Its time for a new post...

I haven't really been keeping up with all the activities for some time as life has continued. I think it would be a good idea and good time to get an update as to that status of the AAFCJ organization. I'd like to compile a list of:

1. Pastors that have left (voluntarily or involuntarily)
2. Churches that have closed
3. Property foreclosed
4. Where have the pastors have left gone to
5. Legal matters
6. Organizational evolvement (other organizations created or organizations that have recieved AAFCJ pastors and their congregations).

Current financial status of the organization. Those of you inside the corporate office can continue to email info the apostolicvoice@gmail.com.

I do know from conversations with several pastor's both still involved and those kicked out that there is a strong division among the brethren. Missionaries that are traveling have visited excommunicated pastors incognito although they have been restricted from their fellowship. However, due to the lack of financial assistance from the AAJFC they have no choice but to visit those churches that still are supporting their ministries. However, when they do go it is very deep undercover. It is truly a very sad state of affairs.

Blah blah blah blah. That is all I read and hear when San Antonia blogs. His words and posts are empty and without anointing.

Attention bloggers this man is truly clueless and ignorant!

We live in darkness, hide in this blog and in cult apostolic assemblies. We are corrupt. We lie ,slander, threaten, harass, intimidate, COERCE, and financially exploit and screw you men of God, men, women, and your children. If you ever think and feel we are loving you, you are wrong. It's all devil sweet talk to get you to do what we want.
We roar on this blog and from some pulpits to coerce you! We are ravenous narcissist devils that wear sheep's clothing and many of us are leaders and aspiring leaders in the Apostolic cult assemblies. When you see us in person we seem to, act, and talk like effeminate men and most of us are substantially obese, lack self control and we over indulge ourselves at your expense with your tithes and offerings. We teach and preach about divine healing but take prescription drugs for our sicknesses. We lack consistent effective prayer and fasting. Most of us lack an adequate spiritual, and secular education. We use put downs on others in an effort to exalt ourselves and make our ministries seem legit.
We do it all for our love of money and our Apostolic cult including the Apostolic Assembly, A.W.A, and other false non profit organizations. These are man made organizations so that us men can control your lives and tell you where you can to work and what to do!
2 Peter 2:1 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

3 And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.

San Antonio is not a very smart guy! From here on out we should call him SAN ANTONTO.

The sad thing about San Antonto is that he is hurting his own son. His son probably sees his FB page and how he tries to hook up with different women and probably thinks that's how a man should behave. I bet his son does not respect Antonto's wife because Antonto treats her like crap. I bet his son is a Domestic Violence charge waiting to happen. I know the AA is a deplorable organization but it might be beneficial for Antonto to return so his son can find better role models.

The sad thing is if there is no spiritual intervention for Antonto's son he could end up in jail for DV and then start blogging like his dad thinking they both are theologians.

Antonto you are a sad individual maybe you can seek out Sam Valverde and have him restore you. Just do not try challenge him to an MMA fight because that would only an excuse for you to wrap your legs around him. If you do not stop that your son coulod end up a jotito.

Sincerely
Apostolico Verdadero.

Let's try this again. Everyone knows that the Assembly is requiring ALL its churches to close their local bank accounts and send all their contributions directly to headquarters right? I have found from several friends that pastors are not informing their members about this.
I also found from a source that comes directly from the AA headquarters that if pastors don't comply and change their bank accounts they will be removed.

Anonymous said...

So the manipulation and greed continue ?

So the fact that the plaintiffs lost the lawsuit seems to only have enboldened the GB.

They must think that because they won the court case that it must have been God's will.

In the end everyone lost !

Anonymous said...

Pastors that do not speak up must either be too scared to lose their cash cow or they agree with the general board. If a pastor has done his job well and has loved and nurtured they would follow him right out of the assembly should he stand up to them and get booted.

Maybe they know they've done a medicore job and get the sense that they probably would get replaced.

bleedfortruth said...

What is amazing to me is the fact that the AA is under a 501c3 tax exception. I am more than sure some of the higher ups figured out that the federal government has money reserved for religious organizations. I am more than positive they can tap in to these funds. My point is, these pastors who are commissioned to open a church from scratch are completely unnecessary especially being under an organization that has a 501c3. The AA GB should be funding everything from the land, foundation to the pews and paint. Why is this not an issue raised at district meeting by local pastors or church members? This also goes for any organization. Any takers???

