the Church recovers and moves forward to a better tomorrow.

However, it is time to let yourself be heard. It is time to act on what we have all been expressing our support for. It is time to make a statement, it is time to get up and speak out, it is time to stand up for what you believe is right. Ask yourself, “what have I done to help, what have I done to make a difference? What can I do?” Or will we let Bishop Torres and the other plaintiffs walk alone? These brothers are carrying a great burden on their shoulders and it has truly taken its toll on them and their families. They are going forth bravely, so that we, our children and our childrens children may have a better and stronger church tomorrow. The future of our church is at stake!

Brothers and sisters there is much we can do - prayer vigils, calls to the GB (No Letters - they throw them away), peaceful group protests, etc. The Midland church organized overnight a peaceful protest when the GB came, with posters, songs and prayer, and it made a great impact and gave us great satisfaction at having not only stood by Bishop Torres but most importantly supporting him for what he stands for.

WHERE are the leaders out there who are great at organizing events? An event that will make a statement against those who would try to benefit personally by falsely acquiring positions in leadership and all the many other injustices we have read about. In a letter from “Apostolic Youth 4 Justice” dated August 6, 2007 they addressed the GB in the following manner, “We are united together in our efforts and have pledged to fight your dictatorship until justice and honor has been restored to our honorable Apostolic Assembly.” Young people - IT IS TIME to stand up for justice, unite and make a difference, you are most important, because you are the Church of tomorrow. Peaceful and prayerfully, organized protests at perhaps headquarters or at the churches the GB pastor. Perhaps videotaping them and posting them for all to see. It is time for EVERYONE to stand up and make a difference. We must act now if we expect change for the better of our beloved Church.

Please continue to send words of encouragement not only to Bishop Torres but to the other plaintiffs as well, the burden is on their shoulders to speak out and act against injustice in our leadership. May God bless us all.

to apostolicanalyst,
"a dirt poor woman who was raised in La Paz, Baja Calif." wrong! a little far from that. only the first-born sister spent a few months of her life in la paz during a time when the parents along with another evangelist were sent by the IAFCJ to plant churches in baja.

besides, i thought the main issue to be discussed here is the legal document/s update.

So for the price of a 2008 Beemer she sold out, and looks the other way. I wonder if her and Rachel will make the yearly NYC trip together now that they are best buds. You know buds of a feather stick together.
Don't know what the outcome of the court will be, but we can make a difference by stopping our tithes that go to headquarters. Maybe then when the repo man comes for the beemer they can go back to being respectable. (Yeah right).
A lot of the just spanish speaking hermanos don't know what is going on. Its time to start imforming them of the great leadership we have, and what their offering and tithes are going for. To pay for Rachel's and Mrs Aguilars shopping trips. Tacos from the King Taco. Platform shoes for Eddie, and the list goes on. But no we are not to question this holy anionted Men, because we will fall to a curse, the curse started long time ago with ACN. Like the Billy Joel song says we didn't start the fire the fire was already burning. We didn't start this mess it has been here since the start, but the time is now to end it, even if El Presidente Sanchez wins in court, we have to put a stop to it. Becuase as long as Sammy and Eddie can get to the money, they will keep their hands inside the cookie jar. Eddie probably takes the cookie jar home with him.

The Assembly self-destructed many many many years ago, and since then the Assembly has not been able to rebuild a system of honor and integrity. They've tried rebuilding it by merely repeating "honorable" this, and "honorable" that. They've tried it by declaring, "in the name of..." as if The Name was a sort of magic formula that could be conveniently used to impress folk rather than convert folk. They use right buzz words in order to create an illusion of a God centered organization, only never living what they preach.

But alas, the true core of this organization has been revealed. And it is as ugly as when a man finds his wife with another man in the bedroom. The questions beg to be asked, "How long had this been going on?" "Should I just ignore it?" "Should I turn the other way to avoid being hurt?" "If I forgive, can I still trust?" "If we move on, will it be the same?"

