I haven't really been keeping up with all the activities for some time as life has continued. I think it would be a good idea and good time to get an update as to that status of the AAFCJ organization. I'd like to compile a list of:
1. Pastors that have left (voluntarily or involuntarily)
2. Churches that have closed
3. Property foreclosed
4. Where have the pastors have left gone to
5. Legal matters
6. Organizational evolvement (other organizations created or organizations that have recieved AAFCJ pastors and their congregations).
Current financial status of the organization. Those of you inside the corporate office can continue to email info the apostolicvoice@gmail.com.
I do know from conversations with several pastor's both still involved and those kicked out that there is a strong division among the brethren. Missionaries that are traveling have visited excommunicated pastors incognito although they have been restricted from their fellowship. However, due to the lack of financial assistance from the AAJFC they have no choice but to visit those churches that still are supporting their ministries. However, when they do go it is very deep undercover. It is truly a very sad state of affairs.

It is her teachers and preachers (including but not limited to her husband) responsibility to provide her the scriptures from the word of God so that she is able to make the best decisions for her christian life and they should encourage and support her to do her best to live a life that is pleasing to God, amen? The scripture below clearly states MODEST that means that the woman may wear some adornments on her hair, face, and with her wardrobe but the scriptures teach her not to focus on how fancy or costly the things she wears look and or are, ok? In observing your post, I notice you seem to have a personal problem with control issues in your life and I encourage you to learn to let go of trying to control what others say or do. Christ did not send his servants to control the world, alright? Christ sent his servants to teach and preach the Truth of the Gospel of Christ and I encourage you to do that and to better prepare yourself and the teachings you post here on this blog. I hear you say that you feel sad. Well, the scripture says blessed are those who mourn for they shall be comforted and I believe God will give you the comfort you need. I am a man of God whether you feel comfortable with it or not. Regarding fatslonly1 that's between me and him. I am not going to address your posts and fatslonly1's at the same time. Pray for fatslonly1 and for me too, amen? The good news is the last time he communicated with me on this blog he seemed to improve his attitude. All glory and honor be to God! If fatslonly1's attitude is that of laughter and or of scorning that is between him and God. And only God is able to change a man's heart. Each of our relationships are between each other and under God. The relationship each of us has with God is personal. We all grow at different speeds and to different levels according to our faith and according to how God reveals Himself to us. Whether I work on stepping up higher to reach some and or stooping down a little to reach others that is my choice and I am going to do what God puts in my heart to do the work I am commissioned to do. I am able to speak and understand several languages including but not limited to: barbarian, Greek, Roman, English, Spanish, French, and others and I use every mode of communication that I am able to use to reach as many as possible for Christ. I hear you and understand the how you feel what is expected of pastors, teachers, and or other leaders. And you are welcome to hold on to those expectations and standards for yourself but I am not bound by your expectations. I do not need your pat on the back of approval nor do I need anyone's approval for any of the work I do for Christ. I do not expect you to understand the work I do. The work I do is solely for the glory and honor of God! Blessed be God through Christ and His saints, amen?

On the day just before the Sabbath a narcissistic dishonest and false prophet invited me to breakfast pretending to be concerned about me. False prophet do not be inviting to meet me to breakfast unless you repent and are sincerely concerned about my ministry. False prophet, next time you want to meet, get me an agenda with what you want to talk about any time you want to meet and stop being so deceptive. On the first day of the week I was there in the congregation and the false prophet shouted out "If you do not need what I have to offer, you shouldn't be here" I wasn't there to see you or hear you false prophet. Who wants so see and hear what a false prophet has to say? Not me! That's for sure! Me and my family are interested in hearing the sincere word of God! And I'm present to protect my family from narcissistic false prophets like you and false non profit ministries like yours. I ignored that false prophet in the congregation but it seems that soon I may need to confront him in public too!!! False prophet! Repent from your evil ways! We do not go to the congregation to hear your falsehoods! We go there looking to hear the sincere word of God! Repent and preach the word of God! At least read a holy scripture! I am glad someone else preached. It's about time. We need more sincere men of God to make a stand. To be bold! To unite with other sincere men of God. We do not need false non profit organizations. Neither Christ not His apostles ever went to any government to ask permission to teach or preach the Gospel of Christ. @ the truth - Answer my question. Where did Christ and His apostles get their accreditation? Answer to your question. At the present I do not know what accreditation CBAN has. At the present I do not recommend that others go through the things I went through to at the Texas Apostolic Seminary (SAT)in Houston Texas and CBAN in Ontario California. But the fact is I went and attended these institutions and I am glad I did. It was the best thing I ever did to help me prepare myself spiritually and for this day and age and the things that are to come as we get so close to the end of this world and before the Second Coming of Christ. In addition to attending these before mentioned institutions, afterwards The Lord made a way for me to attend a State of California accredited college and I earned a Liberal Arts degree. At SAT and CBAN there were great professors and there were some not so great. I am especially glad for the the education I received under the great Professors such as Dr.(s) of Theo. such as Sam Pacheco, and Gaxiola, other Master's of Theo. Professors, and Teachers like Bro. Willie Mendoza, Saul l. Avila, and others who worked hard to teach me the holy scriptures. Blessed be God and Christ our Lord and Savior for everything, amen?