Anonymous said...

That's why they hand pick company men that will tow the party line and not rock the boat. Sadly they long ago stopped enquiring of God as to who to set aside and began to think that their choice is best and should not be questioned!

bleedfortruth said...

If any organization that is under a 501c3 should provide the necessary for a "church" to be established. I guess churches struggle because they want to, I really can't think of a reason why.

Anonymous said...

I feel that the leadership probably keeps the pastors in the dark as to their rights under the AA and or the pastor although aware choose to keep quiet and not complain. It's the culture that has been fostered over many many years. The old " DO NOT QUESTION THE MAN OF GOD " And boy does it work !!!

bleedfortruth said...

Isn't it interesting that mind set is such a misconception? I see it as a handicap, an inability to function correctly. Are there not men of God in the bible, "real prophets," that questioned God? This sounds like mental captivity. Makes me wonder how a preacher can preach on being free but yet keep silent on issues.

Anonymous said...

So true ! But so many ministers also are stuck on what they were taught in bible college and anything that goes beyond that or any new understanding about anything is kept under their hats because the assembly does not suffer dissenters kindly. They know if they question anything as lets say the wearing of the veil or wedding bands that they will be looked upon as rebels or the deadly put down " Eres Trinitario " !!!

bleedfortruth said...

Trinitario...that's too funny. I get you though. Isn't that judging the outer appearance? I bet you anything, if a millionaire came into a church like that, his money would gladly be accepted but not the man. I think its funny how offerings are never discriminated...lol

Factsonly1 said...

The lawsuit exposed several facts that many do not know.
1. The local pastor is an employee of the AA. as a result the AA can hire and fire anyone they want.
2. Even though pastors vote at conventions, their vote really doesn't mean anything. The courts found that the AA is a hierarchy set up to be governed by the president only (per the constitution).
3. When the churches work to build their buildings and spend all that time and money, the pastors do not inform the local church that they are doing it for the AA.
4. No local church owns its property. The AA is set up to hold the deeds to every building under its umbrella.
5. If a local church is self incorporated (its own corporation) the AA will force the pastor to deed over the property or face removal from the pastorship.
Unless every church is self incorporates they will not be able to legally stop the AA from doing anything. This is why the AWA is becoming more attractive to pastors and independent pastors because they can associate or affiliate with the AWA and still have their own corporations to own their own properties.

bleedfortruth said...

Isn't the AWA also a 501c3 or is in the process of obtaining one?

Factsonly1 said...

The AWA is a 501c3 but because each local church is also its own 501c3 the local churches are self governed. From the research I have done the only thing the AWA requires of the churches that affiliate with it is that they be Jesus name, baptism, Holy Spirit, tongues, the essentials for salvation. This is why some churches believe in the veil and others dont. As a matter of fact one of my friends told me that at their AWA convention you see brethren wearing jewelry while others dont, some wearing veils while others dont. And the so called holiness standard is left to the discretion of each pastor and his local church.
From what I have read this is why Torres and Baldemar left because they wanted to standardize every church to their holiness beliefs.

Anonymous said...

Bleedfortruth,

That is so sad ...It reminds me of a family who part of them were apostolic but the father was a known drug dealer and they never once refused to take his offerings and tithes via his wife !!!

Factsonly1,

The lawsuit did expose so much and open so many eyes, the sad fact remains that even though all this was brought to light, many will still not dare question anything or anyone.

It takes big ones to stand up for what is right, even in the face of losing position, power, money and members.I guess thats what seperates the men from the boys.

bleedfortruth said...

I thought per IRS that one organization with a 501c3 cannot be affiliated with another organization with a 501c3 of its own. It's seen as double dipping. That doesn't go for saying that they cannot fellowship or have communion.

Anonymous said...

It's my understanding that The AWA provides ministerial licenses and credentials but for example an AWA church does not or can not open up a bank account under the Tax ID Number that pertains to The AWA.

the truth said...

That is correct Enrique, local churches can not open up a bank account under the Tax ID Number that pertains to The AWA. Each local church has to get its own.
As for the IRS law that one organization with a 501c3 cannot be affiliated with another organization with a 501c3 of its own, I don't know. I don't think they double dip because no local church can use the Tax ID number from the AWA.
I have been a minister with the AWA now for 2 years, and let me tell you it's the best thing our pastor ever did. Thats why I laughed at the ignorant rantings of San Antonia, because the guy had NO idea what he was talking about with regards to government of the AWA. The AWA has NO power or authority over any local church. The churches that fellowship with the AWA govern themselves.