The AA was not infiltrated by the devil, he has bigger fish to fry. The AA capsized by men from within.

Yeah, the Malverde Royal Family and Kronies makes an annual trip to New York City for a week or two of fine dining, shopping at NYC best shops, vacationing. All paid for by los hermanos who work hard at their blue collar jobs.

Malverde and company are living off the backs of the hermanos.

It makes me sick to see that. Yeah, Malverde used to sell oranges door to door back in his san diego days.

I love his spin of lies when he tells his congregation that he was in medical school when God called him to the ministry.

What a fool and what a liar Malverde is. He has used the church for his own financial gain, taken advantage of his own congregation. Shameful.

Best thing is to write it up and post up on apostolic letters, then we can all just copy it and pass it out to the spanish speaking hermanos.

Having read both the complaint and now the reply of the defendants, it seems to me that the plaintiffs have a very minimal chance of having the judge set aside the 2006elections.

You know that your complaint is weak when you can't even find any case law to support your causes of action. The plaintiff's counsel is simply relying on a code section and interpreting it their way. That's not gonna hold water if there's no established law supporting their position.

Unknown said...

Apoww08 now agrees with me. This frivelous lawsuit will soon be washed away and the church will be cleansed of the cancer.

Can you Imagine how many lawsuits there would be if the hermanos hadn't been frighten to death with the AA teachings of not going up against god's anionted.
It happen when Edward Pacheco scammed lots of hermanos out of their hard earned money in the car scam. They went to their Pastors for help only to be told not to go up God's anionted. To drop it or be put on probation. The only one I ever heard that drove of with one of those cars was Gilbert Diaz when he was in AZ. All the rest lost their money.
Now I wish I had brought up Embezzlement charges on a Pastor we had that ripped us out of more then $10,000. Only thing the Bishop had to say was did we really want the money or to get rid of him. We picked to have him removed. We should have gotten rid of him then gone for the Embezzlement charges.

To lapáz:

You must be part of Mrs. Cessi Aguilar’s family to defend her in such a way. Are you Ariel or Hazel who used to live in Hollywood?

If it is true about the work that her parents did in Mexico, is this the way to take advantage of the local members of their church in Santa Ana who work so hard for their money as blue collar workers?

These people sacrifice a lot in order to pay their tithes and offerings.

Or is this money from those special grants that Abel Aguilar has been getting?

What ever the source, if they were really working for souls, they would drive cars that would be equivalent to what their membership can afford, and they would contribute some of the excess money to help some of the less fortunate people, here or in Mexico where they have their roots.

It is well known that a truly God fearing man measures up his congregation and lives in a way that would not make his members uncomfortable.

But we can expect good and righteous behavior from Pastors who truly care about their flock, which is not the case with most of those we talk about on these blogs.

Before you jump up to defend these men, go around and see how most of their church members live.

apostolicanalyst said...

Hey, Sam:

You can’t wait to be in Union City this weekend? I’m sure it is not about Spiritual Revival.

Are you part of those Union City wolverines who have hurt and corrupted our young men so much? Now I know who you are.

Were you in Texas when Adam Lopez forced the Pastors to scraped the bottom of the barrel in their churches for $5000 a piece?

Adam Lopez himself confessed in Texas that the Union City church was going through hard times.

Is he summoning all you people so that he can scrape the bottom of your barrel?

Are you going to be willing to part with a large chunk of change to bail him out?

Don’t you know that Lopez owns a big condo in Hawaii where he takes all his golfing buddies.

I’m sure he will have to go there to rest after this long weekend of raising money.

I’m all for it, but let’s remember that not all the brethren are fully aware of what’s happening with our Honorable GB members, I believe we still have work to do with some of the “how dare you question the men of god” crowd, also talking to a local pastor last night he mentioned to me that several pastors in our district are already making plans to jump ship, my suggestions:
1. Lets spread the word out to Spanish speaking congregations
2. Hold back financial support, hitting where it hurts them the most
Please feel free to share any ideas.

Unknown said...