I thought this blog was set up to expose the work in the Assembly, and now it has become about slingin mud.
The Assembly has it's agenda to make a mega church with the implementation of the CellGroup mentality. We have been hearing of pastors wanting to pick up offerings in cell groups, Pastor who will marry divorced people, so they won't have SEX out of wedlock, pastors bowing to the GAY agenda (putting them as choir directors and praise team singers and musicians- Oh wait that has always happened especially when it's a pastors kid) and other things.. Men and women are hearing from the Lord about these types of abominations and what regular church people do is to call them crazy, and don't go over their house, they believe God still speaks to man. All these and more things are going on and all we hear of HERE is the personal attacks of THESE TO MEN OF GOD, upon each other. Once uses foul language, well I guess it's not foul, I talked to a spirituista and he said all these words are just words and are only as bad as you make it, so keep spewing that spiritual talk -factsonly- and the other, well.. one cannot argue with cage fighting.. to see two sweaty men grabbing and trying to dominate each other.. YES, that is exciting.. so I guess you both have valid and important points to make on this blog.. forget about all the above mentioned and keep showing the end result of belonging to or at one time to the Assembly.. i was thinking of starting THE CHURCH OF FORMER AND LATTER DAY APOSTOLICS/SCIENTOLOGY/JEHOVAH WITNESSES/ WITH THE FAITH in Odin/Thor and Captain Marvel.

The Assembly and others will work on using every trick they can find to build their mega churchs including but not limited to cell groups and charging as much cash as they can for teaching and preaching the gospel/doctrine of the assembly. Many are teaching and preaching their own gospel/doctrine and have strayed away from The Gospel/Doctrine of Christ and it is good that we all become aware of it and not contribute financial support for them. God needs men who will stand up for the cause of Christ. I happened to be at the Convention in Denver for the AWA and heard some very interesting thoughts. The directors explained in detailed that the AWA is not a hierarchy but an affiliation and each church is autonomous. Meaning each church governs itself.
They also took the time to explain the reason why Abel Torres and Baldemar Rodriguez left. They presented memos from both Torres and Rodriguez contradicting what they are saying right now. I always held brother Baldemar in high esteem, but it appears to me he has lost his way in what he is saying about the AWA. Any comments?

Yes it is always sad when those you once held in high esteem show themselves to be just as human as the rest of us.
One of my favorite preachers was part of The General Board that allowed all of the fallout to happen. I wanted to believe he had nothing to do with it and came to find that while he may have not been the originator of said fraud, was complicit in all of the wrong doings.
As far as I understand The A.W.A. has a great model for a Fellowship and I do believe that as human beings we love to fellowship and this model allows for that, all the while removing the hiearchy.
Is The A.W.A. for everyone ? No but I do think it fits a need and it is sad that Bro Torres and Bro Baldemar could not continue to fellowship simply cause there were churches in The A.W.A. with slightly differing views on non essential and non salvation standards and customs.