Anonymous said...

Thetruth,

I agree that the AWA is so unique in that you don't need to worry about sending the tithe if tithes
..which by the way is NOT biblical. And you needn't worry about a Bishop breathing down your neck or removing you.

Like i said before is an organization or fellowship necessary to advance The Kingdom of God ? No.....but for those of us who see the value in Ecclesiastical Governance and fellowship it is an awesome alternate to the archaic hierachy model of The AA.

the truth said...

I agree ROME. One thing that the AWA told us is that the AWA is not for everybody and that the biblical model of government was for the local church only NOT for an organization of churches. That's why the want their affiliate churches to govern themselves.
One thing we have discovered is that the AA is so threaten by the AWA that they misinform their pastors regarding the AWA so they won't leave the AA. But the saddest commentary is when local pastors from the AA don't take the time to research what the truth is regarding anything outside their hierarchy. That's the reason why those (not every one) that don't look outside the AA box are so easy to manipulate, because they have no idea what the real world is all about.

bleedfortruth said...

the truth, I like that you said," real world." Since we were once AA and now independent, it's like being free. We no longer see people and think of an outward transformation first, but the inside transformation first. Let’s be real, I remember hearing hermanas talking trash about a visitor who didn't look like they did. Or the near heart attack because the sisters veil was too small, and that’s not even a fraction of my memories. Unfortunately I can't erase that from my mind but I've learned to let God be God and let Him deal with souls all we gotta do is catch fish.

Anonymous said...

Very well said bleed for truth!

We need to allow God to transform the souls as he always will. Our job is to love nurture and teach.

Teach scripture and sound doctrine not traditions and man made rules.

Anonymous said...

I have a question for everyone.

What's your take on people utilizing the titles of Apostle and Prophet for our time?

MijoTonio said...

Hey Guys,

Another reason Pastors of the AA do not look outside of the AA model, is because they are not innovators. What I mean by innovators is that they do not want to start new works. This means that they would have to make sacrifices to build their churches and purchase a building or rent a building.

As of right now, when they are given a church in AA they take over existing congregations with church buidings. Just the building alone saves years of work. Most of these pastor do not want to make these sacrifices and just want to maintain the status quo. I think for a oneness organization, the AWA will get the pastors who are innovators in that they are willing to poor their lives into building new churches. In the long run the AWA will surpass the AA because of these types of pastor. They will lay down new works at a much faster pace than the AA.

I am extremely excited as to what the AWA will accomplish. AA is the thing of the past and the board members will fight change because they get a ton of money with the current infrastructure. They are not about the greater good of the organization but rather how they can maintain their lifestyles and postions as well as status.

Think about a minister who wants to start a church, the AA is not an attractive organization because the pastor will do all the work building the flock and sacrifice financially and when their is a finished product the AA comes in a takes it away from the pastor and local congregation. Once this happens they can use everything they did and raise their quotas implement more types of quota. Personally this seems to be religous extortion.

Just my humble opinion.

Sincerely Apostolico!!
Good discussions without San Antonio.

Apostolico,

Some of these Pastors will never completely appraciate the congregation cause it never cost them much, it was just handed to them. Those who have started a church from nothing will always love and appreciate the flock.
It's too bad that the AA has so many who inherit their churches and only care about the salary.

The General Board also seems to be greedy and those wanting to be Bishop President probably are only doing it for the great salary. I wonder if the founders of The Assembly had this mentality as well.

Mil Mascaras,

Very true Apostolico and Mil Mascaras. I really do hope that pastors and leaders remember that every person that walks into Gods church is not just a number but a soul. I remember when I was a child seeing people leaving the church crying because they were treated bad or talked about in a malicious manner or because they married outside of the church and yet still brought their new spouse to church but were looked at as sinners and even treated as such they never came back to church. There will be an account taken for every one of those people. Being a Pastor/Minister/Leader isn't just a position with title, it's being responsible with Gods flock. These leaders will be accountable for every person that left and never came back and I truly don’t want that type of judgment over me on that glorious day, that's deep!

I believe that The Apostles and Prophets were needed and their intent was to establish the church but that foundation was already set and need not be be reset over and over.