Victor Prado and Adam Lopez are the most honorable of the general board. I know many of you are jealous because they have big churches with many members while most of you are frustrated decons and nobodys who complain more than perform in your ministries or lack of ministries.

Whats your problem with Pastor Adam having a condo in Hawaii? Where in the bible does it say men of God are to live in poverty? Pastor Lopez is a blessed man with a blessed and prosperous congregation. He deserves, as most men of God, to be pampered. He has been fighting to spread the gospel for most of his life.

What Pastor Lopez did in Texas was to call out the pastors in our organization to step out in faith. When they learn to give an offering in sacrifice, they will learn true prosperity.

Until they learn to sow the seed of faith, they will continue in struggling churches. Its not a coincidence that Fontana and Union City, under the pastorships of Adam Lopez and Sam Valverde, both giving and charitable men of God, have the biggest and most blessed churches in our organization.

They have learned the concept and taught their congregation the concept of sacrificial giving.

In all of your secular humanistic studies, which most of you are students of, they do not teach this.

If the church is to be prosperous, and wealthy, they must learn from Pastor Lopez and Valverde.

Un perro solitario la torcida senda seguía;

A convertirse en un camino;

A convertirse ahora en torcida carretera;

Un ternero tambaleante al zigzaguear;

Si fuera ordenado y llamado a predicar;

¡Ah! Cuantas lecciones enseñar,
Pero no estoy ordenado a predicar.

The Calf Path
by Sam Walter Foss

One day thru the primeval wood
A calf walked home, as good calves should;
But made a trail, all bent askew,
A crooked trail, as all calves do.
Since then 300 years have fled,
And I infer the calf is dead.
But still, he left behind his trail
And thereby hangs my mortal tale.

The trail was taken up next day
By a lone dog that passed that way.
And then, a wise bell weathered sheep
Pursued the trail, o'er~vale and steep,
And drew the flocks behind him too
As good bell weathers always do.
And from that day, o'er hill and glade
Thru those old woods, a path was made.

And many men wound in and out,
And dodged, and turned, and bent about,
And uttered words of righteous wrath
Because 'twas such a crooked path,
But still they followed, do not laugh,
The first migrations of that calf.
And thru the winding woods they stalked
Because he wobbled when he walked.

This forest path became a lane
That bent, and turned, and turned again.
This crooked lane became a road
Where many a poor horse with his load
Toiled on beneath the burning sun
And traveled some three miles in one.
And thus a century and a half
They trod the footsteps of that calf.

The years passed on in swiftness fleet,
The road became a village street.
And this, before men were aware,
A city's crowed thoroughfare.
And soon the central street was this
Of a renowned metropolis.
And men, two centuries and a half
Trod the footsteps of that calf.

Each day a 100 thousand route
Followed the zig-zag calf about,
And o'er his crooked journey went
The traffic of a continent.
A 100 thousand men were led
By one calf, near three centuries dead.
They followed still his crooked way
And lost 100 years per day.
For this such reverence is lent
To well establish precedent.

A moral lesson this might teach
Were I ordained , and called to preach.
For men are prone to go it blind
Along the calf paths of the mind,
And work away from sun to sun
To do what other men have done.
They follow in the beaten track,
And out, and in, and forth, and back,
And still their devious course pursue
To keep the paths that others do.

They keep the paths a sacred groove
Along which all their lives they move.
But how the wise old wood gods laugh
Who saw that first primeval calf.
Ah, many things this tale might teach,
But I am not ordained to preach.

Why is Daniel Solomon being removed? Because he's suing? What is the DGB going to do? Remove everyone against them? It won't leave many but very very few-family members mainly.

Folks- this is not the only lawsuit- they have at least 4-6 that I know of to date.

Many more to come I'm sure- hope that Brother Solomon sues the hell out of them on an individual level. That's they way to go-

Word has it that Valverde will split from the AA. Sanchez doesn't even know what's coming at him.

Good pictures! Props to them Texan's for standing up and protesting.

Good job Texas, you truly have b@!!$ of steel.