Baldemar's complaint with the AWA is the fact that it's not the AA, plain and simple. Put all speculation aside and ask him yourself in person. All that happened to him has not been done by him. Why did he leave the AWA and not mention it to his congregation and instead kept them in darkness? Now that’s a great question to ask him. Maybe he wants a mega church, he’s all about the encuentros now something he was so against. That might just work for him. “Forget God and His increase, let man do it himself,” I guess he’s desperate that he’ll try anything. It’s no secret. It’s not hear-say. It’s all being publicly displayed just go look, never mind don’t, it’s only going to discourage you.
Why did the AWA have another fallout? Maybe it’s because the AWA wants all the churches to be under one (1) constitution/bylaws instead of every church to govern themselves. Hmm, sounds familiar.

The fact is God is sovereign and he is in control of all the shake ups in the Apostolic Assembly, the AWA, and any others. And all the shake ups are in the plan of God. It's not over folks. We are at the very end before Christ returns and the bottom line is more independent apostolic iglesia congregations are needed that will spread the Gospel of Christ and not the gospel of the assemblies and or the AWA, and or other so-called non for profit religious organizations. The actual truth is actually the opposite of what you said, in The AWA all churches are autonomous and Baldemar was not comfortable with all churches not conforming to his ideal church model.
If autonomous were true, Pastor Torres wouldn't have left. As for Baldemar, you are right, it didn't fit hes ideal church model because it's not traditional. By the way, is Bro. Zuniga still a board member???
Bleedfortruth this is the factual truth. Bro Torres actually sent a constitution that he himself wrote to several pastor in the AWA. He along with the pastors that left the AWA wanted his constitution to be applied to all pastors in the AWA. But since ALL churches are autonomous they already had their own bylaws locally. I happened to see the copy of Torre's constitution because my pastor got it and shared it with the ministers.
As a matter of fact, I encourage anybody to ask for a copy of the constitution the new AAI (Apostolic Alliance International) has. Torres just happens to be the president of this new organization, and you will see that even though they also call themselves autonomous, they are in fact just a replica of the AA.
At the meetings I attended at the convention in Denver, we saw actual memos, Torres and Baldemar wrote saying they were conservative and the rest were liberals.
As far as Bro. Torres leaving because the AWA's intention was to govern under one constitution, the memos from Torres himself show he wanted the board to govern the church, while the other board members did not. It seems to me that Torres, just like Baldemar is NOT telling, even his local church the truth.

As far as what I have seen from my own experience The AWA is not set up like the AA and The Leaders seem to be hungry for change and I understand that fellowships and organizations are mans attempt at either fellowship or setting up an ecclesiastical governance.
Whenever man comes into the mix you will have error and imperfection.
However The AWA seems in my humble opinion to have a good structure and a bright future.
Does God need our organizations and fellowships to move mightily ? Of course not, these things we do to encourage and build up one another and have fellowship with the body.
So I say that everyone do what God has called you to do. If your AA, AWA,UPC,PAW,AWCF or completely independant God bless us all and let's stop bashing and just move forward.

Method of Elections
A. The General Board of Directors will be elected every 4 years at a national convention. No member may hold two positions simultaneously. A position may be held for two consecutive terms only. After a member has served two consecutive terms in one position, he may be a candidate for the other positions on the Board. Each member will be elected by a majority vote.
B. An electoral committee will preside the elections. The committee will consist of at least 7 pastors from the various regions of the AAI. The pastors of each region will determine who will represent them on the committee. At least a month before each election, the General Board of Directors and the regional boards or committees will make a final determination as to which pastors will be members of the electoral committee after each region has submitted a list of names of pastors who may be a part of the committee.
C. To qualify for a position on the General Board of Directors, every candidate must have at least 6 years of pastoral experience within the AAI, and he must carry a current credential of the AAI [Hech.6:2-4 1Tim.3:1-7 Tit.1:6-9]. In addition, he must be fully compliant with the by-laws of the AAI, and any financial requirements of the AAI. Each Pastor must submit his pastoral history to the General Secretary every 4 years and at least 3 months prior to each national convention.
D. The General Board of Directors will consist of seven members which will be the following: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and there coordinators of which one will be Coordinator of Evangelism, another will be Coordinator of Christian Education, and the third will be Coordinator of Foreign Missions.
F. Each Member of the Board of Directors will be elected by majority vote. If there is no tie on the first vote, the first vote will decide who is elected each time. (There will be no disqualifying.)
G. Each Board Member will present a report of their activities each year at the National Convention.