And more often than not those that claim apostleship or the office of a prophet seem to also have an air of arrogance that does not seem to line up with what a Man of God should be.

My two cents.

believe that The Apostles and Prophets were needed and their intent was to establish the church but that foundation was already set and need not be be reset over and over.

And more often than not those that claim apostleship or the office of a prophet seem to also have an air of arrogance that does not seem to line up with what a Man of God should be.

My two cents.

I do not if terms like apostle, prophet, prophetess and other names because those are biblical terms, but to me when I hear them it just seems like leadership worship. Leaders are men that hold a position and we need to honor them but seems like they are prideful. Other than a bad feeling I am sure if I can call that wrong.

San Antonto is an independent pastor? I wonder why? I wonder how many people attend his church? I imagine not many because he seems to be a little off? Rome, Enrique, Factsonly1, and mil milagros let us pray for San Antonto's deliverance from his tonterias. Actually,we should seriously pray for his wife and son, they probably go through alot with him. Do you guys get the feeling San Antonto's brain never made all the necessary synapses (electrical pathways), if I spelled that correctly.
For the exception of San Antonto, Good discussions with Rome, mil milagros, enrique factonly and anyone but San Antonto. I never thought would I would say that about this blog.

Guys I am going out on a limb, San Antonio tell me about your idea about of independent churches and how you feel a church body should function?

MijoTonio said...

San Antonio,

Since you are opposed to any organized religion, I take it that you do not attend any church? I agree with you that many times the organizations ask for alot of money, but in infantile stages of the church Paul use to ask establish church like corinthians for offerings so he could take it the Christians in Jerusalem.
The purpose of the early was to organize so they could be able to support new works. Organize religion is part of the history of Christianity.

As of right now if you have a church you have to register as a non-profit organization with government for tax purposes. You are raising money ($100,000) for your "ministry" are you telling me you are not registered with our government as a non-profit organization? Another thing, if you are so adamantly opposed to tithes and offering and that is not what jesus did, then why are you asking for money? What do you plan on doing with the money you receive? You better hope that report that money especially if you donors want to use it as a tax write off. Sorry for the disrespect but you do come across as deceitful.

Rome:

Sorry for asking San Antonio to join but I was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt.

Getting back to my question about the office of Apostle and Prophet.

I wonder if those two offices are still active or could it be that they were foundational to arriving at and establishing the early church. Just as it says in Ephesians

Ephesians 2:20

20 built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone.

Does that foundation need to continue being built ?

Just pondering this.

I do however feel that I can not shake the uneasy feeling I get when someone promotes or introduces someone as Apostle so and so or prophet or prophetess such and such.

Why are we men so into titles and positions ? Even The greatest Apostle in my opinion was very humble and thought of himself as a servant.

And we barely get set aside and want to be called REVERAND as if we were worthy of reverance !

MijoTonio said...

Rome,

I am not necessarily against titles, I know they are based on an infrastructure of an Organization. What I do not like, especially in the AA, is that some of these people have this mentality that their status is now elevated and they become or already were prideful and it manifests itself with their "position". Personally, the title should be given to them based on what they do for the body. I like what alot of organizatins do by giving title according to their ministry. For example if you work with the youth you are a youth pastor or if you are over the kids ministry then you are a children's pastor. I even saw a church reference a guy who was over the maintenance of the church as the maintenance minister.

I have seen people that like to be called reverend so and so or minister so and so. Initially they probably labored in the church by cleaning, ushering or whatever other required duties but once they receive their ministers license then a total paradigm shift occurs and they feel that all the other stuff is beneath them. They only want a "Pulpit Ministry". Sorry bro. for an efficient running church you need various people in various ministries and pulpit ministry is a small fraction of the stuff that goes on.

When I was in the AA, I saw license ministers act as though they were calling the shots. Needless to say, I would clash with them. Their pride just annoys me.

To conclude, I am not against the titles as much as the pride that can come with it. We need effective leadership that can teach as well as be able to clean a toilet if called upon!

Anonymous said...

Amen!

The character that should mark every minister pastor leader should be humility.

If Our Lord who we claim to follow was gentle and humble, where do we get off being prideful because of a title

Someone mentioned many posts ago that it may be them living out in the church what they could never accomplish in business, academia etc....

MijoTonio said...