LOL Those Texans are weak. They had 8 people at that little protest. Do you think Californicans have more nerve? No. They are just as weak because Californicans are all about celebrity.

No, the Californicans will fall in line, remain silent, and only post anonymous comments on the web.

There is no case, there is no movement, and you and your weak frivilous lawsuit will soon be squashed.

I imagine I will see some of you at End Time Restoration backing up the event, spending your loose change, and pretend to be celebrities.

Its time for you blogger to turn away from secular humanistic theories and return to the apostolic fold.

Up to what challenge? this blog is so full of dime smack, but I doubt anyone on this blog has courage to protest. Nobody is brave enough or has enough merit to go against the GB. I have an idea, maybe APWC can lead the charge. Is it APWC (a pastor who cares) or is it APWB (A pastor who is bitter) probably because he got passed up for some promotion and probably has a church of fifty members. Anyway, I hope the lawsuit end quickly so that the blogger can find something more important to talk about.

Thank you very much for baiting us once again as you talk about Valverde and Lopez being the best Pastors.

So then why was Lopez telling everyone in Texas that his church was facing hard times? Shouldn’t his church be as prosperous as you say?

Well, I guess you are just baiting us in order to be able to see truth. And that truth is that Lopez had to snatch money out of the pockets of the Pastors in Texas in order to continue paying for that luxury condo.

If he keeps taking so much money from the other Pastors, they won’t be able to have their condos.
They also deserve the good life that Lopez has.

But the Pastors just don’t go around begging like Lopez does.

The way you defend the GB, you definately must be from that group of the Flor Negra and the Union City wolverines.

Won't do any good. They don't care about the issues. All they care about is themselves.
I know by personal experience. I brought up the injustice a Pastor was doing to us, only to be told I was out of place by the Bishop, and ganged up by The whole district board trying to discredit me. I'm glad to say that 2 of those members kinda took my side, but they won't admit it. They can't, its an unwritten code. Only when I contacted former President B.R. I got a little justice. but then all the bishop wanted and cared about was that if I was satisfied with the meeting without doing anything about the problem. So there and then I chose to drop it. You can't win. They know how to twist your words around and make you feel like your the guilty one.
Right now I respect the position this men have (GB) I have no respect for them as men.
Nor do I shake in my boots or fear them.

That is truly sad to hear, however I will continue to believe that there have surely got to be some brave souls who can and will stand up for Christ's Church, for our Assembly. How will change ever come about if you don't rise to the challenge and make your voices be heard? For heaven's sake it is the same as not getting out to vote in the presidential elections and then complaining for four years about the leadership of our country. Is this what we do when any other injustice is committed against us, we just sit back and hope for change?

Brothers and sisters what have you got to lose? You have so much more to gain, like a sense of self pride and accomplishment for having stood up for your beliefs.

Get up brothers and sisters and let your vote count don't let another moment pass you by.

SPANISH LETTER

Estimados Hermanos/Hermanas:

Has anybody had a chance to read over the Supplemental Discovery.Responses
I thought we had an incompetent bunch, but this is ridiculous!!
I think the Juniors dept. ran a more credible election than this!!
Daniel Sanchez “Regardless of how many votes a nominee received, any nominee who did not receive the majority of votes from the Qualifying Committee was not presented as a candidate to the electoral body” and just let me guess who was part of the Qualifying Committee? But of course, Daniel Sanchez himself along with Valverde and their buddies!!!! So why do you call this an election, if you and your friends have the final say on who is ultimately elected??
Why did Sanchez choose to use the C.I.D. document in 2005 and try to make it as official as possible so that in the elections of 2006, he would have the power to overrule the will of the people and nobody would say anything??
Was this an amendment to the Constitution? If it was, why didn’t he followed the necessary process to amend it?? If it was not, why did he used it in election time?
And by the way, Where is the General Secretary during all this?? Is he even in the same room as the Qualifying Committee?? Was the Secretary allowed to see for himself who received the majority of the votes?? Maybe they knew he wasn’t going to go along with all this??
Is this the behavior of men of GOD, does this make you believe that GOD had control over these election results? And still some people call this a Frivolous Lawsuit ??
I thought people fasted and prayed for things like this to be right, this shows total disregard for the brethren, it shows me that we are all looked upon as suckers, who in the name of GOD will just follow along,
This is disheartening folks.