Rome,

Glad we agree on the humility part. lol

On your second point you are right about prideful. I believe some of the time it is pride but other time it could be frustration. Every church I have been to 90% or higher of the church programs are ran on volunteer staff. Many times pastor or ministers want to do great things, but fail to plan burn out their help. The AA is worse for this because they want to do programs and then want people to fundraise like crazy for these programs. In turn, they get frustrated and shows on how they respond to people. Many times the result of that is member withdraw themselves.

For the prideful minister, they have to be careful of pride because they are easy targets. Like that saying goes do not throw rocks if you live in a glass house.

On you third point, many of those preachers feel the call from when they are young and choose jobs that do not interfere with their ministries of church service. Many times this prevents from accomplishing things in other areas such as business and academia. I think one the fundamental flaws of many young ministers in AA, is that they do not see the benefit to their ministry by accomplishing things in other areas. By building their tent making abilities, they can learn skills that are beneficial to their ministries and pastorship.

1. Many times if they are accomplished that command respect from the parishioners.
2. They can identify with their people and the everyday struggles of life.
3. if in the event Church can not afford to pay them a salary then they can do a job that is physically easier than Manual or skilled labor.
4. In my experience, the more educated the more innovators, better managers and have a better holistic management style for the church. Also they are better at creating church budgets and effectively implementing church schedules of yearly activities.

Although I have not heard much about him, Sam Mascarenas seems to have a strong skill set that he brings to his pastorship.

Jason Aguilar on the other hand seems to be a spoiled brat. I know he is doing the J2X crusades but on his FB page he is always begging for money. Sad thing he thinks that he scripturally justified. He is an example of one that is not an innovator but thinks he is. Also, he probably fits the mold of you 3rd point. The guy could not graduate from CLC which is about equivalent to a highshool education or a community college. He has definitely hidden behind his ministry for lack of skill set.

I think everyone should know what it is like to have a real job and earn your own money.

Someone like Jeff who has had everything handed to him will appreciate what he has cause it never cost him sweat and tears.

Pastor Mascareno is well equiped to run a church and is educated and has had a real job.

On another note related to sams church i find it interesting that I although he allows cobgregants to wear make up and wedding bands they still do not give him a hard time.must be the big tithes that make thenlook the other way.

Apostolico, good points. Okay, I heard this not too long ago from two different people with no relations. Does someone have alittle more insight to this? Is FoT allowing gays and lesbians to congregate there?

Well i know the GB5'S were leading worship there a couple years ago...and at least one of them seems to be gay.

So i know Malverde is tolerant.

bleedfortruth said...

lol, cooooold blooooded!lol

Anonymous said...

bleedfortruth,

On a serious note.

I have not heard whether or not Malverde is allowing openly gay and lesbian members in his church.

If he is I hope they are not allowed in any kind of Ministry.

However I do believe I heard someone once mention that you can not legaly stop someone from attending your church services nor ask them to not attend.

So if this is true that there are some there, I would hope that he is only allowing this because he is legally bound and maybe also just to be tolerant in hopes that The Lord may change them by the hearing of The Word.

I seriously doubt that he would allow an openly gay person to be involved in Ministry.

As for the GB5 guy, I feel bad judging the guy and I hope that he is not gay for his sake. But where I grew up someone that effeminite and prancing around and talking like that just was assumed that he was.

I don't pretend to be an expert on those things and maybe some men can be effeminite but still not be gay. I don't know.

But if it waddles like a duck and quacks like a duck......it's probably safe to assume that it's a duck.

bleedfortruth said...

We can’t deny anyone from attending, but I really hope churches are withholding Holiness standards and not budging on them.

As for the GB5 kid, I do feel bad for him because of all the comments and remarks towards him, but I understand the other aspect of it. I think we should hook him up with a big tall negra, I bet she can get that boy singing blues in a baritone voice, "Daaaance to the Muuusic!"

When did it stop being ministry and start being about being an artist.

Ministry or career ? Hmmmmm

Most churches in America have organized as "501c3 tax-exempt religious organizations." This is a fairly recent trend that has only been going on for about fifty years. Churches were only added to section 501c3 of the tax code in 1954. We can thank Sen. Lyndon B. Johnson for that. Johnson was no ally of the church. As part of his political agenda, Johnson had it in mind to silence the church and eliminate the significant influence the church had always had on shaping "public policy."