have allowed ourselves to be distracted from the issue at hand.

read the past few days of postings and you only see childish bickering going on back and forth.

and that is the tip of the iceberg pf what is wrong with the AA. From the top, to the bottom, we are not disciplined enough to deal with the issues. we lose our focus on name-calling, and personal instults, as if that will reolve what is wrong with the AA.

we are all more brain-washe dthen we would liek to admit. see for ourselves, we have not progressed the resolving of the situation the AA is in, even in this most open of discourse and dialougue, we have instead reverted to the same ways our leaders have taught us, simple bickering, name calling, finger pointing, and childish chauvanistic posturing.

I'm beginnning to think we have exactly what we deserve.

What a sad state of affairs the AA finds itself in now, we have become Laodicea in its truest state and form.

So you called the ministers of Texas that were demonstrating, ‘wetbacks’ because they or their parents crossed the Rio Grande River?

Let me name the ones that you are defending, “alambristas” which means, those who crossed the wire fence from Mexico to the U.S., into California.

Sanchez, Valverde, Pacheco, Maffey, Prado, Luciano Montes, Arturo Espinoza, Martin del Campo and Abel Aguilar are all first time immigrants because their parents crossed the wire fence from Tijuana and Mexicali into the U.S., to California.

They are also ‘wet backs’ but they are ‘alambristas’ because they don’t cross at the river, they cross at the wire fence.

You claim that you are defending the ‘men of God’. What do you think the men from Texas are? They all have roots from Mexico.

Are you a Native American ‘Indio’, or did you come from Europe? Then your roots are from where?

The fact is that sister Cesia took the path to citizenship. Unlike a lot of law beaking "hermanos" in the church. The fact is that most of the rebel pastors who are consentors to this frivilous law action are harboring illegal aliens in their churches.

I applaud sister Aguilar for doing things right. She lead by example. And as for her brother, who are you to judge? He is single but living a Godly life. How dare you cast judgement on Gods' servant.

I know more things than you think. Like for example, brother Efrain Andrade was not a good pastor. He was run off from southern California because he was known to do certain things but was awarded a church because of who he knew. Now he seeks to over turn the sanctioned election.

Then there is art Tafoya who ran off Eric Rangel because he couldn't control his temper. Now Brother Eric has one of the biggest churches in Yuma, Az.

Pastors like Tafoya and Andrade are doing more to hurt the church. We need more pastors like Frank Romo, Abel Aguilar, Sam Mascareno, Sam Valverde, Leo Maffey who are men of vision and wisdom.

I'm out of here. Its bad enough I'm late to the morning session.

Somebody made a comment about Jason and Jeff, that if it weren't for Abel they wouldn't have a Ministry. Well in a way thats true, but it wouldn't be for lack of talent. The boys are talented, but I think because of Jealousy they might have been black balled down the road like many of our talented young people have been. some have had to leave the AA to fulfull their ministry because the Jealousy of some with connections to the higher ups.
I think that with their talent they would have been a target or maybe are right now of Jealousy from the Malverde clan.

Just to let you all know, End Time Restoration has been a big blessing. There has been a big move and explosion of the holy ghost. I wish all of you could be up here to share in the divine experience. The men of God have performed magestically.

It has been filled to capacity and the blessings are over flowing. I'm sure there are some bitter people who will make negative comments. But those comments will not hold water and the movement of the holy ghost will not be mocked.

God Bless visionary pastors like Adam Lopez who have events like these for spiritual recharging. God Bless men of God like Augutine Hoyer, Abel Aguilar, Sam Mascareno, and the others who dig deep inside to bless the people of God.

Wish you all were here to be refilled with the great movement of the holy ghost.