Although Johnson proffered this as a "favor" to churches, the favor also came with strings attached (more like shackles). One need not look far to see the devastating effects 501c3 acceptance has had to the church, and the consequent restrictions placed upon any 501c3 church. 501c3 churches are prohibited from addressing, in any tangible way, the vital issues of the day.

For a 501c3 church to openly speak out, or organize in opposition to, anything that the government declares "legal," even if it is immoral (e.g. abortion, homosexuality, etc.), that church will jeopardize its tax exempt status. The 501c3 has had a "chilling effect" upon the free speech rights of the church. LBJ was a shrewd and cunning politician who seemed to well-appreciate how easily many of the clergy would sell out.

Unknown said...

Did the church ever need to seek permission from the government to be exempt from taxes? Were churches prior to 1954 taxable? No, churches have never been taxable. To be taxable a church would first need to be under the jurisdiction, and therefore under the taxing authority, of the government. The First Amendment clearly places the church outside the jurisdiction of the civil government: "Congress shall make NO LAW respecting an establishment of religion, nor prohibiting the free exercise thereof."

Religion cannot be free if you have to pay the government, through taxation, to exercise it. Since churches aren't taxable in the first place, why do so many of them go to the IRS and seek permission to be tax-exempt? It occurs out of:

Ignorance ("We didn't know any better")
Bandwagon logic ("Everyone else is doing it")
Professional advice (many attorneys and CPAs recommend it)
Does the law require, or even encourage, a church to organize as a 501c3? To answer that question let's turn to what the IRS itself has to say.

Unknown said...

Churches Need Not Apply

In order to be considered for tax-exempt status by the IRS an organization must fill out and submit IRS Form 1023 and 1024. However, note what the IRS says regarding churches and church ministries, in Publication 557:

Some organizations are not required to file Form 1023. These include:
Churches, interchurch organizations of local units of a church, conventions or associations of churches, or integrated auxiliaries of a church, such as a men’s or women’s organization, religious school, mission society, or youth group. These organizations are exempt automatically if they meet the requirements of section 501(c)(3).

Unknown said...

Churches Are “Automatically Tax-Exempt”

According to IRS Code § 508(c)(1)(A):

Special rules with respect to section 501(c)(3) organizations.
(a) New organizations must notify secretary that they are applying for recognition of section 501(c)(3) status.
(c) Exceptions.
(1) Mandatory exceptions. Subsections (a) and (b) shall not apply to—
(A) churches, their integrated auxiliaries, and conventions or associations of churches.
This is referred to as the "mandatory exception" rule. Thus, we see from the IRS’ own publications, and the tax code, that it is completely unnecessary for any church to apply for tax-exempt status. In the IRS’ own words a church “is automatically tax-exempt.”

Unknown said...

Churches Are “Automatically Tax-Deductible”

And what about tax-deductibility? Doesn’t a church still need to become a 501c3 so that contributions to it can be taken as a tax deduction? The answer is no! According to IRS Publication 526:

Organizations That Qualify To Receive Deductible Contributions
You can deduct your contributions only if you make them to a qualified organization. To become a qualified organization, most organizations other than churches and governments, as described below, must apply to the IRS.
In the IRS’ own words a church “is automatically tax-deductible.”

Unknown said...

Churches Have a Mandatory Exception To Filing Tax Returns

Not only is it completely unnecessary for any church to seek 501c3 status, to do so becomes a grant of jurisdiction to the IRS by any church that obtains that State favor. In the words of Steve Nestor, IRS Sr. Revenue Officer (ret.):

"I am not the only IRS employee who’s wondered why churches go to the government and seek permission to be exempted from a tax they didn’t owe to begin with, and to seek a tax deductible status that they’ve always had anyway. Many of us have marveled at how church leaders want to be regulated and controlled by an agency of government that most Americans have prayed would just get out of their lives. Churches are in an amazingly unique position, but they don’t seem to know or appreciate the implications of what it would mean to be free of government control."

Unknown said...

Q. Why should a church refuse to be a 501c3?

A. Becoming a 501c3 grafts an assembly of believers into the World System. Their devotion to God is compromised. No matter how much they claim they are devoted to God, their actions in this matter betray that claim in some measure.

Q. Does a church have to be a 501c3?

A. No. An assembly of believers can meet and worship God any time at any place they want to, as long as they are loving their neighbor in the process. An assembly wholly given over to Christ out of His love will have no problem in this task.