Archangel of Texas, the term "wetback" was a term coinded by your very own United States Government, INS, to describe illegal aliens who broke federal law by entering the United States without legal authority or permission. "Wetback" is a term not coined by me, but by your own government.

Render unto Cesar what is Cesar, therefore I must, as a good standing citizen of the United States of America, render information to I.C.E. of those pastors harboring illegal aliens from Mexico and South and Central America.

Back to the term "wetback", the INS even, with the authorization of a past U.S. President, conducted an opperation to apprehend and deport illegal aliens abiding illegally in the United States, call "Operation Wetback".

You can Wikipedia it. Its part of U.S. History.

Yes your right about end times. I wasn't able to make, but my wife went and was richly blessed. We do need more events like this.
To bad the that present conditions over shadow God's movement.
Hopefully after all this comes to an end we can start our road to recovery. God knows we need it.

FYI: The Aguilars deserve to drive a BMW, for years they have driven humble cars ie. Toyota Camry, Volkswagon Passat.. He has been such a blessing to his church why not buy him a nice vehicle. As for their second vehicle, "Toyota Camry". As for his wife leaving him? Truth is you can't find anything on him, so you make up stuff, now that is just wrong!

What do you drive? and who have you blessed?

To Every Pastor At The 2006 Elections:

Before you go to bed tonight as you prep yourself over your vanity and look into that mirror take a 5 minute look at yourself. Then ask yourself, did my vote really have any significance in this election? Ask yourself, God do I let this go on, or should I say enough is enough? Do it!! I KNOW He Will Speak to You! He chose you to lead his flock, tomorrow could be Detrimental! Stand for what is of a Good Man! What is Honorable!

A Todos Los Patores Que Asistieron A Las Elecciones De 2006:

what exactly is expected out of today's hearings?

being familiar with legal precedings, this will be a drawn out process, real life is not a 1-hour Perry Mason episode... lol

and i keep hearing of jail-time, people fleeing, etc, this is a civil case no? i do not forsee any way imaginable how anyone would serve any sort of jail time for this, its a civil case, not criminal...

well regardless, will anyone being updating us throughout the day/week on the proceedings?

Oh so did any1 protest at end time?? by the silence... i highly doubt it...

thanks californians, you have made us all so proud (oh if you could hear the sarcasm.. lol)

we care said...

You’re right about no jail time for anyone, at least not at this juncture, no one will be taken away in handcuffs, that is an awful picture. That may only come if things such as misappropriations of funds, violation of accounting reporting methods for nonprofit organizations, etc. are determined to have occurred, however, that all remains to be seen and I believe the government will be the one involved, my guess is the IRS. My understanding is that this hearing is for the courts to determine if in fact with all the evidence that has been presented to date there was fraud during the 2006 elections. If it is determined by the justice system that there were faults. then we shall see what is to follow.

"Jesus_Lives,"

You made me laugh. Thank you for the little pouting dance - you reminded me of the Britney Spears video I saw on youtube... "Leave him aaaloooone!"

Fact is, not that many more people showed up. Sure, the pews were a little more filled than usual but nothing to write home about.

I'm not against the brother nor am I for him. I don't know him enough to comment on his character. But what is evident is that those of you who claim to be such great supporters have pretty much "hung him out to dry."

When I look at all those protesters out there I am reminded of a cult church somewhere in Waco...

Good to hear ETR was a blessing.

The bloggers are funny especially we care. If (or should I say when) the plantiffs lose, what is their backup plan? Is it to continue their sob sessions. Are they going to continue crying like a bunch of old ladies.

We Care why not use the alias WE LOSE or WE ARE DEFEATED, because I have a feeling you and entourage of bloggers will be tasting defeat. Maybe if would of attended ETR you may have repented and made an attempt to preserve the unity of the AA.