(Note: Some will say that in the eyes of the Internal Revenue Service, all churches are already 501c3's and that some don't even have to fill out a 1023. With this sales tactic the government may certainly seduce many into making it their lord, but the real question is who you are in God's eyes.)

Q. Doesn't a 501c3 allow the church to be exempt from paying taxes?

A. The First Amendment to the Constitution states that the federal government (embodied in the U.S. Congress in this instance) cannot establish a religion and it cannot prevent the free exercise thereof. A group of believers meeting together may do so whether they pay taxes or not. In other words, even if the church does not pay taxes, the government may not stop them — the assembly may still gather and live out the expression of their faith. This is beside the fact that followers of Christ, obedient to Him, are protected by Him in this task — whether or not the Constitution says so.

Q. Why should a church refuse to be a 501c3?

A. Becoming a 501c3 grafts an assembly of believers into the World System. Their devotion to God is compromised. No matter how much they claim they are devoted to God, their actions in this matter betray that claim in some measure.

Q. Doesn't a non-profit get other advantages by proclaiming themselves as such, like eligibility for grants, bulk mail rates, exemptions from state sales taxes, and so forth?

A. By now it should be clear that every single one of these items can be provided by generously giving believers in an assembly. It should also be obvious that the very existence of all these "benefits" and "discounts" means that the government is actually selling something, and as such the church does not have to buy! Indeed it is feasible that none would be buying if it weren't for all the perks! This should make us think again about the meaning of being made merchandise of men.

Christian Churches operated in America for over 300 years before the 501(C)3 system was even created. Churches have always been treated as non-taxable (a vastly superior status to tax-exempt) and tax-deductible, by virtue of a centuries-old portion of English Common Law known as "the Law of Charities. A 501(C)3 listing merely duplicates these positions. But most importantly, along with duplicating what has already been established, when a church accepts a 501(C)3 identity it simultaneously accepts restrictions that prevent it from spreading the Gospel unencumbered as Yeshua (Jesus) instructs us to do.

Unknown said...

Unfortunately, as time went by "churches" began to think that they were somehow required to be "licensed" as a 501(C)3 entity and so they began to voluntarily enroll into the system. Eventually we arrived to the point to where we are today. Most of us have heard that if you tell a lie enough times people begin to accept it as truth. Well as more and more churches accepted the 501(C)3 program and the associated restrictions (which were originally intended to thwart communism), more and more people began to think it was necessary for all churches to enlist into the program. Amazingly this occured despite the fact that churches had been operating very nicely, before it was created, for over 300 years; before 1954 when the 501(C)3 entity was created. The churches, were wrong, and are very seriously wrong by doing this. As previously mentioned, the founders of the great nation of America had already made a provision for "churches" in the First Amendment of the American Constitution and no other licensing was or is needed.

Unknown said...

In summary,d after over 300 years of operating as non-taxable (a vastly superior status to tax-exempt) and tax-deductible, without the 501(C)3 system, churches did not suddenly become tax-exempt and tax deductible in 1954 when the entity was created. The 501(C)3 entity which was originally created in 1954 as a means of controlling antiamerican communist organizations, and is merely a reflection (or an admission / confirmation) of the Law of Charities {which exists and stands alone separate from the 501(C)3 entity} except with some added restrictions placed upon the organization which is enrolled in the program. For a "Church" to enroll in the 501(C)3 program is completely unnecessary, contrary to Biblical instruction, voluntary and very contrary to all that America was founded upon, has fought for and stands for. More importantly; for a church to enroll into the 501(C)3 program is completely contrary to the fulfilling of the "Great Commision" of which every believer is responsible.

Unknown said...

t is very, very important to understand that being an established "Free Church" is not in any way an act of rebellion against the government. On the contrary, as explained above, it is a way operating as clearly designed, intended and encouraged by the American government. It is a way to execute A God given mandate that the founders of America sought to guarantee the ability to fulfill.

The free-church was one of the most influential, and certainly one of the most common, institutions in American history; both distant and recent. Indeed the "Free Church" was the only form of a "church" up until very recently.

Unknown said...

There is no Good reason for a "church" to be "registered" as a 501(c)3

For more information regarding the "Free Church" and the bondage placed upon churches that are registered as a 501(c)3 please click here. Pastor Garrett Lear is a leading expert in the area of "The Free Church"
A "Free-Church is not some radical, fringe, concept. The fact that a church is not enrolled into the 501(C)3 system in no way infers that it is antigovernment. Like the founders of America we very much support the institution of a righteous, Godly, government. As a matter of fact, as evidenced by the number of Pastors involved, in early America, it was members of the Free Church who were extremely influential in forming the American government.