And for posterity, I want to say, that regardless of the outcome in the courts today, our Bishop Torres is and will continue to be a brave hero in the eyes of many. I say this with the greatest respect and pride not only for Bishop Torres but for the other plaintiffs who have had the courage to stand up for what they know in their hearts is justice. God bless them for speaking out for us and for taking action for the betterment of our Assembly,. No matter what a judge decides, their sacrifice will not have been in vain for it has brought comfort to many to know that we still have brave men who serve the Lord in their fullest capacity. What a sacrifice they have made for God's church! God Bless us all.

I'm glad that many people were uplifted at End Times, because if only one person was recharged that was already a gain in God's eyes. As for Sam, I was so happy reading his post about End Times and I got all teary-eyed and goosebumps and all. I was already thanking the Lord for touching our dear Sammy. Then, lo and behold, BAM!BAM!BAM! Sammy's second directive came through and there he was again bashing God's children and calling them "wetbacks" and all sorts of other names. I was totally blown away and saddened. Nope, our Sammy did not get refurbished at all. Keep trying Sammy, its within your reach you just have to let go of all that hate towards your fellow Christians. We will keep praying for him though and of course for you since you are his little disciple.

God Bless Texas! Sing it, Sammy and Onguard, God Bless Texas.

Its monday morning and I feel victory in the air. Today, the gb will be justified.

Jail? You guys watch too much tv. No, nobody goes to jail in a civil lawsuit. Though I think that should be changed to send those who file frivilous lawsuits.

That means all the rebellious pastors who filed this frivilous lawsuit against the church.

Handcuff Andrade, Juahall, Tafoya, Baldemar, Juanito Sanchez, Chester Mendoza, loser Abel
Torres and all those rebellious consentors. Off to the gallows!

We Care, what happend to your big protest you and your Texanas were supposed to do at End Time Restoration? You blogging protestors are weak, have no heart, and are on the wrong side.
I can't believe how much you worship Abel Torres, as if he was you knight in shining armor.

we care said...

HE IS

MijoTonio said...

Plantiff stand up for what was right? Are not these plantiffs previous board members? According to the blog, the injustices started with Baldemar? If this is true, the only thing the plantiffs are contesting is their loss of power. If the plantiff's were to win, do you anticipate any change in the status Quo? NO!!!!

SUPPOSEDLY, the AA is a mess, but we should make sure to thank all responsible parties (The current GB, Baldemar, Art. Tafoya, Daniel Solomon).

Art Tafoya has done his share of messes Starting in New Mexico and into Arizona. Ask brother Naverete, Nat Tafoya and many others.

What decisions has Baldemar made that have caused damaged? I wonder how many Pastors left the AA under Baldemar administration. I wonder if we can thank Baldemar for the growth of the independent Apostolics.

Daniel Solomon has had his issues in Colorado.

For the exception of Abel Torres, I do not see any righteous attempt on the behalf of the Plantiffs.

We Care,

It seems to me that anyone who gets too close to your idol seems to get the hatchet! You call that a blessing? Look at the lives of all the men who stood with him, most of their ministries are over for doing so. I guess the blessing is for us then. As all the bad apples are removed, a healthier harvest will arise!!

God Bless Jason and Jeff Aguilar. They have been persecuted because of the jelousy of many. These are two of the most talented musicians, producers in the history of the apostolic church. They deserve to be blessed by us. They have taken our apostolic music to higher levels. Marocs Witt tried to recruit them, but they had the conviction in their hearts to SAY NO! They decided to bless their apostolic roots, defend the apostolic doctrine, and be true to the Lord.

we care said...

Sam and Onguard

How come the two of you can't make a comment without talking nasty and dirty? Do your pastors know this? Maybe you should set up another End Times. I'm praying God blesses you both.

And God bless Jason and Jeff Aguilar. We in Texas never said anything bad about them, heck, we don't even know them. It was you Californian who bashed them.

The judge - unfortunately - read our lame constitution and said 'according to this, there are more holes than a block of swiss cheese'.

While the election was absolutely unethical, the constitution allows it to be so.

So . . . . until the constitution is fixed, expect the same GB members to remain in power until God returns for His church. They can even pass their positions on to their children if they want.