Unknown said...

Many of the early American church leaders were part of what King George referred to as The Black Regiment" They had an uncompromising belief that Yahweh God's church is not an underling, a vassal, or in any way subordinate to any king or parliament. This is the reason, the very purpose, that America was founded in the first place. This is why the colonies broke away from Britain. It was to avoid licensor, to avoid having to submit to King George in England who considered himself to have authority over the church. King George's abuse of authority over the church (Christians / God's people) of England in those days was similar to the abuses practiced by countries like china, Africa and saudi arabia today.

This is the very reason that so many sacrificed their property, their health, their homes, their families and their lives during The War of American Independence (Revolutionary War). Early American believers who were faithful to Yahweh, the God of the Bible, personally experienced the control, torture and abuse that they had left behind in England and they were determined to not allow that to happen again in the new land of America. And so today when a "church" voluntarily and unnecessarily places itself under the authority of the 501(c)3 system it abrogates everything the War of American Independence was fought to gain and then places itself back under the authority of the government.

Unknown said...

If you are a member of a church that has been established as a 501(c)3 we strongly, strongly urge you to talk to your pastor and tell him about the information you have read here. Strongly encourage the church leadership to remove themselves from those restrictions so that they are free to preach and spread the gospel in it's entirety, uncensored, as Yeshua (Jesus) intended it to be. Since the response to your request, in effect, will probably be that your "Pastor" places a higher priority on his financial security then the gospel, he will probably refuse to come out from under the restrictions of the 501(C)3 system. If that happens we encourage you to at least remove yourself from unnecessary restrictions so that you might be found blameless.

These organizations are exempt automatically if they meet the requirements of section 501(c)(3).

I live my dreams everyday! Everyday I teach and preach the Gospel of Christ(free of charge), get as physically and spiritually fit through prayer, fasting, a healthy diet and exercise, work as an actor and other work I choose, and I work on continuing my education and developing all the skills I need. Can you say a hallelujah!
p.s. The devil is a liar! Christ the Lord and Savior rebuke the devil and rome!

To answer that question let's turn to what the IRS itself has to say.

he Apostolic cult workers of iniquity on this blog, in the classrooms, on the pulpits, and in the assemblies are:

Enrique

Rome
Mil Mascaras
Profesora RosaVale
Factsonly1
Sorel
They wear sheep's clothes and roar their lies on this blog, classrooms and from pulpits.
Main office Headquarters location(s):
Rancho Cucamonga California and Fontana California at The Fountain of Truth of the Apostolic Assembly of the Faith in Christ Jesus.
A.W.A. and other false religious non profit organizations.
Current cult leader president is Sam Malverde.
These cult members, teachers, and preachers profess to be christian but act like narcissist evil sons of Satan and his devils because they spend too much of their lives in the darkness of ignorance, dishonesty, lies, corruption, slander, threats, harassment, intimidation, COERCION, and financial exploitation to screw saints, men of God, men, women, and their children. Don't you ever think and feel these narcissist devils are loving you, you are wrong. It's all devil sweet talk to coerce , control, and manipulate you! When you see them in person they seem to, act, and talk like effeminate men and most are substantially obese, lack self control cuz they over indulge themselves at your expense with your tithes and offerings. They teach and preach about divine healing but take prescription drugs for their sicknesses because they lack consistent effective prayer and fasting. Most lack an adequate religious studies education, and secular education but they still use put downs on others as a part of their deception, manipulation and coercion.
They work for the narcissistic love of themselves, money and their Apostolic religious cult organizations such as the Apostolic Assembly of the Faith in Christ Jesus, A.W.A, and others like them. These are man made organizations designed by men to coerce, manipulate and control your life!
2 Peter 2:1 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.
2 And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.
3 And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.
p.s These narcissistic apostolic cult members do not want the truth to be told on this blog.

Hey lying narcissist Rome! Why are you lacking posting any audio preachings on this blog? It's cuz are a narcissist child and you truly do not have any audio preachings and or cuz you do not know how to use the web and or both, right? Rome the more you comment the clearer it becomes that you do not own much of anything except what your sweet mama provides her narcissist child, right?
